根据省教育厅规范全省中小学寒暑假有关要求，结合我市实际，现就2015-2016学年度全市中小学校假期时间安排通知如下：

日前市教育局下发通知，公布洛阳市中小学寒假放假时间。

根据通知，洛阳市普通高中寒假放假时间为2015年2月11日(农历腊月廿三)，正式开学上课时间为2015年3月6日(农历正月十六);洛阳市市区义务教育阶段学校放假时间为2015年2月7日(农历腊月十九)，正式开学上课时间为2015年3月6日(农历正月十六);幼儿园、职业类学校可参照上述时间安排本校寒假放假及开学时间，各县(市)区教育局可参照上述时间安排本地区中小学寒假放假及开学时间。

通知鼓励学校在寒假期间组织学生开展社区服务与社会实践活动，让学生接触社会，加深其对国情、社情、民情的了解。寒假期间，原则上不提倡组织大型的师生外出活动，如需组织，必须报经市教育局批准。

此外，市教育局要求各学校不得提前开学，要保证寒假时间，把假期还给学生;严禁各县(市)区、市直及民办普通中小学以各种理由利用假期给学生集体补课、提前上课和开办文化课补习班、培优班、提高班;不得租借校舍用于开办针对中小学生的文化课补习班;不得与校外机构合作开办各类补习班;不得组织或诱导学生到民办培训机构进行补课、培训等。

记者从宁波市教育局获悉，宁波市中小学本学期将于2月6日结束，7日正式放寒假。下学期3月2日开学，共有18周，比这学期短5周。

往年，寒假一般都在春节前一周左右放假，开学则在元宵节过后。今年情况有所不同，寒假时间相对提前，而下学期学生在元宵节前就要进学堂了。

记者了解到，这主要是考虑到今年秋季学期时间长，下学期又比较短的情况，在制定中小学校历时，将今年的寒假提前了，改在春节前两周放假，而明年开学时间也提前到元宵节前。

目前，一些学校已经结束这学期的教学内容，包括宁波市实验小学、鄞州区首南一小、曙光中学等学校的一些年级和科目已经开始上下学期的新课。
