About ten years ago when I was an undergraduate in college， I was working as an intern at my Universitys Museum of Natural History. One day while working at the cash register in the gift shop， I saw an elderly couple come in with a little girl in a wheelchair.

As I looked closer at this girl， I saw that she was kind of perched on her chair. I then realized she had no arms or legs， just a head， neck and torso. She was wearing a little white dress with red polka dots.

As the couple wheeled her up to me I was looking down at the register. I turned my head toward the girl and gave her a wink. As I took the money from her grandparents， I looked back at the girl， who was giving me the cutest， largest smile I have ever seen.

All of a sudden her handicap was gone and all I saw was this beautiful girl， whose smile just melted me and almost instantly gave me a completely new sense of what life is all about. She took me from a poor， unhappy college student and brought me into her world; a world of smiles， love and warmth.

10月27日，我迎来了初中的军训，10月31日结束军训。在这次艰苦的军训结束后我的感慨是不能用语言表达出来的。

初来乍到的第一天，已经充分体会到了军人的纪律。从训练到内务卫生，所有的一切都是那么的.有规矩。无论是站立的姿势，还是物品的摆放，都能体现要求的严格，要在这样的环境下生活五天，显然是非常辛苦的。不过，来军训，就是要吃苦耐劳，我们要学习军人的苦中作乐的精神。

经过了这五天的军训，彻底地让我们脱胎换骨，让我们改变了饭来张口，衣来伸手的坏习惯，使我们变得更加独立，更加坚强。

每天在烈日底下训练，不断重复地练习“稍息、立正”等动作。十月底的阳光下，汗水从脸颊上流落下来，每个同学都汗流浃背。多少次想过放弃，但是，再怎么热、怎么累都好，同学们仍然坚持训练，一个个英姿飒爽地站好，为着自己的目标而努力奋斗。

九月的一天，我来到了金山区少年军校。在这里，让我学到了许许多多的知识;让我明白了当军人是很不容易的，国家不能没有军人。第一天，就总共那么一天，就让我们知道了军训是辛苦劳累的。在排队集合时，要做到“快、静、齐”这三个字。只要不安静，就要做体能。

做体能是辛苦的;做体能是劳累的`，但我还是知道这些都是教官们的良苦用心，这些都是为我们好。在整理宿舍时，当值日生拿着扫帚在宿舍和走廊上来回走动时，当我看到了扫出来的垃圾的时候，我惭愧万分，因为在一个宿舍里，没有多少人，地上的垃圾却那么的……哎!我们的行为是不对的，我们不可以这么做!

在今天一天的短短的时间里，我明白了军训口号的意思“把娇气扔在一旁，把坚强打进背包，把舒适锁进抽屉，把追求带到学校”。它其实就要我们吃苦耐劳，在家里都是父母的“小公主”、“小宝贝”，可到了这里，不能再可以依赖父母了，都要自己的事情自己做了，离开了父母，我们便不能再“衣来伸手，饭来张口”了。我在这里，一天之中明白了学会自理、自强、自立的重要性!

军校是严格的，做体能也是劳累的：中午排队集合时，因为没有“静”，所以做体能也是理所当然的。这次要做蹲马步。马步要蹲很长时间。我没蹲到十分钟就双腿发麻，四肢无力，像马上就要摔一跤似的。其它同学也像我一样，时间一分一秒过去了。等到不蹲了的时候，又不小心说了一句话，又开始蹲……

我觉得，不能只会读书，学会自理也是很重要的。当自己离开了父母时，我感受到了当父母的“宝贝”是一个十分无知的行为。

在军校的时候，是辛苦的。但是有时候也很快乐。在军校里，让我学到了前所未有的知识，让我认识到了“自理”。在这里的每时每刻，我自己的事情都自己做。

我在想：为何不在这里学到与众不同的知识呢?

