爱是阿甘人生的重要一部分。他妈妈对他的爱，使他并没有放弃，以至于拥有了一个如此传奇的人生，他对珍妮的那份爱使他坚持奔跑直至跑遍美国。我承认，对珍妮我是不喜欢的，不管她是因为怎样的背景造就了她的性格，我对她自暴自弃这点是极不赞同的，我认为一个人有怎样的明天取决于你拥有怎样的今天，所以我对她是怀有一种同情但不怜惜她的心情的。但是，其实看到最后，对珍妮，也是已经释怀了的。她最后还是没有继续放逐自己，这点还是值得怜悯的。

阿甘爱珍妮。珍妮是不幸的，她的生活一直很凄惨，四处漂泊，但是她是幸运的，因为她遇到了阿甘，也遇到了这世上最美好的爱情。也许珍妮不会想到，她的一句话换来了阿甘一生的等待，也换来了一个美好的结局。她的一生充满凄苦，但是最后，她终于永远的沉睡在了唯一带给她温暖的树下。

珍妮她是阿甘的唯一，因这唯一而永恒。

阿甘爱他的孩子。他送他的孩子上校车，像小时候妈妈送自己上校车一样。一切都和多年前一样，可是这一次，车上不会再有一个珍妮那样的小天使。

在阿甘的眼里，在身边的人都是天使，可是他不知道，他自己才是天使。

我也懂得这世界上最好的爱是什么样子的。

他，是常人眼中智商低弱的白痴，却在许多领域天赋异禀、聪明睿智;他天生单纯善良，却遭到一些人的冷眼相对。他就是佛罗斯特·甘。

生活就像一盒巧克力，你永远不知道下一块是什么味道。这是他喜爱的一句话，或许有许多人会评价他“傻人自有傻福”。但是，从他身上折射出的，是一种敢于尝试的精神。

如果他没有去尝试，“英雄”，“象棋大师”，“商业大亨”这些头衔对他来说，可谓是痴人说梦。但他并没有整日游手好闲，而在各个领域有所成就。失败并不可怕，害怕才可怕，倘若我们连尝试的勇气都没有，又何谈什么成功呢?

没有事情随随便便发生，也没有事情随随便便成功。或许有些人会想，我尝试了，为何没有成功呢?也许你缺乏的是一种叫做“毅力”的精神。阿甘不仅敢于尝试，他更勇于坚持。

当他开始做生意的时候，许多人嘲笑他的愚昧，而他则全身心投入养虾生意，用他自己的话来说，就是“我要整个人投入养虾生意，拼了命去做它”。

我们正是缺乏这种精神。现实中，也有许多例子：马云连读四次创业失败，甚至到义乌批发小商品去卖东西;王健林刚做商业地产的时候，三年之间打了222场官司;当年的柳传志为了发工资，带领所有员工当过“倒爷”……试问，如果没有他们坚持不懈的努力，怎么会有阿里巴巴集团、万达集团以及联想集团呢?

也许会有人抱怨命运的不公平，但是“塞翁失马，焉知非福”。阿甘从未抱怨过，他心地善良，只想做一个简单的人。他热爱跑步，妈妈说过，要往前走，就得先忘掉过去。我想，这就是跑的意义。在全州美式橄榄球明星队中，他只是跑;在--中，他只是跑。这应该是上帝给他打开了一扇窗，他充分发挥了自己的特长，最后成就了自己。

的确，生活就像一盒巧克力，你永远不知道下一块是什么味道。人生总是那么变幻莫测，有时突如其来的变化会让人措手不及。但如今学生时代的我们，应当储备丰富的知识，以应对今后变幻莫测的人生。所以当我们处于人生的低谷时，不要灰心，不要丧气，相信那快乐的日子将会来临，相信那百二秦关终属楚。

看《阿甘正传》之前，我一直认为喜欢许三多的“木”，但阿甘那种“傻”同样让我为他折服。阿甘的百折不饶、坚持到底。因为他比许三多还要“傻”、单一、木讷，而就是因为他的这种许多无谓情绪，让他过得单纯而快乐!试想下，我们工作性质，我们的服务理念就是让客户得到最大的满意。如果我们在工作中能有“傻”的精神，用心与微笑来面对我们的客户，来满足每个客户花钱得到尊重的心理，这样我们每天会过得很轻松。我对对待自己的工作而言，就现在这个社会竞争越来越激烈，有个人的竞争有集体的竞争。我们要庆幸自己能够在个人竞争中得到了小小的成功，找到了工作，能够离开自己的父母独立生存。找到了工作就要认真的工作，工作会时常给我们一些压力，我们必须把压力转变成动力，激励我们能够更加努力的好好工作，不要因为工作时间长，没有什么休息日就难以承受。要明白我们不是为了个人而工作，而是为了我们这个大的集体，集体是由个人而组成的，在这个集体里，我们需要互相关心互相帮助互相鼓励，如果每个人都报有自私的心态，我们这个大集体岂不是一盘散沙，又如何能够在这激烈的竞争取得胜利!?

