再次,在精神层面,学校要有先进的、明确的办学理念,这是学校一切教育教学活动的指导思想.

最后,教育是培养人的活动,由教师具体完成.一所学校必须有高水平的教师,所谓高水平包括：扎实的专业知识、过硬的教学能力、良好的道德素养等等.
