五一放假第一天的下午，爸爸妈妈带我去西市城的“君昂童子军乐园”玩。这是一个锻炼我们体能、意志、耐力和勇气的乐园，有绝地逢生、青蛙跳板、树屋等很多项目。

经过很久的排队，终于轮到我体验了。教练员将保险带系在我的腰间，给我戴上一顶黄色的安全帽，并嘱咐我说：“要注意安全，不要走错道!”

尽管我信心十足，走上一层，开始闯关。但我还是有点害怕，于是我壮着胆子走了上去。第一关是由木板和绳索组成的“悬空小桥”。我开始走上去，双手紧抓着头顶的保险带，一直不敢松开，慢慢抬起脚，腿抖着向前艰难地的挪动，脚下的桥左右晃动着，我感觉我的心都要跳出来了，好不容易走到中间休息的平台，我赶紧就跳了过去，心里松了口气，我还装作镇定的样子给一旁的爸爸招了招手。然后我继续前进，来到了一个用圆木和绳索连起来的“缅甸桥”，这和上一座桥大有不同，需要侧着身子横着走，很快就过了这一关。

第三个项目是我最拿手的“梅花桩”，只不过这是“悬空版本”的，走上去虽然也是摇摇晃晃，但是我按照地上走梅花桩的方法，左右手脚交替前行，没一会就过了这一关。紧接着的一关是这里面最简单的一个，它就是“结组独木桥”，我踩着绳结一两步就走了过去。后面的“青蛙跳板”、“吊桩”……我都顺利的通过了。

一层的项目顺利通过后，我爬上攀梯，来到了第二层，原来攀梯就是二层的第一关，看来二层比一层还简单。第二关之字木桥我也顺利地通过了。到了第三关，竟然在一面悬空的墙，脚下什么可以踩的东西都没有，墙上只有一些绳索和碗口大小的块状抓手，我站在那里等了很久，还是想不出来怎么过去，教练员让我先蹲下，然后把我的保险带往前一晃，我鼓足勇气往前一跃，我整个身子都悬在了空中，我不由自主地登了几下脚，发现脚下什么也没有，好像悠悠球一样悬在空中，我两手拉着墙上的绳索，使劲向前拉，换了好几次后，才接近休息台，我使出了吃奶的劲，向前一荡，就抓住了休息台的栏杆，终于过去了，过来一看才知道这一关的名字叫“绝壁逢生”，怪不得这么害怕。接着，要系好保险带，不然后面的关卡是不会顺利的通过的。下面的“秋千桥”、“小心翼翼”……也都顺利的通过了，最终我完成了闯关任务。

今天下午真是好玩、紧张、快乐又充实。让我体会到了，无论遇到任何困难都要咬紧牙关，坚持下去，这样才能胜利。通过体验既磨炼我的意志，又锻炼我的体质，真是快乐的一个下午呀!

旅游对我来说，是一个梦想，也是奢望。我二十几岁，除了到北京和北海旅游过，别的地方都没去过。所以一直想去走走，看看祖国的大好河山。第一站自然是名闻天下的桂林。很久以前就想去了，但一直没机会。坐火车去最便宜才十七元。但没时间。今年去的话带上两个朋友。一起去很开心的。第二站也不远，南宁。这是我以前读书的地方，虽然不怎么好玩，但我在那边时间不少了，却一直没有时间好好走走。所以想去到处走走。第三站是百色。这是我以前工作的地方。不算很大，估计半天就能走玩。但我要去的是百色旁边。那边有好多名胜旅游区，图片上看起来很美丽，是我喜欢的样子。所以要去。第四站是凤凰。这是古镇，全国闻名。也是我最最想去的地方，那里安静，原始。有如梦境般的风景。一直很向往。

构思二：常规。

以往过五一就是这样，一号开包厢。朋友一起去唱歌。刚好是我朋友生日。更完美。二号出去野炊。什么烧烤打窑游泳等，都可以。三号在家里聚餐，一帮人一帮人的，其实也开心。

五一国际劳动节源于美国芝加哥城的工人大罢工。1886年5月1日，芝加哥的216816名工人为争取实行八小时工作制而举行大罢工，经过艰苦的流血斗争，终于获得了胜利。为纪念这次伟大的工人运动，1889年7月，国际宣布将每年的五月一日定为国际劳动节。这一决定立即得到世界各国工人的积极响应。1890年5月1日，欧美各国的工人阶级率先走向街头，举行盛大的示威游行与集会，争取合法权益。从此，每逢这一天世界各国的劳动人民都要集会、游行，以示庆祝，并公众放假。

时传祥，是一位“宁肯一人臭，换来万户香”的掏粪工人，山东省齐河人，中共党员，曾在北京市崇文区清洁队工作。时传祥出生在一个贫苦农民家庭。他14岁时逃荒流落到北京城郊，受生活所迫当了掏粪工。他用一颗朴实的心记住了一个通俗的道理：掏粪也是社会主义建设事业的一部分。他把掏粪当成十分光荣的劳动，以身作则，以苦为乐，不分分内分外，任劳任怨，满腔热情，全心全意为人民服务。

这就是我们的劳动人民呀!他们不怕累，不怕脏，一心一意为我们想，我们要向劳动人们学习!

I live the neighborhood in hills, Air is very good, But there is a lot of insectual. The sunlight is very strong there sevral days, Usually in the daytime of time, I sleeping in house, The nightfall go to play. Very quick a week passde by.

The holidays be over, I felt not how happy, But I hope that I can to breathe the air on the hills again. Expect the labor day of the next year.

My classmates threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat.Our parents were invited to the party.Everybody was excited about the holiday.I ate a lot of delicious food at that time.I also went visiting my relatives with my parents.We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai.Later that day,we sang karaoke in my uncles house.We stayed for the night.

The next day,I went shopping with my cousins.We bought some brand name T-shirts and pants.In the afternoon,my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway.They also taught me hou to drive their fancy car,so I tried to do some turning and parking.It was not easy first.But I learnt quick.We returned home with many gifts from our trip.I tried to get some rest.At night,I chatted with my classmates on the phone,and I watched CCTV before going to bed.Since last Friday,I started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. Some of my assignments were quite boring.After I finished the homework,I emailed them to my teachers.
