自己没有午睡的习惯，却依然没有做过什么有意义的事，沉沦着，依靠手机打发着时间，以手机麻醉自己，逃避着现实，晚上最活跃，大家都比较亢奋，睡觉普遍很晚，兴奋的说着玩着。可是天天重复如此，自己也习惯了，你为将来准备了什么呢？

在教室上课真的没什么意思，发着呆不太认真的听着不喜欢的理论，眼睛懒散的游离，不知道在哪里落下，何处是终点，在大学的课堂上学风很一般，认真听课的很少，有不少女生挺认真的，早早去教室坐在前几排，以便达到更好的学习效果，它们的努力我们有目共睹，也得到了回馈，学习成绩还好。

之所以大学很自由，其中一大因素应该是恋爱自由吧。白天看见的小情侣还比较少，到了日暮那一对对手牵手的`小情侣便会在校园里走动，谈情说爱，其实很多情侣看上去真的很般配，英俊潇洒配美丽佳人，实属再恰当不过了，他们露出温情的微笑，呵护对方，给予关切的微笑。

图书馆的确是一个好地方，即使书很旧，但许多知识是不会因为时间而落后的，能汲取营养的书就值得你去读，但你也要去选择好书，不能胡乱去读，选择对自己真真有益的，也可以是与自己专业相关的知识，但最好要博览各种书籍，对各方面的知识有一点点的了解，不至于让自己的知识面太窄，让自己的思维更全面活跃一点。看着许多同学在图书馆翻阅书籍，寻觅自己所需要的书本，对知识的渴望，对自己的负责，今天的付出，是为了将来能活得轻松点。

网络也真是害人不浅啊！当你迷上了一款游戏，那么为了成为大神，你无法自拔，日日夜夜地在打游戏，废寝忘食，玩上了瘾那就更不务正业，整天沉浸在那虚拟构造的世界里，甚至为了购买厉害的装备或新英雄时，你不断地向游戏系统里充值钱财，最后让你误入了歧途。最近有一款特别火爆的游戏软件叫做王者荣耀，他害死了多少的小学生，让他们偷着手机玩，更严重的还是辍学在家里玩。举一个大家不敢相信而又绝对真实的例子：有一名在校学习的中学生，因沉迷于网吧，父母对他的管教置之不理，一直我行我素，常眠于电脑前成绩，分数下降，后来被学校给开除了……

我已经说了网络生活给人们带来的好处与坏处，那么我们该如何做呢？让网络消失这个建议不太现实，如果一个中学生特别是高中生，只知道遨游于书海中，那么他肯定不知道外面的高考、中考的新政策，就不知道应该从什么开始复习，如何找到重点。还是要从根本上下手，要控制玩手机的时间，让学生们知道事物的正反两方面，从而提高自己的自制力。

如今的网络在当今社会中已十分流行，人手一部手机不再是梦想。人们的生活可以说是离不开手机，这个现象在我的身上也是有体现的。

它让我苦恼过。

暑假，整个人都懒洋洋的，写作业也并不情愿。因假期的惯性，我会把手机抱在书桌旁，借口是可以在做了几个小时之后得以放松一会儿。我一到假期自制力就会下降，当然这也是借口。写一会儿作业，便以时间还早之名打开手机，将作业晾在一旁，网络上也不知是什么东西吸引了我。制作精美的小游戏？各式有趣的新闻？还是风格不同的网络小说？无从知晓。

时间很快，一晃眼就是半个小时，我急急地扔下手机，抓起笔，摊开作业本。脑子里还胡乱想着刚刚玩的游戏怎么样啊，游戏情节怎么样啊。不过写了一刻钟，又忽然瞥见手机屏幕亮了，抄起手机一看，QQ群里有人在聊天。就这样，我加入进去，待群内安静下来无人发言，再瞧瞧闹钟，又是半个小时。我暗自惊讶，却无可奈何。

好容易定下心完成几项作业，我又捧起手机，它使我静下的心稍有激动，这叫我同样疑惑。

现在的补习班类型太多太多，比如说……在家中打开电脑，点开“xx网校”的图标，在那里听直播课程。这样有优点，能够节省时间，不必跑东跑西；不过其实我并不怎么赞同，直播课程没有面对面那样，老师可以直接了解学生身上不足或不扎实的地方，能做到“对症下药”。且部分人可能会持以一种“只是网校，做直播的老师又看不到我，随便听听好了。”的心态去对待。网络不能使人发自内心安静下来，并乐意去做某件事，而且不会感到烦躁，这也是我深有体会的。

