you to improve your communication skills.

First of all, listen and respond thoughtfully to others. You should spend

more time listening to others instead of boasting yourself. Some of us are very

egocentric, which means self-focused. If you spend too much time talking about

your own stuff, the people around you may think you are a tedious and annoying

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

In the last century, the government carried out the policy of family

planning to control the increasing population. So most families have only one

child, but recently, a new policy has been announced and people can have the

second child. It sounds like the good news for the family, as the only child can

have a sibling to company. While for some parents, they seem to be not the

qualified parents. A boy complained that his parents’ second child was the smart

phone, because they lowed down their heads all the time. Many parents did not

realize the lack of communication with their children. If they want another

child, they’d better learn to communicate their kids first.

Communicating with others is a big problem in daily life. Some people are

easy to talk to oters, but some others not. When you want to talk to someone,

firstly you should find some topics to talk about, but the topics should not

included the privacy,such as age, marriage or wage. Secondly, pay attention to

your attitude that do not make others feel uncomfortable. Comfort is the basic

of communication. Thirdly, pay attention to your body language. Body language

can transmit much information, such as your attitude, manners or something you

do not realize. Finally, focus on your pacing. Dont talk too fast or too

slow.

Recently, I was so shocked by the news that a young boy died of violence

after his parents sent him to a private school. The slogan of the private school

was to help parents correct kids bad behaviors. A lot of parents choose to send

their kids here after they giving up educating their kids. The public blamed the

parents for not educating their children in the right way. There is no doubt

that the root of kids problems come from family. Many parents always force the

children to do what they want and ignore the kids feelings, so they will go

against the elders thoughts. Finally, the parents lose temper. The elder should

show respect to the kids. Communication can solve the problem. When the children

receive love and understanding from parents, they will be nice persons.

Recently, it has been reported that a boy argued with his father and then

he left home and the policed found him, taking him home after half a month. It

sounds so ridiculous for the boy to leave home for such a long time, but

thinking further, the lack of communication between the father and the son makes

this joke. There always some people wonder why we need to get higher education,

because we may not earn money as much as the workers. In my opinion, the purpose

of education is not for the money, but for the better person we will become. If

the father knows how to communicate with his son and his son is considerate,

then things wouldn’t become so bad. We need receive education and become the

wise person, so we can communicate better and create a harmonious

environment.

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

Once, I talked to the foreign people, he was staring at me all the time,

which made me feel not comfortable, so I chose to avoid his eyes and kept a

little distance from him. When I talked about this problem to my foreign

teacher, she told me that it was natural for them to look at you during

communication, which meant respect. While in China, people do the opposite

thing. They try to avoid eye-contact, because it is not eased to look at each

other. The different culture sometimes creates distance. The foreigners always

feel strange when they look at Chinese people’s eyes and every time when they

want to come closer to hear more clearly, Chinese people will walk away. So the

more we learn about the culture, the more we know about the world.

Clearly if we are to participate in the society in which we live we must

communicate with other people.

A great deal of communicating is performed on a person-to-person basis by

the simple means of speech.

If we travel in buses, buy things in shops, or eat in restaurants, we are

likely to have conversations where we give information or opinions, receive news

or comment, and very likely have our views challenged by other members of

society.

Face-to-face contact is by no means the only form of communication and

during the last two hundred years the art of mass communication has become one

of the dominating factors of contemporary society.

Firstly, inventiveness has led to advances in printing, telecommunications,

photography, radio and television.

Secondly, speed has revolutionized the transmission and reception of

communications so that local news often takes a back seat to national news,

which itself is often almost eclipsed by international news.

No longer is the possession of information confined to a privileged

minority.

In the last century the wealthy man with his own library was indeed

fortunate, but today there are public libraries.

Forty years ago people used to flock to the cinema, but now far more people

sit at home and turn on the TV to watch a program that is being channeled into

millions of homes.

Communication is no longer merely concerned with the transmission of

information.

