As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

his house, we found a beautiful tree with shinning lights. My teachers taught us

how to cook all the cookies, we were having such great fun. I made the cookies

with many favors. We talked happily and sung Christmas songs.

I learned how the foreign people spend their big day, it was such

unforgettable for me.

Most westerners always celebrate Christmas Day as their major festival, in

order to memorialize Jesus. During that time, they always have several days off,

so they can enjoy this festival with all their hearts. The children often get

together with their friends. The adults are busy with decorating their houses.

They also send the postcards with their best wishes to each other. In the

streets, there are so many Fathers Christmas sending presents to the passers-by.

And everything is on a discount in the supermarkets. Thus the supermarkets are

the busiest places.

In the evening, the families usually have pudding, sandwiches, apple pies

and some other desserts for dinner. After supper, the families always sing and

dance around the Christmas tree. Sometimes, they also go to church. Before going

to bed, the children often hang up their stockings beside their bed, so that

Father Christmas will fill them with presents. It is said that Father Christmas

always drives a deer to the human world and entering into each house from the

chimney. Now the children no longer believe in Father Christmas, but they still

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious

surprise and would keep it forever.

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can

see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not

originating from China, in our country, more and more people spend that day. A

foreigner pointed out that Christmas meant to be grateful for them, while for

Chinese people, it was just a day for celebrating. To me, Christmas indeed means

a day to have fun.

When I was small, I did not have the concept of Christmas, because in my

mind, I only knew Chinese traditional festivals, I liked Spring Festival best, I

could get a lot of money from parents. When I went to high school, all of my

friends would talk about Christmas Day when the day was near, so I started to

know it. Almost every young people like Christmas, but if you ask them what the

meaning of the day, less of them can answer.

The meaning of Christmas Day is to remind people of Jesus’s birth, it is so

important for the western people, but for me, I only want to have fun, everyone

is celebrating it, so I join them, being happy, that’s enough for me.

当我们走到大街上的时候，我发现路上的行人真多啊，我的脚都要踩到别人了。在这个热闹的节日里，我们还是慢慢地观赏两边美丽的圣诞树，直到很晚上回宿舍。回来以后，我发现自己的空钱包不见了，原来是趁人多的时候有小偷了，小偷将我的钱包偷走了，幸亏钱包里刚好没有了钱，还没来得及取呢!哈哈，我一下子没有觉得自己被小偷欺负，反而是我骗了那个小偷，小偷以为钱包里一定有钱。不过，我觉得还是圣诞老人救了我，因为他让我今天将钱花完了，还没有来得及取钱，这不让小偷摸了个空，太有意思了，还是圣诞老人高明。

“今天是圣诞节!”

我猛地睁开眼，看了看四周的环境：窗帘还未拉开，一束光线调皮地从窗帘缝隙里钻进来，使房间变得亮堂起来。再看看旁边的妈妈——她仍在熟睡着。

从现在的情况看来，应该是六点半的样子——太激动了!醒得比平时每天都早。这时的我实在太高兴了，因为今天是圣诞，更因为我醒得比妈妈早，太有成就感啦!这一激动，让我忍不住伸了个懒腰，险些惊醒了妈妈。我立刻收回手，小心翼翼地盖好被子角，只露出两只鬼鬼祟祟的眼睛在外面。

我不由自主地望向挂在床头的圣诞袜。“啊!”我在心里尖叫。只见那只袜子孤零零地贴在墙上，肚子瘪瘪的，好似一个没吃饭的大熊，饿得咕咕叫着，向我求助。“该不是妈妈又忘了放礼物进去了吧?”要知道，我妈的记性可不太好，就在昨天，她还忘了她自己藏的礼物放哪儿了呢!我的心情一下从高峰跌到了低谷。

我感到床在微微地振动——妈妈起床了。她轻手轻脚地穿上衣服，轻手轻脚地出去了。而我呢，只得躺在床上装睡，等啊等啊，等待着“奇迹”发生。盼着盼着，妈妈终于又走进了房间。这时的我，心里好像有一只兔子，在不停地窜来窜去乱蹦乱跳。只见妈妈小心地拉开被子，说：“小子，起床啦!”我也按捺不住了，掀开被子，冲着她笑：“圣诞快乐!礼物呢?”没想到妈妈一拍脑门，“啊呀，”妈妈懊糟地说：“我忘了放了!”听了这话，我一下就没心情了，开始生闷气：把被子往头上一盖，还时不时发出狗狗生气时“咕噜咕噜”的声音。

20_年12月20日，在酒店中，我们五年级四班举行了一个仅次于开国大典的晚会。参加人员有全班同学(个别人没去)以及家长，开始迎来6个小时的狂欢。

会场在酒店7楼。走出电梯，映入眼帘的是白色与紫色的大幕布，把墙给遮住了，再往左右看，就是同学们那一张张充满笑容的脸。走进一个无门的大厅，看到的是一个大型T字台，上面铺着一块又大又长的红地毯，往上看，是一条大横幅，上面的内容是：祝五四班圣诞晚会圆满成功。再往前看就是十几张桌子。