每个人来到这个世界，都是带着一个美丽的梦想而来的。实现它，是你唯一的使命。因此，我号召大家来学阿甘的“傻”，成为大家的“座佑铭”来引导我们工作。“今天工作不努力，明天努力找工作”。每一名移动员工都要用心来共同呵护这个“信念”，要用“吃亏是福”的心态做好自己份内的工作。这就是我的收获……福尔斯特·甘是《阿甘正传》的男主角，他不像我观看的其他电影男主角长得既帅又风度翩翩，他小时候行走需要借助脚撑完成，旁人都叫他傻瓜，他却始终相信他妈妈说的一句话“傻人有傻福”在他妈妈的激励下，他有着自强不息精神，引用电影里的一句话：“拥有生命就像一盒巧克力，结果往往出人意料”

他的一生充满着传奇色彩，让我感动最深的莫过于他说的一句话“你只有忘记以往的事情,才能够继续前进”。他这句话在我们的现实生活中得到了充分的体现，有些人一直沉迷在自己现在或以往的成就中，不加思考，不加进取，这样的人永远都不会获得更大的收获。这些人凭借自己那一点点小成绩就沾沾自喜、骄傲自大，认为自己和其他人不同，他们始终徘徊在原地，不想着怎么进步，不思考时代的浪潮会需要哪些人才，他们永远地停止在停留在那以前那辉煌的瞬间。就像阿甘的妈妈对他说过“你和其他人没有不一样”。并不是你知识丰富，学历渊博就与众不同，笨鸟先飞的道理谁都知道，如果我们想学到更多东西就必须先将自己以前荣获的虚荣和骄傲倒掉，让我们抱着谦虚，好学的态度去学习，这样我们才能学到之前我们所学不到的东西，也许我们学的不是很对口，但是别请将我们所学用到自己的生活中去让它学以致用。阿甘问过他妈妈这样的问题：“我的命运是什么?”阿甘妈妈在临终前对阿甘说的话：“你要自己去弄明白，人生就像一盒各式各样的巧克力，你永远都不会知道下一块将是哪种你将尝到什么滋味。”她说的这句话很好的说明了我们的人生，人的一生不会一直顺利，在人生的道路上你会尝到各种各样的酸甜苦辣，任由他人说的再好，那也不能比不了你自己的亲身体会。人生百味，事实无常，这一切都是命运的安排。你面对的是也许上帝的各种厚赐，只要我们拥有一个单纯正直、不存半点邪念的头脑，才会理解生活给我们带来的真谛。

坚强不息、勇往直前，、单纯，对待事情的执着这些都是我从阿甘身上领悟到的一些人生真谛，我希望我的朋友、我的同事也能同样拥有阿甘的精神。

阿甘于二战结束后不久出生在美国南方阿拉巴马州一个闭塞的小镇，他先天智商低下，智商只有75，然而他的妈妈是一个性格坚强的女性，她常常鼓励阿甘“傻人有傻福”，要他自强不息。

阿甘像普通孩子一样上学，并且认识了一生的朋友和至爱珍妮，在珍妮和妈妈的爱护下，阿甘凭着上帝赐予的“飞毛腿”开始了一生不停的奔跑。

今天又再次重温了一遍《阿甘正传》，他的精神和傻劲儿却总能吸引到我。虽然阿甘的IQ仅仅是75，但是他却单纯以及简单，更重要的他从未改变过自己的信念。他一直执着于自己的生活，并一生都在不断的奔跑着，跑遍世界每一个角落。阿甘见证了黑人民权运动，上了前线，目击了水事件，并且参与了开启中美外交新纪元的乒乓球比赛。

在该影片中的母子之情也着实让我感动，他的母亲并没有因为阿甘的智商低下而抛弃他，但是她却做出了相反的抉择，让阿甘去接受更高档的教育，她不愿别人看不起他。而正是这位伟大的母亲，对于阿甘一生的影响是远大的，默默地支持他并鼓励他做正确的事情。

