Therefore， we can say that fake and inferior products are a dangerous “tumor” in our healthy economy， which must be cut away as soon possible.

In my opinion， several strong measures should be adopted to fight against fake and inferior products. On the one hand， those who make them must be severely punished by the law. On the other hand， due to the growing complexity of the market， consumers are often faced with deceptive practices. Although there are laws designed to protect consumers， there is not a sufficient number of law enforcers to cover all the abuses of the marketplace. Hence， consumers should learn to discern between true and false. Only in this way can they defend their own legal rights and interests.

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. I want to kill my bother named kewang because every time and every day he makes me very tried. If yesterday he hut you, tomorrow he will heart you. Today I was at home lonely, due to my husband need to work overtime and no time to accompany me. I make my own way to leave SZ city to come to him, but unfortunately, my love lost his job and try to find a job in SZ city. Bad news for us, but we have no choice. I am a couch potato and crazy about the USA soap opera whose name is broken sisters. This series is very funny, so I will watch them as long as I am available. I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time.

Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English. So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK. Maybe I should learn something from them.

I need to work 5 days per week, after two days rest. Every time when I back to office on Monday, just feel verysleepy. Somehow I have the same feeling every Monday. I just call it black Monday. Because I have to back to normal and resume to work. I have not written something in English to record my daily life for couple of weeks. I think I need to make it up once I am available. 3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

Next week I would like to go to Kaifeng and parents. Kaifeng has many great

snacks， such as steamed buns， sesame seed Gaul. Kaifeng also on the famous

Qingming River Park， I think it has to be very beautiful. My parents will be

opened to see my uncle and live in his house one night.

I went to Yunnan Provice with my parents last Summer vacation. We spent a week there. We visited Kunming, Dali and Lijiang. We climbed Xishan Mountain, visited the Stone Forest, went to the Flower Market, went boating on Eihai Lake and so on. We also tasted the delicious food like the crossing bridge noodles. It was really a wonderful trip. And I would never forget it.

I like autumn. I love the falling leaves in autumn. They cover the ground

with golden yellow. When you walk on them, they rustle beneath your feet, just

日记可分为记事、议论、描写及抒情等。记事型是用英语记述当天自己生活学习中发生的事情。议论型是对生活中的某一事情或情况现象谈自己的看法，发表议论。描写型或抒情型，则是对某人物事物的特征做细致的描述，或针对某事物抒发自己的感情。

1、格式：

一般是在左上角记上当天日期，星期，时间的排列法与书信一致，星期写在日期之后；右上角写上当天的天气情况，表示天气情况的词一般是形容词，如：fine（晴朗的），cold（寒冷的），snowy（下雪），sunny（阳光充足的），rainy（下雨的），cloudy（阴天的）等。日记的小标题写在下一行，也可省略不写。

2、时态：

写日记的时间一般是在下午、晚上，有时也可以在第二天补写，因此，日记中所记述的事情通常发生在过去，常用一般过去时；但当记述天气、描写景色或展望未来时，可以用一般现在时或一般将来时。

写法大致和写汉语日记相同，都是在正文之前有日期、星期几及当天的天气情况。注意内容表达要清楚连贯、准确。

1. 年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开，例如：december 18, xx或者dec. 18, xx。

2. 如果要写星期，星期要紧挨日期，它既可以放在日期前面，也可以放在日期后面，星期也可以省略不写。星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写，例如：thursday dec. 18, xx或dec.18，xx thursday

3. 天气情况必不可少，天气一般用一个形容词如:sunny, fine, rainy, snowy等表示。天气通常位于日记的右上角。

Today my parents took me to my grandfathers house.I played with my

cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“thats

a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky

turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a

pity day!

I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted

to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I

liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some

books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to

buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost. And I bought some

CDs.

八月六日一早，太阳冉冉升起，我有一丝兴奋。因为我开始了九岁的第一天，而且我们一家人要去天台山玩一趟。

在天台山的第一天我们找到摩云山庄住了下来，并到花石海、花石林一带玩了玩。我立刻喜欢上了趟水的游戏。我久久站在清清浅浅凉凉的水中，真是沁人心脾啊!

第二天我们一家人先游览了小九寨，那里山势险峻，常常让我惊魂不定。我们本想沿着小九寨直达正天台。可惜前不久的大暴雨将两岸的道路全部冲毁了，于是我们只能走公路去了正天台。

正天台最好玩的地方当然就是十八里香草沟咯!十八里香草沟共有十余项玩水的游戏设施和山道游戏。妈妈笑着对我说：“到这儿玩，就不要怕打湿衣服。”

我最喜欢的就是“空中秋千”。一根根绳索吊着一根根木条，走在上面摇摇晃晃的，让人心中很不踏实。我为了挑战自己，来来回回走了好几趟。结果熟能生巧，我越走越轻松，越走越快。

我觉得最好笑的是山道上的“瘦人坊”。它由几根木桩组成，木桩之间的空隙有宽有窄。我轻松地从最窄的地方穿了过去。爸爸也顺利地从第二窄的地方穿了过去。妈妈原以为她能从最窄的地方穿过，结果被卡在那里。惹得我和爸爸哈哈大笑，爸爸的脸都笑红了，我也笑得直不起腰，妈妈有点儿尴尬，脸色青一会儿红一会儿的，我和爸爸连忙说她长胖了，该减肥了。然后我去把妈妈拽了出来。妈妈只能和爸爸一样从第二窄的地方穿过，真是出人意料之外呀!

除此之外我还玩了惊险刺激、手脚并用的绳网游戏，还有攀援绳索、逆流而上的溯流游戏。在香草沟里我们整整玩了一个下午还觉得意犹未尽。

晚上我们回等乐安吃饭，天上下起了小雨，看来是无法去和萤火虫捉迷藏了。

第三天我们恋恋不舍的离开了山清水秀的天台山。

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

movies; this way is very suitable for student to improve their listening and

speaking abilities. Third, I have believed that a great deal of practice can

strengthen language knowledge.

In a word, it is natural for us to learn English well by making efforts. If

we didnt work hard, we would never do well in learning English.

There are many beautiful trips keep in my heart, but the most unforgettable good trip is in 2010, I went to Hangzhou to join in "National Competition for King of Story ", by the way to there, I went to a old town - Wuzhen, and a well known beautiful lake - West Lake. Especially, I had a exciting Wu Pengchuan ride on Wuzhen Lake, sit down in it, just extend your hand, you can enjoy a cool summer in this clear lake. Weall didnt want to go home because the view is so beautiful, and thereare so many other exciting things to try, but sadly it was time for us to go.

It was definitely an exciting trip.If I have a chance to go there again, I will be more than happy to visit the place.