The modern communication industry influences the way people live in society

and broadens their horizons by allowing access to information, education and

entertainment.

The printing, broadcasting and advertising industries are all involved with

informing, educating and entertaining.

Although a great deal of the material communicated by the mass media is

very valuable to the individual and to the society of which he is a part, the

vast modern network of communications is open to abuse.

However, the mass media are with us for better, for worse, and there is no

turning back.

Communication is common and important in our daily life. All of us live

with others in the society and no one can live cut off from it. Everyday, we

must talk to others to give and get information, but how can we communicate with

others? Some people claim that they don’t know what to say and how to speak to

others, strangers especially. I think first you should find a topic that both of

you are interested in. Then, pay attention to your manners, speed, pitch,

expressions and your body language. You should make others feel comfortable, so

that they are willing to talk to you. Last but not the least, being a good

listener. Listening to others shows your respect to them. Only when they heard,

they want to talk. So do you. Before you talk, listening to others first.

Communication is the activity of conveying information through the exchange

of thought, messages, or information. There are many communicating methods, such

as speech, visuals, signals, writing or body languages.

It plays an important role in social lives of human beings, which some

people consider that it’s the basic of human existence.

On the one hand, it’s the communication that spreads information, making us

know the news although it’s far from us. By communicating with others, people

send and get information that helps us know about our surroundings. We all know

that information is extremely important in our lives. On the other hand,

communication builds personal relationship, which connects different people

together. We live in the same society which makes personal relationship

essential in lives. Only with communication can we build and keep good personal

relationships with others. In addition, communication can eliminate

misunderstandings and promote emotions. When we have misunderstandings with

others, timely communicating is the only effective way to solve it.

In short, communication is essential to all people that everyone should

realize that. Therefore, we should learn how to communicate with other

effectively.

新年已经过去了，但是在过新年的那一段时间里，我做了一件有意义的事儿：你就是找年味儿。以前过新年，我认为十分平常，因为每一年都是这样过的。正是因为人们有这种思想，年味越来越淡了，所以我今天去寻找年味儿。

记得大年三十的晚上，我经不住瞌睡虫的诱惑没看几会儿春节联欢晚会，就睡着了。正当我睡得正香时，“啪啪！啪啪！”的声音把我吵醒了，我一看手表，原来十二点整了，都在放烟花呢！哦，原来放烟花儿就是年味儿。

新年了，当然要穿新衣服，爸爸带着我和妈妈去了开太百货，为我买了一件运动服，为老爸挑了一件衬衫，为老妈也买了一件大衣。商场里的人真多呀！每个人手里都大包小包的，有的甚至拿也拿不过来，而且商场里的东西真是琳琅满目，真叫人眼花缭乱啊！原来，购物就是年味儿。

在车水马龙的街道上，有着鲜艳的大红灯笼。我们一家去了菜篮子里。哇塞，龙虾四百多元一斤呢，真是贵哦！我连忙拉着老爸的衣服走开。对以我一个小学生来说，已经是天价了，这些菜之所以这么贵，一定是大家像炒房一样炒起来的。原来，摆正月酒就是年味儿。

年味其实不用刻意去寻找，在乡下，在城市，到处一片热闹的景象，人山人海。年味儿不是很好找吗？是啊，年味儿无处不在。

“爆竹声声辞旧岁，欢欢喜喜迎新年”，新的一年又到啦！又有压岁钱喽！哦耶！

其实新年的风俗有许多：贴窗花、贴对联、贴福字、迎接新年、穿新衣服、拜年……叽哩呱啦一大堆。也许有人会问：“咦！怎么贴的都是红色的呢？”因为红色象征和平，美好，你总不能够贴黑、白两色吧！