影片中的友情也是非常感人的，在期间，队伍遭到偷袭，大家都各自逃命，但是阿甘一直都想着自己的朋友巴布，但是当他将一个个受伤的士兵都解救出来的时候，他依旧没有放弃寻找自己的挚友巴布。巴布死后，阿甘履行了承诺，到巴布家做起了虾业，取得了成功并与巴布一同分享财富。对此真的深有感触，友情也是需要感恩的，朋友对我所做的努力与对我的照顾和包容都是一种上天赐予的恩德。

《阿甘正传》给我们展现了一个虽然智商只有75，却是忠诚、守信、执着、友善的阿甘!而很多时候我们就象阿甘一样找不到做一件事的理由，很多时候我们都远不及阿甘，那些不知为何而做的事情总是非常轻易的半途而废了。而我们不得不承认，很多事情的成功是有其偶然因素的，它并不会因为你处心积虑而更接近终点，却会在你不经意时，给你做出的努力一个最恰当的褒赏。

老子说：“少则得，多则惑。”

——知道得少，反而有收获，知道得多，反而会迷惑……所以单纯的人容易成功!阿甘善于把所有的问题都简单化，简单单纯到了只剩下直奔成功。再聪明的人都无法完全认清世间万象，运转再快的头脑，也跟不上世界万物的.变化。

他把自己仅有的智慧、信念和勇气集中于前方，凭借直觉的指引无助的奔跑，在同龄人的石块下跑过了儿时的嘲笑，在教练的咒骂中跑过了大学的足球场，在枪林弹雨里跑过了越南的丛林，在冷战时期跑过了乒乓外教的战场，在众人的追随中跑遍了美国。

在书中，带着美国南方口音、智力有障碍的阿甘凝视着充满野性的珍妮，仿佛和美国小说大师福克纳的名著《喧嚣与骚动》中的傻瓜班吉是远亲。但二者显然有着根本的区别：班吉只是一个家庭衰亡的象征，是个真正的低能儿;而阿甘这个“傻瓜”却几乎代表了这个时代所缺少的所有美德：诚实守信——他答应战友布巴要共同买一艘捕虾船，但战友死了，他却在旁人不可思议的眼神中为他实现了遗愿;做事认真——在大学里，他被破格录取，并成了橄榄球巨星，受到了肯尼迪总统的接见;勇敢无畏——在中他独自脱离了危险的时候，他仍然跑回丛林中去找他的战友;重情轻财——他对珍妮的爱，不用多说了。反过来说则是具备这些美德便成了愚蠢，这真是对当今某些社会状况的一个莫大讽刺。

人的一生往往就是这样，大多数时候，我们也许都在随波逐流，这种飘浮没有具体的方向，平淡到令人厌倦。可是，一个腾挪一个转身，总还是可以由自己控制的，你只需尽力将它做得完满，不必计较你得到了多少，那么，你就可以越飞越高，到达属于自己的那片天地。

任何回报都是需要先予再取，可是我们常常需要一些理由，让自己能够放弃顾虑、全心投入、甘心付出。可理由往往不够充分，反而是有各种负面的理由让我们裹足不前，犹豫不决。

看了这部电影让我想起了一句话，上帝为关上了一扇门，就一定会为你打开一扇窗，就像阿甘一样，因为智商只有75分不得不进入特殊学校，但他的事迹和成就却达到了许多智力健全的人也难以企及的高度，上帝在他小的时候剥夺了他正常行走的能力，却因为珍妮一句“阿甘快跑”使他成为了一名橄榄球球健将，从此便一发不可收拾从英雄，乒乓球英雄，到拥有13艘船的捕虾船长等等。

有人说这个故事太假。阿甘太幸运了，在这个故事里阿甘干什么事都可以成功。在我看来阿甘之所以可以成为奇迹，我想是因为他心中永远都只有一个目标，为了这个目标傻傻地去追不在乎别人对他的看法，只有完成这个目标，才去追求下一个新目标。也真是因为这份单纯，没有杂念，坚持不懈成就了他传奇。确实生活就是公平，它可以给你天赋，但他不会给你成功，天赋只是让我们在黑暗的人生道路上看的比别人更远一些，但成功永远都是属于坚持不懈努力走到终点的人。也可能是因为我们太过于聪明，想的太多，希望的太美好，有时候就是缺少了像阿甘这份单纯和坚持。这让我想到了我自己，确实现在的我就是太着急，处处都要强，急着获得成就，但总是觉得看不到成功的终点，当遇到困难时，总是充满怨言，抱怨为什么我总是遇到苦难，别人的运气怎么那么好。当我在追求自己的梦想时，却发现大学的同学已经小有成就，暗暗为自己的前途担忧。总会不由知足羡慕和嫉妒别人的成就。