二月的天气怪异的很，在十五的春节之前还冷的很，但是自军训开始，天气便好的不得了。大概是知道我们要出门运动了，所以天气变好起来了吧。

我们的教官是一个看上去斯斯文文的人，皮肤被晒的有些黑。虽然教官给我的感觉是很温柔的，但是事实证明，我们的教官对于我们还是很“狠”的，为了我们三天之后的会操，教官与我们一同在进步。

军训的第一天练的是军姿，而我经历了“每逢佳节胖三斤”的魔咒之后，连站个军姿都累的不行，时不时就趁着教官不注意的时候弯下腰来喘几口气。而此时的我终于知道了每天坚持锻炼的重要性，这不仅提升了我们一个好的体能，更能给我们一个健康的身体。

第二天练的是一些基本的站立蹲下的姿势。从小的时候爸爸就告诉我，军人和兵是最值得尊敬的，所以我从小时候就特别佩服他们。特别是在看见教官教我们这些动作，亲自示范的时候，满脑子只有“好厉害”这三个字。

第三天的主要内容是齐步走，因为下午就要会操的原因，今天的休息时间便也稍微少了些，但这些都是我们为此努力的过程。其实对于齐步走，已经做了一年多同学的我们默契应该不会很差。但是事情一开始并不都是那么顺利的，由于身高不同，速度不同，一开始的我们走的并不很齐。但是经过了自己努力和教官的帮助，做的也是接近完美了。

会操总是令人紧张的，幸运的是我们的顺序比较靠前，早点表演完就可以放下心里的那块石头。

时间很快，到我们了。我们的show出了一点差错，导致在最后没有了名次。但是值得开心的是，经过了军训，班上同学的感情更加融洽，也更加团结。即使没有拿到一个名次，但是我们努力，也尽力了，这便是我们对做一件事的态度!

为期六天的军训已悄然走过，回首遥望军训前的自己，发现自己是如此的脆弱，经不起风的摇曳，受不了雨的洒落。而现在，温室中的我们经过了军训的千锤百炼，已然褪去了稚嫩的外表，蜕变成铮铮铁骨的热血男儿，经得起寒风的怒号，受得住冰雨的击打。看着自己由内而外产生的变化，看着自己一步一个脚印踏踏实实从军训的起点走向终点，见证了这几天的付出和收获，也见证了自己从男孩变成男儿。

在六天的军训中，我们学会了什么?我们学会了坚持。在炎炎烈日下，执着的做着俯卧撑，就算身体再酸再痛也咬着牙不喊“报告”。我们学会了自强不息。不再甘愿做温室里被父母呵护的娇弱花朵，而是立志做泰山顶上的青松，傲然屹立，无惧风雨。我们也学会了忍耐，学会了以苦为乐。

军训生活虽然单调乏味，“折磨”身心，但正是这令行禁止、刻苦的训练才能正真的强健我们的体魄，锤炼我们的意志。军训之后，我们的肤色虽然明显的“浓重”了几分，但我们体魄、意志却变得似铁打、如精钢。军训是青春岁月里一道靓丽的风景线，是青葱画卷里最鲜艳的一抹红。在嘹亮的军歌声中，我们踏入了自己的初中生涯，而我们也将继续发扬在军训中培养出来的“不怕苦、不怕累、不放弃”的精神去拥抱自己崭新的学习生活。

军训开始前，我还把军训仅仅当作苦闷的代名词。一天之后，我才体会到：军训这幅画卷怎能仅仅靠一个简简单单的灰色“苦闷”来描绘?那铿锵有力、催人奋进的绿色音符，那咬牙坚持后、“一览众山小”的黄色喜悦，那烈日下挥洒汗水，休息时欢歌笑语的红色笑脸，共同构成了这幅色彩斑斓的青春画卷。

梦想的初中生活随着军训的到来而展开了。没有花前月下的浪漫，没有漫步荷塘的悠闲，没有赖床不起的散漫，迎接我们的是庄重而又严肃的军训生活。

有人问，军训生活苦吗?我说有付出才有收获;有人说，你一定要坚持，我笑着说不用，我很乐意接受这次的训练，因为我知道，他会教会我许多。

我尤其记得第一天，老师和我们说开始军训的一两天是特别辛苦的。然后老师把需要交代的内容都讲清楚了，然后望了望门口，发现教官寂静到了，便对我们说：“下面的时间就交给教官。”我有些好奇，我们的教官是神魂健壮的，或者是和蔼可亲的教官?

好一个中国军人!毫无特征的脸上，带着军人严峻的表情。他有军人特有的气质，庄重而冷峻，沉着而收敛，一头短发，配上那国字脸，显得干净而利索。他，就是我们的教官。

上午的太阳很毒，站在下面不到几分钟的时间已是满头大汗。教官威严地对我们说：“想要学好本领，首先要学会站军姿，待会你们要站10分钟。”说完最后一个音节，便示范给我们看，动作干净利索，很多同学以为难度不大而不以为然，但只占了不到几分钟后很多同学却站得东倒西歪，擦脸，擦汗，摸屁股，低头等。甚至不到几分钟就有同学面色发青，甚至晕倒送去校医室。到了中午，全班48位同学，最后只剩下了三十多位同学。教官只好无奈地说：“你们的身体素质太差了!”