过新年之前，妈妈早早地就起床打扫卫生了，人们坚信，新年进入人们家中，一定要整洁、干净，新年才会高兴。

爸爸从车上拖下几袋年货，我马上跑过去帮忙，年货搬完了，我就准备去贴对联、窗花和福字，我总算有一项像样的活了。拿对联，搬凳子，拿胶水……忙得热火朝天，不亦乐乎。

除夕夜，许多海外学子回到家乡。这不，你看新闻上，电视上，想回家又买不到车票的人抱怨道：“等死也买不到票！”为此，坐“霸王车”的人那是相当的多，火车站到处都是人，挤得水泄不通。

我们是在外婆家过的年，晚饭快要开始了，二表哥一声令下：“兄弟们！准备好！开始放炮！”“啪！啪！啪！”三表哥抽出一个鞭炮，往盒上一搓，悄悄扔到表姐那边，装着若无其事的样子。“砰！”“救命啊！谁扔的？”表姐尖叫起来。三表哥和我们哈！哈！大笑。“原来你也这么胆小啊！”

新年趣事多，大人们忙着接待客人，小孩子忙着玩。我爱新年，祝大家新年快乐！

在我们每个小朋友的心里，过新年是非常快乐的，让我们来看看春节有哪些高兴的事情。新年的时候每个亲戚都会回到家吃一回团圆饭。

新年我们可以放花炮和吃年糕，新年是我们小孩子的乐园因为新年的时候都会收到压岁钱，还有新衣穿。

新年还可以到自己的家乡去看看外公和外婆，还可以到别的地方去旅行。今天，我和爸爸妈妈去姥姥家过新年，一进门，只见姨们早已做了许多可口的饭菜。随后，客人们也纷纷来了，我和爸爸妈妈热情的招待客人坐下，大家坐下后，便开始聊天。不一会儿，香气扑鼻的饭菜便端上了桌。大家品尝着一道道美味可口的菜，边吃边聊，大饱口福。吃完年夜饭后，大家一快儿出去放烟火，迎接新年的到来。只见那些烟火形状各异，大小不同，有的低，有的高，有的聚，有的散；它们的颜色五彩缤纷，红的，黄的，绿的，蓝的。瞧！那无数火星冲出来，“真美”我情不自禁地赞叹道。这里的烟雾还未散去，那里又开始“噼噼啪啪”响起来，那声音震耳欲聋。接着。一根“彩带”冲向天空，好像美丽动人的仙女在天空中播洒一朵朵美丽的鲜花。“彩带”散去后，那星星点点的火花落了下来，就像一颗颗星星在像我眨眼睛，它们好像在对我说：“新年快乐！“那一束束火花照耀着大地，让我觉得烟火是那的美丽。

烟火放完了，我却还陶醉在那快乐的海洋中。小朋友们你喜欢新年吗？我可是收了许多压岁钱，你呢？

晚上好！

我谨代表中国青年谈谈关于文化交流。我认为，只有文化交流，才能架起一座心灵之桥。

亚洲是地球上最辽阔的大洲，也是民族最多的大洲。几千年来，从古代的丝绸之路，到如今的“一带一路”，我们这个由四十八个国家四十五亿人口组成的大家庭，不断沟通，不断碰撞，才构建了如今一个繁荣的亚洲，一个多元的亚洲。

历史是一面镜子。回首来时路，我们不难发现，如果一个文明长期自我封闭，必将走向衰落。文明也需要新陈代谢。那么，对待不同文明，我们需要自己做些什么呢？

对待不同文明，需要有容乃大的态度。“海纳百川，有容乃大”，我们要以开放的姿态去包容别国的文化。1955年，周恩来总理在万隆会议上提出“求同存异”方针，其中“同”指的是摆脱殖民统治，实现民族独立。而“异”指的就是各国制度以及文化上的差异性。包容可以使各国之间和睦相处，彼此融合，让心灵之桥更加稳固。