直播课程一节就是一个半小时，终于结束。

因为自己喜欢看网络小说，完成当天所有需要做的事后，我会找一些合胃口的文章来看，有小说，有散文集，有小故事。而它的好处是不用花费钱财去购买，更加便捷；不过纸质阅读给人的体验或许会更好，有人说过：“纸质阅读使人回归经典。”相对于这方面我亦是比较赞成，纸质书会带有一种“书香气”，令人心安，能去细细品味，斟酌推敲，挖掘其中深层含义。网络阅读就较为浅薄了，往往在阅读时一眼扫过，来不及多想，手一点，已经翻页了，也不想再回过头再品几番。对此，我有时候望到书架上摆得整整齐齐的各类名家名作，心里几分愧疚，想要尽量改正这点，仍需要毅力。

知道自己过于依赖网络，我想，我可以改变。

科技新时代，生活碎片化，是我们共同面临的问题。网络用来通信，不能让我们用来沉迷虚拟世界。回归纸质阅读，回归人与人间能够亲密交谈的状态，回归在现实中拥有完整的生活，去面对更好的未来。

如今我大四，即将离开生活了三年多的校园，不由感慨万千。三年多的大学生活，记录了我多少喜怒哀乐，又给了我多少收获，才让当年那个稚嫩的我变成现在这个成熟的女孩；三年的大学生活，遇到的或大或小的选择，都要自己抉择，才使我变得这样稳重。回想过去的一幕幕，我也曾迷茫过、无措过，但我的大学生活始终过得充实。我做兼职、竞选辅导生、选择当教官、加入学生会、为自己的目标奋斗，如此种种，我只是希望大学里比别人多一些经历，希望我的大学生活能够和别人与众不同，不求标新立异，只想毕业后能值得回忆。

就要与大学生活挥手再见，剩下的日子我会更加珍惜！

酸

炽热的光，灼烧着我们。伞外伞内，两个世界。他语重心长地交代生活琐事，用男人的粗糙的手指，从包里摸出了几张红色毛爷爷，递给了我。纸张上耀眼的金色反光，衬的他的手在阳光下越发地黑，越发地亮。我小心地缩着手，用两根细白的手指捻起了纸钞，快速撤回到阴影下，漫不经心地听着唠叨，视线投射在他的身后繁忙的人群上。

相顾无言，他停止了言语，看着我，静止了几秒，在我皱眉之前，他要走了。好好照顾自己，他挥了挥强壮的手臂，转身走了。人群里，还是那么拥挤吵闹，没有人在乎着一对父女正在面临分离。他的身影，越来越小，渐渐地，从一个强壮的背影，在眼里浓缩成了一段黑的发亮的脖颈，他却没有回头。很奇怪，这不正是一直渴望的结果吗？远离父母，享受自由。视线却不自觉地被他的离开的背影所吸引，久久收不回来。那背影越来越小，最终消失在回家的路上。一阵莫名的难受，我亦转身，投入了相反的路上。

孩子啊，总会忽视父母的爱，自私地满足自己的欲望，或自由，或理想，而一次人生小小的分离，酸了鼻子，润了眼眶，不舍而不自知。父母啊，总会拼命地付出，却忘了问他们要的是什么，每次冷漠的回应，酸了心，酸了四肢，无力质问，只能拖着疲惫的身心仓皇逃离。

爱着对方，只是将不敢言语的爱憋成了阵阵心酸。

辣

蓝天白云，绿树清风。而强烈阳光下，面对的，不是岁月静好，而是火一般的辣。裸露的脖颈，在一天天中，烙印下了阳光的印记。那时候，时光是那么慢，娇嫩的皮肤，似乎永远火辣辣地。汗水顺着皮肤的纹理，缓缓划过，渐渐又在高温中蒸发，消失不见。坚持吧，不然如何获得成功呢。

一身军装，渴望着英姿飒爽。身临其中，才发现，一静一动，都需要付出极大的努力与汗水，才可能做到他人眼中轻松的美丽。

咸

在烈日下灼烧，口干舌燥，舔一舔滑落在嘴角的汗水，淡淡的咸味。

冲进拥挤的人群，捧出一碗香喷喷的板面，嗯，和家乡清淡的阳春面完全不一样，越吃越咸。

躺在陌生的床上，与一群不熟悉的陌生人共处一室，第一次这么失眠。望着床板，逼迫自己睡觉。害怕，思念，迷茫，伴着入眠。

挣扎着早起，才发现，咸咸的泪水，浸了睫毛，

甜

结束了，大学前的一个特殊阶段。终于换上了喜欢的衣服，抱着珍爱的书本，踏上了上课的路。新的朋友搂着胳膊一起慢慢走着。蓝天白云，绿树清风，一切那么平淡幸福。

苦

多么幸福，有朋友，有家人，有梦想，有青春。好好活着，自在活着，哪里有苦呢？生活在继续，不要为往事牵绊，我们都要重新开始。毕竟，我们还年轻啊。
