Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.

To make our unique earth better, we should appeal people to live a low

In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and

more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new

lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not

need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do

to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as

possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.

All in all, there are many other things we can do to live in the low carbon

life. It needs us to do something practically. If everyone can keep this

lifestyle from now on, it will greatly change the situation and our home would

become more beautiful.

Chinese New Year is coming and my family is very busy. Its because Chinese

New Year is very special and important. We must prepare many special things to

get ready for this festival.

First, will make a big New Year meal. Second, we will make “Good-luck

wishes.” Third, we will set off firecrackers. New Year meal is delicious and we

think that eating some will bring us good luck. A long time ago, Chinese people

believed red color could bring our good luck too. And we set off firecrackers

到了下午，我们开始站军姿，练习各种军人的纪律。教官对我严肃地说：“站军姿要脚跟并拢，脚尖分开六十度，挺胸，收腹，提臂，头抬高，收下巴，双手贴紧裤线，五指并拢。”即便在大太阳下面站着军姿很辛苦，不过，我还是咬紧牙关坚持了下来。之后是练习稍息，稍息时左脚向斜前方迈出右脚三分之一处。教官让我们来回练习了许多遍。最终，每个人都练习的非常标准。紧接着，我们练习了踏步走中的摆臂，前手臂要内合，后手臂要尽力往后伸，双手的手指要弯曲，大拇指要扣住食指。而脚要辗过去，慢慢走。最后，我们练习了原地转法：脚旋转九十度，双手不能离开身体，靠脚时不能蹭地，身体不能摇晃。

军训首先要学的就是站军姿。教官说，站军姿是最基础的动作，军姿站不好，其他动作就很难做好。刚开始，我以为站军姿就是站在那里，是最简单不过的了。但是我怎么也想不到，连站军姿都这么难：抬头，挺胸，收腹，两手自然下垂，贴近裤缝线，还不能动。虽然夏天已经过去，但头顶上的太阳却比夏天的太阳还要大。淋漓的汗水洗去了刚步入初中的兴奋，疲软的手脚，谋划着酸痛的阴谋。懒惰的后羿呀!当初为什么不把这第十个太阳一并射下?现在它正得意洋洋地狞笑在我们的头顶上，用它恶毒的热量，将我们晾成新鲜的木乃伊

到了第三天，第四天，我们的好日子就来了，以前脑袋里的幻想就都成了现实。军训中的我们，最希望教官的嘴里能蹦出“休息”二字，把训我们的话改成表扬我们的，这样我们就不用站那么长时间的军姿，也不用整天听教官训我们了。但这些，在军训的时候，是不可能的。

不知是我们真的有了进步，还是教官改变了态度，他们的嘴里竟然说出“好，不错，这一遍走完我们就休息”的.话，有时候我都不敢相信自己的耳朵。

这天，军训要结束了。我又高兴又难过，高兴的是“魔鬼训练”终于结束了;难过的是自己没有好好珍惜这几天的军训。每当我静下心来回想起军训，军训生活就如浪花，在我脑海里翻滚。

军训虽然苦，但它增强了我们的体魄，磨炼了我们的意志。

军训，是迎接初中生活的洗礼;军训，是一次令人难以忘怀的体验;军训，是一段刻骨铭心的经历。

如果能再来一次，我定倾尽全力，不留遗憾。

秋季，天气还未凉，一阵阵微风中夹着比丝炎热。就在这样的天气里，操场上响起了一声声军人般庄严的声音：“1、2、3、4”这声音传遍整个操场、整个校园，还微微物回声。

在今年的9月10晶，我们学校组织了一次颇具意义的活动军训。为了这次活动，学校特意请来了六位优秀的保安来做我们的教官。每个年级一名教官，上午9点多，我们便开始军训。

我们六年级的队伍处在操场的西南角，没有树阴，我们要在太阳底下训两天。不过我们早已做好了准备，不怕苦累，一切都要听教官的指挥。第一个训练内容是稍息与立定。这个内容十分简单，上一年级时我们就会了，可我们依然听着教官讲，心中想的是如何才能把这两个再简单不过的动作做好，做得整齐划一。

上午10点多的时候，天气逐渐变得炎热起来，热得我们满头大汗，站队训练时，总忍不住要动一动，一会儿抓抓头，一会儿伸伸腿，队伍一下子乱了起来。我的腿站得有些发麻，肩膀很酸，我几乎忍不住了。也想像别人一样，趁教官不注意时做一些小动作。但我最终还是没有那么做，我把注意力集中在训练上认真听着教官的每一句话，身体上不适的感觉很快就消失了。

下午2点半，我们来到操场上集合，展开下午的训练，相比上午，我们已经有了很大的进步，队伍像一个标准的长方形，每一位同学都站得笔直，小声讲话、做小动作的同学也明显减少了，队伍中“军人”的气势也越来越强。比方说第二排的一名同学，上香他在队伍中一点儿也不安分，总是和身边的同学说话，严重的扰乱了整个队伍的纪律。而下午，他在队伍中昂首挺胸，虽然满头大汗，但他没有一句抱怨。只用了一个上午的时间，我们就有了这么大的进步，再加上明天一天的时间，一定可以改掉所有的缺点。在9月13日，学校会以演出的形式来展示这两天的训练成果。以我们现在的状态，我觉得我们一定不会比其他班级差。

太阳逐渐向西走去，我们依旧训练着，迎面吹来了微凉的风。