了解不同文明，需要平等谦虚的风度。“骄慢倨傲，去之者多”，我们要以谦逊的心态去体会各国文明的真谛。大唐盛世，日本与唐王朝不仅建立了正式的邦交关系，而且还促成了各方面的交流，日本派遣大量遣唐使，来唐全面学习政治、经济、文化制度，这对日本的发展产生了重要的影响。大唐王朝热情地接待踏上大唐国土的日本留学生。唐政府规定“蕃国使入朝，其粮料各分等第给”，即按照等级供给外来使节的在唐费用，对日本使节和留学生自然也不例外。平等交流能让我们探索各种文明背后更深刻的内涵，使心灵之桥可以向更远处蔓延。

接触不同文明，需要开放融通的气度。“因循苟且，逸豫无为”，我们要以敞开的格局共同发展。一个国家如果一味地自视清高，将外来文明拒之门外，那么发展前景在不久后就会看到尽头，一步步落后于别国。比如，清政府实行闭关锁国政策，统治者以“天朝上国”自居，断绝了与各国的来往，而彼时的大清帝国就在不知不觉中已经与时代脱轨，纷至沓来的侵略者使当时的中国逐渐陷入半殖民地半封建社会的深渊，造成近代中国一部洒满血和泪的屈辱史。

习近平主席在十九大报告中提出，坚持和平发展道路，推动构建人类命运共同体。文化交流互鉴没有国界，文化交流就是用文明的力量去拉近国与国之间的距离。国之交在于民相亲，民相亲在于心相通。

开放包容、平等对话、交流互鉴，让我们四十八个国家携起手来一同努力续写亚洲文明的辉煌，铸就更宏伟的心灵之桥吧！

未来的交流器像一顶酷炫的棒球头盔。

可别小瞧它！它里面有一个语音播放器，不仅可以选择翻译的声音，还可以选择各国语言。导线连接的另一个机器，就是翻译机。它靠着一种思维信号来进行翻译，翻译完之后就把翻译信号发送给播放器，就能播放声音了。

那么，思维信号从哪儿来呢？当然是靠交流器的中心机器——大脑思维识别器。它隐藏在头盔的顶端，能接收思维脑电波，接收后就可以发送到翻译机，再把信号发送到播放器，就可以播放声音了。

很多人都很在意自己爱犬的身体健康。在头盔的后面有一个暗板，只要翻出暗板就能看见一个平板电脑，上面显示着狗狗的步数、年龄、体重、血压等各种指标参数，就不用担心狗狗的健康了。

这就是狗狗交流器，一个让狗狗和我们更加亲密的机器。

我“扑通”一声，趴倒在桌面上，眼皮一点点闭上了……

突然，眼前的景致变了。只见两三颗星孤零零的闪烁，我低下头，意识到我正处于战国时期的一个村庄里。所有的灯都睡去了，只剩下一间小茅屋还散发着暗暗的光。

“这么晚了，还有人不睡觉？”出于好奇，我蹑手蹑脚走近那座小茅屋，一点一点地把门推开，只见一个二十来岁的男子，两眼正像饿狼一般死死盯着手中的竹简，丝毫没有注意到有一个不速之客进了门。

“晚辈失礼了，敢问先生是苏秦吗？”这个画面让我想起苏秦刺股的故事，不太确定他是不是苏秦本尊，如果是，那万幸了。

“在下便是。”男子转过头来看着我，惊讶道：“你可是我回乡以来，第一个叫我‘先生’的人！都怪我自己不争气。当年，在鬼谷子老师那里，只学了一点皮毛，就感觉自己很厉害，急着下山，去游说各个诸侯。结果呢，还不是因为准备不充分，自己知识不够，到处碰壁，只能回到这破茅屋里，被家人冷眼相待！”语毕，他抬起头，望了望窗外空荡荡的天，又轻轻地叹了口气，眼光又移回到竹简上，与寂寞的夜共勉！

我向他借了一本竹简，也目不转睛地看了起来。

不知过了多久，我的眼皮已经开始酸痛。放下竹简，再看苏秦时，他那眼珠旁的血管一根一根的爆出来，像一张血红色的网，盖在他疲惫的眼球上，可是这张网改变不了他的视线——它依旧笔直指向竹简，丝毫未动。

