residents of most urban areas. Some major roads are regularly choked with

traffic in rush hours. The limited transport capacity contributes largely to the

Recently our class had a discussion about whether we should help

strangers.Different students have different opinions.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.

许多人还没有认识到节约用水的重要性，可是单单就在我国还有许许多多跟我们同龄的小朋友喝不上一口干净的，哪怕在我们眼里是很脏的——水!更有些人为了达到自己的目的，胡乱挖掘、肆意抽取被认为如同人类血管般重要的地下水!导致地球的含水层与粘土层压缩变形，地面沉降和地裂缝等地质灾害的发生，造成了不可估量更是无法挽回的损失!而这一切的使作俑者便是人类自己!更有甚者，还不能认识到自己的错误。有些人一边咒骂附近的河流、池塘的水太脏、太臭，一边却还往里面倒各种垃圾等等。这些人是可耻、也是可悲的!

朋友们，你可曾想过未来的某一天，工厂烟囱再也隐匿不了那些黑烟，小河不再清澈，没有所谓的森林、树木，没有种.种……因为没有水。你们敢想象吗?所以，保护水资源吧!

她，孕育出了无数的生命，使地球上生机勃勃;她，滋润着世界万物，使一切生机盎然，她，就是水!

从浩瀚的太空远眺我们的地球，蔚蓝的悬浮着，好似一个巨大无比的蓝色水晶球，那是因为地球上71%被水覆盖着。偌大的地球村，水无时不刻地眷顾着一切生命，周而复始。你知道吗，人体70%都是由水液构成，生物学家曾研究过，一个人如果只喝水，不吃食物，至少能挺过七天;如果只吃食物，不喝水，那么顶多也只能活四天。

水在体温调节上有一定的作用。比如炎热季节，环境温度往往高于体温，机体就靠出汗使水分蒸发带走绝大部分暑热，来降低体温，使人免于中暑;而在严冬，由于水贮备热量的潜力很大，机体不会因外界温度低而使体温发生明显的波动;每当感冒、发热时，多喝开水能帮助发汗、退热、水利尿冲淡血液里细菌所产生的毒素;喝水还能滋润皮肤，入睡前喝一杯水，当你憨憨入睡时，水能渗透到每一个细胞里。细胞吸收水分后，皮肤会更加娇嫩，细腻，光滑。同时还可以排出身体的毒素，使人更加健康。

水对气候具有调节作用。大气中的水汽能阻挡地球辐射量的60%，保护地球不致冷却。海洋和湖泊在夏季能吸收和积累热量，使气温不致过高;在冬季则能缓慢地释放热量，使气温不致过低。水的威力无穷大，侵蚀岩石土壤、冲淤河道、搬运泥沙、营造平原、每时每刻都在改变着地表形态，俨然成了地球的缔造者。

水，孕育出生命的出现，得以繁衍，无论是生活、工作、学习、休闲都离不开水，可谓是功不可没!可现如今人们无暇顾及水的贵重，污染、浪费、糟蹋水比比皆是，看!有人洗手时水龙头就一直开着;有人把水乱泼乱洒以此来取乐;一瓶甘甜的矿泉水，喝了一半就扔了;有的工厂只顾自己的利益，把污水、工业废水排到河里!原本清澈的水源变得浑浊，大片大片漂浮着泡沫。。。我们赖以生存的水正在被污染、被浪费，她哭了。

电视、报纸、杂志均作报道，缺水是世界城市面临的首要问题，目前全球有46%的城市人口缺水，水资源的储备、灌注、分配和调节亦是全球的重要议题。为了让全世界都关心淡水资源短缺的问题，第47届联合国大会决定将每年3月22日定为世界水日。

我认为，我们应该节约水，节约水可以从小事做起，比如我们在洗手时，没有用到水的时候，就应该把水龙头关掉。洗脸水可以用来洗脚;养鱼水可以用来浇花;洗衣水

可以用来拖地等。要知道，水是宝贵的!

黄河之水天上来，奔到流海不复回。生命之源，它亦能载舟、也能覆舟。我们要珍惜水，节约水，不要让眼泪成为我们的最后一滴水!