可有谁喜欢被人看不起、于是当天下午，教官带着我们到指定的位置站好，开始练军姿。这次与上次截然不同，不仅动的次数大大减少，在这个过程当中还没有一个人晕倒过。教官也有些吃惊，恐怕也没有想到我们的变化这么大吧?下午的阳光碎洒在地上，天气闷热得很，整个学校就像一个烧透的砖窑，使人喘不过气来，但是同学们仍旧抬头挺胸收腹站好。

豆大的汗珠从额头，背后流过，有些痒嗦嗦的。教官为了让我们放松，调侃地说：“一定要外紧内松，手一定要贴近裤缝。你们可以想一下一些开心的事情，比如今天晚饭吃什么，或者你们可以想一下这个教官怎么这么变态，让我们站这么久，这个我是不介意的。”教官幽默地语气让我们的嘴角忍不住弯了弯，双肩颤抖。我们笑完之后他又恢复了那严肃的样子，让我们继续站好。原来我们心中那威风凛凛的军官也有那风趣幽默的一面。

短短五天内，我们学到了很多课文里面没有学到的东西，有喜有悲，有汗有泪。皮肤由白变红，再变黑，人也瘦了。但是我们却增强了我们的体质，培养出了艰苦奋斗，刻苦耐劳的毅力，与及同学们集体精神，养成良好的学风和生活作风，掌握军事的基本知识和技能。

在结营仪式上，我们展示了我们最好的自己，嘹亮的声音在学校回荡，充满了青春的活力，也证明了教官的付出是有收获的。不错的，青春的大路正向我们敞开，这次军训在路上做上了一个小标签。未来的日子对于挫折，困难的考验能够以平常心对待，敢于拼搏，超越自我。

今天早上，我兴致勃勃地到了学校，因为今天我要去延庆县军训基地去军训。当我们到达了军训基地，眼前的景象令我大吃一惊，许多军人在道路边来回巡逻，他们的步伐异常整齐，就像一个模子里刻出来的，而在两边站岗的军人也用着非常标准的军姿。我非常激动，之后，我们便来到了军训基地的主持场地。虽然当时烈日炎炎，但是我们还是坚持了下来。

我们回到了宿舍，教官给我们安排了一个任务，就是让我们安放行李，套被子，叠被子，铺床单。我首先将行李箱中的床单被套拿出来，我先把床单铺在床垫上平铺过来，然后我将床垫翻过来，接着把床单垫在下面，最后把床垫翻下去。之后，我把被子放在被套中的一角，剩下的三个角也用这种方法放进去，最后拉拉链。过了一会儿，教官来了，他教了我们应该如何叠被子，不愧为教官，叠被子叠的非常整齐。我学着教官的样子叠着被子，虽然刚开始叠得有一些困难，不过，我叠了一遍又一遍，终于叠好了，而且还帮助了其他同学叠被子，套被子。

中午，我们拿着饭盒到了食堂前方，门口真是人山人海，到了里面真是一片喧嚣，许多教官也大声说话，为此，我们也站了一段时间军姿。吃完饭之后，我到了水池里清洗碗筷，虽然没有洗涤灵，不过还是清洗得非常干净。

到了下午，我们开始站军姿，练习各种军人的纪律。教官对我严肃地说：“站军姿要脚跟并拢，脚尖分开六十度，挺胸，收腹，提臂，头抬高，收下巴，双手贴紧裤线，五指并拢。”即便在大太阳下面站着军姿很辛苦，不过，我还是咬紧牙关坚持了下来。之后是练习稍息，稍息时左脚向斜前方迈出右脚三分之一处。教官让我们来回练习了许多遍。最终，每个人都练习的非常标准。紧接着，我们练习了踏步走中的摆臂，前手臂要内合，后手臂要尽力往后伸，双手的手指要弯曲，大拇指要扣住食指。而脚要辗过去，慢慢走。最后，我们练习了原地转法：脚旋转九十度，双手不能离开身体，靠脚时不能蹭地，身体不能摇晃。

军训了一天之后，我们都非常劳累，不过我也从中锻炼了自己。