我看见，他的一只手离开了竹简，想要去拿什么东西。不一会儿，他抓到了一件东西，我定睛一看，竟是一把寒光闪闪的锥子！

“嘿！您要作甚？”我惊叫起来。

“对自己狠一点！”说着，他用锥子猛地向他的大腿刺去。我吓得赶紧闭上眼睛，转过头去。我能想象出来，他的五官互相挤压着，鲜血从他的大腿上一滴滴滑落下来。可不一会儿，五官又舒展开来，他又抬起竹简，继续熬夜苦读……

待我回过神来，眼前又是熟悉的台灯、书桌、还有珠峰似的作业。

不过，这一次，我精神抖擞，似乎斗志盎然。

是的，“对自己狠一点！”没有压力，何谈动力？

在去往扎尕那的车上，耳机中放着轻快的音乐，一向喜欢看风景的我更是想看看藏族人们与动物们自由洒脱的生活。

一望无际碧绿的草地与山丘中，一个个扎西骑在马上，一边拉着疆绳，一边又与其他扎西们谈笑风生，马儿丝毫不受疆绳拘束，迈开大步，在绿茵茵的草地上，牛羊中穿梭，好不快活！

藏族的牛十分活泼、淘气。司机一个急刹车，又几声喇叭，好奇的我又探出头来。突然，眼前的情景让我大吃一惊！几十只牛的牛队正浩浩荡荡地走在马路中央，受到惊吓后，则嚼着草茎，白了我们一眼，又护着牛犊子悠哉悠哉地向边靠着，真应了藏族八大怪中的“牦牛当警察”！

下车走上海拔三千多米的仙女滩，眼前一亮，豁然开朗。当我万分激动地站在眼前这一片青山环绕着的绿草地时，走得胸口好像有一块大石头压着，喘不过气来，腰酸背痛的感觉瞬间就飞到九霄云外去了。

蹲下身来，伸手抚摸大自然。这一片草，大体看上去，全是折了腰的枯草和一个个深浅不一的坑，让人觉得这是一个即将衰弱的生命。

我拨开枯草，伸手去探索。我伸出的手指没有探到潮湿泥土，而是触到一个个新的小生命。我如饥似渴地望着这片新的天地，油然而生的敬畏与热情让我沉浸在青春蒸蒸日上的生命中。一片一片桃形的叶子，如刚出浴的处子的皮肤般细嫩，如小手指甲那般小，小巧玲珑。

看上去毫无生命力的枯草中竟然藏着这般有活力的生命！我触模摸着这点绿意，禁不住和自然轻轻交谈。此时，云淡风轻……。

交流，沟通你我，沟通世界。人生，因交流而多彩。

交流是一次心灵间的对话。

你把头埋在桌子里，眼前一片阴霾，你的世界充斥着不安与烦躁，天边黑压压的云，更显得昏暗。突然，一只手悄悄地搭在你的肩上，探进了你的世界，他与你交流着欢乐，共同承担着那一份怅惘与苦闷。那只手替你抬起一个太阳，拨开层层阴霾，炽热的阳光下，你的世界变得明丽而多彩，溢满了欢欣与希望。在这一次心灵的对话中，你会因交流而多彩。

交流是一次笔墨间的碰撞。

在静谧的夜里，你闲来无事，亮起一盏阁楼的小灯，坐在书桌前，你执着笔，肆意地挥洒着自己的思想，那是与自然交流的结果。你听到小楼里花开的声音，笔下有了绽放的生命与勃勃的生机。明暗中，你看见日月更替的变化，笔下有了飞逝的时光与新旧的变迁。一笔一墨间，你与自然交流着，碰撞出名为思想的绚丽的火花。在这一次笔墨的碰撞间，你会因交流而多彩。

