对于我们来说，责任就是好好学习。梁启超曾说过：“尽得大责任，就得大快乐;尽得小责任，就得小快乐”。这使我有很深的感触。作为一名体委，我的职责就是管理好大家，收获的也是整个班集体的快乐;作为一名小组长，管理好这一小组的人，收获的是这个小组所带来的快乐。我们的责任，往大了说，就是一份对未来的理想的不懈追求与执着。责任承载着我们的理想，助我到达成功的彼岸。