看了这部电影后，让我深感触动，现在的我不仅仅要学习知识，更重要是学习用平和的心态来看待自己和别人，每个人都有一条属于自己的生命轨迹，每一份成就都需要靠自己一步一个脚印走出来的。生活就是这样必定不会一帆风顺，会遇到许多坎坷，但正所谓“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”只要我们拥有积极的态度去面对生活，全力以赴，那么成功就离我们不远了。

“人生就像各种各样的朱古力，你永远不会知道那一块属于你。”阿甘母亲的这一句话，向我们了：每一个人的生命轨迹都是存在的，而且是独一无二的。阿甘，就正是听着这样的教诲，一步一个脚印地踩出了属于自己的生活奇迹。

在影片的开头和结尾，会看到：在广阔的蓝天下，一根轻盈而洁白的羽毛从天而降，缓缓地降落在阿甘的脚下。我想，这其实正是影片在暗示我们：这个世界上，如果有人把生命看得像羽毛般纯洁、平淡而美丽，那么，这个人，一定是阿甘。

幼年的阿甘曾经腿有残疾，于是，阿甘的母亲就不得不为她心爱的儿子套上一个笨重的铁架，以辅助他行走。于是，每次放学后，同伴们就会在路上讥笑阿甘、玩弄阿甘，甚至追赶着阿甘向他扔石头。往往这时，那位女同学珍妮就会喊道：“阿甘，快跑。”然后，阿甘惊慌，拔腿就想跑，跌倒了挣扎着爬起……渐渐地，铁架子便不在束缚着他，最后他奔跑如飞了。同伴们追不上他，只能眼睁睁的巴望着而束手无策。这，应该说是阿甘人生中的第一个奇迹。凭着惊人的奔跑速度，阿甘进了橄榄球队，以后又进了大学并最终顺利毕业。不久，他参加了。在越南战场上，阿甘的部队中了埋伏，一声撤退令下，阿甘记起珍妮的嘱咐：“打不过，就跑。”阿甘于是转头就跑。他成了唯一幸免的人。看到这里，观众大概都会发笑。阿甘如果不是跑得快，就不可能后来返回去救出负伤的战友;阿甘如果不回去拯救战友，那么阿甘也就不是阿甘了。

也许，曾经，有的人常常会感觉到生活的负担过重，就因为面前的困难重重，而整天垂头丧气、郁郁寡欢。而阿甘呢，信念是这样的单纯，目标又是这样的清晰，即使先天不足，甚至是面前有穷山恶水，但阿甘也绝对能够以一颗平常的心视之，并最终一一跨过。从而达到生命之巅、获得自己最终的辉煌。

阿甘一生中只有一种爱支撑人生，那就是母爱;阿甘一生只爱一个女孩珍妮，除此他永远心如止水;他可以为了纪念死去的战友巴布，而干起自己并不熟悉的捕虾业……

在生命的每一个阶段，阿甘的心中只有一个目标在指引着他，他也只为此而踏实地、不懈地、坚定地奋斗，直到这一目标完成，又或是新的目标出现。没有单纯的抉择就不会没有心灵的杂念;而没有心灵杂念的人，大概才能够在人生中举重苦轻。

阿甘在影片中被塑造成了美德的化身，诚实、守信、认真、勇敢而重视感情，对人只懂付出不求回报，也从不介意别人拒绝，他只是豁达、坦荡地面对生活。他把自己仅有的智慧、信念、勇气集中在一点，他什么都不顾，只知道凭着直觉在路上不停地跑，他跑过了儿时同学的歧视、跑过了大学的足球场、跑过了炮火纷飞的泥潭、跑过了乒乓外交的战场、跑遍了全，并且最终跑到了他的终点。

每一个看过《阿甘正传》的人都会从中得到些许感悟：生命就像那空中白色的羽毛，或迎风搏击，或随风飘荡，或翱翔蓝天，或堕入深渊……

尘归尘，土归土，终有一天都要在世界里随风逝去，岁月的狂流从不会因为一场生命停止奔腾，毕竟人生苦短。但众生似莲花，无论是拔节而出的，还是沉沦莲池底的，都一样奋力挣扎，心有不甘，不停的，不停的渴望着精彩的人生。