家长和同学陆续到场，按照规定的位置做好，等待晚会的开始。

傍晚五点半，会场爆发出排山倒海的掌声，那是王昊爸和孙逊妈宣布晚会开始了!103人的目光一齐投向T形舞台。

这时，淞源妈说有一个秘密礼物，全场突然安静，等待着礼物。突然，口戴白胡子、身穿红衣服，后背背着个大袋子，咦?这不就是大名鼎鼎的圣诞老人吗?!我如一匹“恶”狼，盯住了圣诞老人后背的大袋子，里面装的什么?是孩子许下愿望、用心祈祷的礼物吧!圣诞老人开始分发礼物喽!有两件礼物，分别是：一个发卡上面有两个迷你圣诞老人，还有一包糖果，大家都很开心。

发完礼物，就是是我最期待的吃饭!作为超级吃货的我，我终于可以大显身手了!上菜了，我的心里早就跃跃欲试了，结果……我没有想到的是我们桌都是吃货!香喷喷的饭菜一转眼就没有了，我们桌真是可以练就“吃货擒拿手”了。

开始表演节目了，李思璇和王昊开始主持节目，第一首就是现在红遍网络、红遍广场舞届的《小苹果》!这首红歌我们早已熟悉不过了。我们的同学跑上舞台又跳又唱起来，我们已经嗨到极点了!

我们开始了游戏时间，仍然继续去年的传统：萝——卜——蹲!43名同学分为4组，游戏开始，我们组规定出计划，我们组是胜券在握了。我们组合其他组大战三百回合，突然，三个组口误，我们组就胜利啦!游戏环节结束了，我们都很留恋。

又开始表演节目了，小品逗我笑的是人仰马翻、相声是让我觉得风趣幽默、舒缓的歌声把我带到如香甜的梦中，而急速的歌声把我带到摇滚的世界中。

开始抽奖环节了!我很激动……每人一张扑克牌，家长又拿出一个神秘的箱子出来，家长拿手掏进箱子里，先抽三等奖，抽三次，奖品是电子称，但我并没有被抽到，我有点儿遗憾。

接下来又到了玩游戏的环节了，游戏规则是：两个人的胳膊互相搭起来，饰演大树一角，一位同学蹲在大树的下面，松原妈妈说：大树，两组的大树交换。说老鼠，两组的老鼠交换。说地震，老鼠、大树都交换。经过几轮游戏后，我都胜出了，得到了奖励。

相声、小品开始了，同学们一个个捧腹大笑，把整个晚会推向了高潮。

又到了抽奖的环节，我梦寐以求的羽毛球拍就在眼前，我开始有些紧张。哎!又是擦肩而过呀!

最后是发放圣诞礼物。我们都排好队，一个一个有秩序地领取礼物——小黄人儿。太高兴了。

6个小时的时间如流水一般的过去了，我要走了，我感觉开心和悲伤，我找到了一种要毕业的感觉……

圣诞节的早晨，我心痛的离开家，想躲到一个不为人知的去处，永远不再回来。这样孤零零下车，看见站台上一只白色的狗狗，像只雪狐狸。

昨夜一场雪，世界变得异常洁白，狗狗在寒风中孤单单地望着，我禁不住向它挥手，它竟走近我，趴在脚下嗅，再抬头对我深情凝视。见它一脸冰霜，我怜惜地把它搂进怀里，它在瑟瑟发抖，这让我把它抱的更紧。这个可怜的小东西一定是冻的太久了，就这样，我收留了它。

相识就是缘，不清楚怎样的缘分，我们一见面就亲似多年的故交，它如影随形的追随我，一刻都不能离开它的视线，不然就孩子样的呜呜哭闹。每当它听见异样声响，就会突地跃起，立起耳朵，警惕地瞪圆双眼，汪汪叫着冲向门口，匍匐在门边，仔细嗅上几遍，最后确认没有危险，再跑到我脚下，懒散的靠在鞋上，简直是个小卫士时刻肩负着保护我的使命。每到清晨，它总是最先起床，爪子搭着床沿儿，看你是否醒着，要么拍你露在外面的手臂，要么哼哼唧唧发出孩子撒娇的声音呼唤你起来，若是不理睬它，它会先找个可以看到你的地方守着，要是等的不耐烦，它会找个小玩具抛上纵下绕着床跑;若是等的太久，它会不客气跳上床，在你身上跳跃，直到你起床为止。只要看到你张开眼睛，它会兴奋得抬起前爪，向你拜个不停，在你穿衣服时候，它围在你身边抢走你的袜子，扑着你的裤腿，咬住向下坠着，当你双脚落地，它急忙用头一拱，贴着你的脚蹭着扭着和你耍赖。