交流是一个老友般的微笑。

因交流而多彩，不只你我，还有世界。

中国是世界四大文明古国之一，有着比其他国家更加雄厚的文化底蕴。在推动世界进步与发展方面，起着极大作用。而起作用的重要基石，就是互通有无的交流。

在很早的时候，中国的四大发明便传向了海内外，使得世界科技发展不断向前推进。可以说，没有印刷术、造纸术、指南针与火药，就很难有轻便的读书方式和发达的航海业，以及维护国防的先进武器。古代科技能够得以传播，就是因为丝绸之路上阿拉伯人，他们不仅传播着中国文化与，也向中国提供外来文化。还有玄奘西天取经，鉴真东渡日本，唐朝在当时成为世界经济科技文化的中心。

古往今来，交流促进共赢不计其数。1978年，党的十一届三中全会宣布改革开放。当时，文化大革命刚刚结束，经济发展极其缓慢。对外开放无疑是引进外国先进技术的有效手段，在改革开放的几十年内，国内经济迅猛发展，技术不断完善。改革开放40年来，中国的面貌焕然一新，开始真正的抬起头来看世界。

想起2016年，中国天眼面世引得世界轰动。调试期的天眼，一口气发现多颗脉冲星，成为国际瞩目的宇宙光测利器。虽然这是中国人自己研发的，大其中不乏有一些他国的研究成果和数据。中国的蛟龙号潜水器最深可达深海7000米，中国最大的民用民用客机C919，无一不彰显着中国技术的进步和改革开放的成功，众多的海归科学家的功劳不可小觑，这也间接指出科技交流使我国进步。

当然，中国的成果，不仅仅只有自己受益，其他各国同样获利。在杭州G20峰会上，21个国家的领导人相互交流，确定了各国友好关系以及各国共同发展与友好结交，共同进步。“一带一路”联通世界，亚欧合作，再次谱写出新的篇章，友好往来的交流也随之到来。

在高速发展的时代，每个国家都有自己擅长的一面。只有对外开放交流才可以互利互惠，实现共赢，取得进步。改革开放以来的中国，面对世界发展大势，直面风浪，勇于学习，在风口浪尖中碰撞、融合、成长，更重要的是表现出对世界发展趋势认知的日趋成熟。进入21世纪，世界科技革命新浪潮再次凸显人类文明交流互鉴的必然，跨文化的交流合作已经日益普遍。

交流使得文明获得新生与新的发展，交流更是促进世界的进步。

打开世界地图，可以发现“一带一路”这条世界上跨度最长的经济大走廊，发端于中国。它是世界上最具发展潜力的经济带，无论是从发展经济、改善民生，还是从应对金融危机，加快转型升级，它都显得至关重要。但要真正的实现，必须做到各国文明交流互鉴，一起推动时代的进步。

沿线各国的前途命运，从未像今天这样紧密相连、休戚与共。建设“一带一路”，充分展示中国主动参与国际事务的积极姿态和负责任大国的形象。表明中国将在力所能及的范围内承担起应负的责任与义务，为世界和平、繁荣与稳定作出更大贡献。

文明因交流而多彩，文明因互鉴而丰富。世界著名飞机协和客机的生产正是通过合作分工完成的。它的每一个部件，大到机翼，小到起落架上的一颗螺丝，都是由不同国家的专业厂家分别制造的。最后再将不同的部件组装，一架协和飞机就能稳稳地飞上了天。合作的融入了世界的每一个角落。

透过历史长镜头端详，有交流互鉴才有今日人类文明的繁荣多彩。古丝绸之路帆影幢幢、驼铃声声，书写出文明交流、文明共存的典范。近世以降，工业革命开启的现代化进程传播至世界各个角落，印证了互学互鉴、取长补短的可贵价值。

我深信，文明交流互鉴，必将成为增进各国人民友谊的桥梁；文明交流互鉴，更将成为推动人类社会进步的动力，维护世界和平的纽带。国与国之间，交流则无敌，互鉴则无畏，相互的信任与支持，相互的交流与进取，未来才会更加美好。