精彩的人生从不是一直的风平浪静，免不了的挫折，免不了的苦难，就像是误入蚌内的粗砂，只有在不断的忍受疼痛，经过打磨过后，才会化为耀眼的珍珠。所以或许我们应该做一朵崖壁之花，狂风暴雨打不落高昂的叶，孤独寂苦没不了灿烂的花。

梦想是崖壁之花的坚持。那个在北海孤身牧羊的苏武，那个铁血汉子，一生心系自己的国家，渴饮雪，饥吞毡，只因他梦想有那么一天重新踏上大汉的土地。曾经英姿飒爽的苏子卿，在北海一呆就是十几年。从黑发到白头，用半生的心血续写着丹青。但他回来了，拿着早已破损不堪的汉节，他又重新踏上了大汉的土地，那令他日思夜寐的地方。怀揣着归国的梦想，终于，苏子卿他开出了美丽的崖壁之花。

坚持是崖壁之花的耀眼。阿甘正传里那个傻里傻气的阿甘，很难让人想象他创造了那么多的传奇，但毫无疑问的，他做到了太多连那些被称之为聪明的人都难以完成的事。阿甘确实笨得厉害，他不懂得挫折，不懂得在被石头绊倒后哭着等待安慰，他唯一知道的，只是不断的继续下去。从一个因病需要带腿箍的人，到跑遍美国的传奇人物，从一个最初智商还不到正常水平的人，到腰缠满贯的百万富翁。人们都说他是幸运，是上天赐予了他太多，但真正造就了他的，归根结底只是他傻里傻气的坚持。不懂得退缩的阿甘，最终开出了绚丽的崖壁之花。

挫折是崖壁之花的翅膀。一代音乐伟人贝多芬，当最为音乐家珍贵的耳朵失聪，当深爱的女人嫁为了他人的妻子，他也曾失落，但所有的失落与不甘，最终都化为了他音乐创作的动力。在无数的困难下，他却创造了一篇又一篇华美的乐章。直面挫折的贝多芬，绽放出灿烂的崖壁之花。

像蒙田说的：“生命的用途并不在长短，而在我们怎样利用，许多人活着的日子并不多，却活了很长久。”

我们生命的曲线如此蜿蜒曲折，看不到尽头，人生的旅途深幽长，我们对未来一无所知。但正是因为如此，一切都存在着可能性，每走一步，都可能看到不一样的风景。时间有限，追求生命的诚意和真实，比什么都重要。

像一朵崖壁之花一样吧，笑对挫折，凭靠意志与处境搏斗，以行动突破现实的改变，绽放出属于自己的最为美艳的人生。

一直都很想看看《阿甘正传》，因为据说它能鼓舞人心，给予观众奋斗下去的勇气和决心。所以这学期我看了《阿甘正传》。阿甘生下来智商只有75，但他的母亲为了他以后的生活，于是想办法把他送进了正常人的学校。

如同小时候的我们一样，总有坏孩子欺负人，阿甘也是常常受欺负，这时一辈子他喜欢的珍妮告诉他，跑。于是，他跑了起来，甩掉了追赶他的人，越跑越快，跑进了大学，跑成了橄榄明星，民族英雄，国会勋章获得者，乒乓球明星，百万富翁。

影片中让我印象最深刻的是阿甘在珍妮突然离开他的时候，突然开始奔跑起来，整整用了三年他只是不停地跑着，他并不知道自己为什么而跑，他只是想跑，只是觉得这样不停地跑着可以让自己放松一点。很多时候我们就象阿甘一样找不到做一件事的理由，很多时候我们都远不及阿甘，那些不知为何而做的事情总是非常轻易地半途而废了。

阿甘只是踏踏实实认认真真地生活着，而珍妮她有着雄心勃勃的青春，但却迷失在沉沦的精神世界里，幸福对她而言来得太晚，也太短暂了。为了她自己的梦想——成为一颗璀璨的明星，珍妮穿大学校服为《花花公子》拍照，被学校开除，成了酒吧歌手。

再后来，她迷上了迷幻药，漫无目的地在各州流浪，结交各色的陌生人，尽管她打扮得越来越艳丽，但对生活却越来越绝望。最后，患上不治之症的她终于决定和阿甘以及他们的孩子一起度过生命的最后时光。

导演无非在通过阿甘和珍妮的命运的对比，通过丹中尉命运的变化告诉观众一个哲理：人的命运是掌握在自己手中的，要靠自己的奋斗来创造命运，即便我们有各种缺陷，承受着各种不幸和灾难，但是只要能坚定一种信念，就能创造出奇迹。相信观众随着阿甘、珍妮和丹中尉各自的命运的起伏能够体会出其中的哲理!