每次离开家，它都会一副愁苦相，房门刚一关上，它就扑到门口，用爪子砸门，发出“呜咽”的痛苦呻吟。一天下来，它几乎不吃不喝，趴在门口守侯，当听到你熟悉的脚步，你会听到它欢快的叫声，房门一开，它劈头盖脸扑向你，又是头象后仰，前爪抬起，捣蒜似的拜，又时而单腿转圈，象是芭蕾的旋子，无论你走向哪，它都会咬住你的拖鞋，由你拖着。只要家里人员到齐，它就会快乐的叼着它的食物来回奔跑。凑在你身边摇头晃脑嚼着，嗑着，以狗独有的方式表达它的思念之情。

它最喜欢出外玩，喜欢在雪地上扑来抓去，和你捉迷藏。为了可以出去，一清早就不厌其烦磨你，不断要你抱它到窗口，多次提醒你它向往外边世界的心情。在出门的那一刻，它总是急得嘟嘟囔囔，很委屈埋怨你出门速度的迟缓。只要一迎着风，它马上喜上眉梢，奔跑着，汪汪叫着，洪亮高亢的叫声可以和“多明葛”比美，它跑起来一溜烟，且昂着头，时而踩着舞步，配合你放慢的脚步。

它还喜欢啃骨头，这大概是所有狗狗的天性。一个大棒骨，足有它半个头大，它衔住它，摇摇晃晃，不小心掉到地板上“砰”的一声，重新再来，直到拖到你脚边，放在拖鞋上，把整块骨头嗑成若干小段，在大家不易觉察中悄悄藏匿在房间的各个角落。真搞不懂，脚上的汗味竟是它享受大餐的调料。什么时候骨头吃光，它会四下翻着，找到它的宝贝骨头，很有野外生存能力哪!

不知道为什么它喜欢我的书房，喜欢陪着我，趴在书桌上懒洋洋睡上一觉又一觉，稍有声响，马上警惕张望。在它半梦半醒时，小耳朵微微颤着，保护我是它义不容辞的责任。有时它也趴在脚下，咬它认为玩具的小玩意，若是特别想我，会不停舔着拖鞋，狗狗的思念真是与众不同。

过年时，家里来了好多人，它乖巧可爱，逗得全家人都当自己是它的最爱。但当他们离去时，它总要躲到我身后，探头看着，就怕别人抢走它。亲戚们惊讶极了，这样聪明伶俐的小狗怎么可能走失，关于它的来历，提出种种猜测。

我让他们问的心焦，那天夜里，我梦见了狗狗，它似乎走进我的梦境，清楚地对我说：不要问我从哪里来。我被它的回答惊醒。何必知道它的出处，只要我们爱着;何必在乎它几时离开，只要我们快乐着。正如它的悄然而至，有一天它又会跟着圣诞老人的雪橇，一路铃铛声的走远，我希望那一天更远一些到来……

每个孩子都喜欢礼物，当圣诞节的夜晚来临时，无数孩子怀着对那个派送礼物的大胡子老头的期盼，幸福地进入梦乡。十一岁前的我一直相信会有一辆驯鹿拉着满载礼物的雪橇停在我家屋顶，在我睡梦时往袜子里放一份礼物。

五岁时，在圣诞节的早上，我总会更加乖一点儿，听话一点儿，因为我相信圣诞老人会光顾每一个乖小孩的家。那时，幼稚的我总爱望着天空，幻想蓝天后面的世界，会不会真的像童话王国里一样：飘着白雪，四处摆满礼物，一个大胡子老头坐着雪橇在天空滑翔。

后来，我虽然不再相信圣诞老人的存在，但是，我对圣诞节一直有个美好的看法：它是妈妈爱着我的另一种表现。即使童年会远去，在童年中陪伴我们的童话人物会消散在时光的轨迹中，但是只有一点不变，圣诞节的礼物会和妈妈对我的爱在我的心里永远留下足迹。

圣诞节早上，我穿袜子的时候，突然感觉到里面有一个什么东西，我赶忙拿出来一看，原来是一张100分的积分卡。我看后开心极了，因为这100积分，在我家可是意味着一百元钱呢，我可以和妈妈兑换成现金，然后随心所欲地买自己想要的礼物啦!

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam

On that day, there are plenty of celebrations holding throughout the country, from the central government to the general people. And public places, including big squares, parks are decorated in festive theme. In recent years, the national holiday means the golden week as well, which is a short holiday that all people expect to. With the improvement of living standards, people have more money and desire to travel and the golden week is a good chance for them. Besides, for those people who would not go out, it’s a good time to have a good rest as well. Therefore, the national day means a lot to the Chinese.

In my hometown, the air is polluted seriously. However, in recent years,

the pollution gets from bad to worse, because of the increasing number of

private cars. Especially during the rush hours, too many private vehicles move

slowly on narrow roads, emitting a large amount of waste gas. Moreover, the

poisonous gas sent by the nearby factories is also one of the main causes of

pollution. Therefore, it’s demanded that immediate and effective measures must

be taken to restrict private cars and public transportation must be developed to

the largest extent. Besides, we should use renewable and clean energy

recourses.
