Dragon Boat Festival is one the very classic traditional festivals, which

Everyone has his own personality, my room is the most can reflect my personality. As long as you come to my room, you will find that my room has a clear theme of cartoon. 每个人都有自己的个性，我的房间最能体现我的个性。只要你来到我的房间，就会发现，我的房间有一个明确的主题----卡通。我的墙面是浅蓝色的，我喜欢蓝色，蓝色是天的颜色，蓝色是那么纯洁、无暇。墙上贴着7、8张我喜欢的海报。

瞧，印入你眼帘的是一张可爱的书桌，它虽然没有闪耀的宝石漂亮，但我却十分珍惜它，因为它是我学习的一部份，每一个宁静的夜晚或深夜，我都会认真，专心致致，坐在那里写作业，每一个阳光明媚的早晨，我都大声朗读，小鸟也随伴我歌唱。另外书桌上还摆放着，一些小巧精致的艺术品或水晶陶瓷之类的小饰物等等。如七彩水晶的天鹅，用淡紫色玻璃制成的三朵花和挂在墙壁的一个用八种颜色的卡通表，还别上一枝国色天香的牡丹，绿油油的叶子和一两只五彩缤纷的蝴蝶，美极了。当然还有陶瓷的，不过是放在紫檀木的书架上面的，列有，一套全穿日本服的娃娃和一套印度的的娃娃，还有在书架里有米老鼠，唐老鸭和全套的迪士尼的陶瓷，这通通都是我的珍藏品。

书桌的旁边是我最喜欢的床，床上是印有小熊维尼图案的四件套，这张床在我的屋里显得格外温馨、可爱。累的时候，我就会躺在上面，是那么舒服，软绵绵的。在床的右方还有一个使你感到温暖如春的空调。在炎热的冬天，开启空调，会感到好冰凉，好爽;在寒冷的冬天，开启空调，会感到好暖，好舒服。空调的功能真不错!

你看那扇明亮的窗户，它被一个落地窗帘罩住了，窗帘上面有一片片五颜六色的叶子，还有两只展翅欲飞的蝴蝶。在炎热的夏天，我看着窗帘就会想到秋天，那一片片的叶子好像在随着秋风在空中飞舞，而我也似乎感觉到一阵阵秋风的凉意，心情便不再浮躁，而是变得十分宁静。

在我房间的顶上有一盏太阳图案的大吊灯，它总能让我进入甜甜的梦乡。

这就是我的房间，可爱、漂亮、我爱我的房间!

大隐隐于乐

古人有言：小隐隐于山;大隐隐于市。

在我们的印象中，只是仙人道士必傍山而居，不闻世事。蔡志忠曾以漫画对此作了解释：仙，“人”在“山”旁则为仙，看来，古时造字便点明了其中真意。

傍山而居，和山水融为一体，这本来就是不食人间烟火的象征，偏又练就一身道行，渗透了禅意，方以道入土，归隐于山。千百年来，文人墨客莫不对此动了凡心。其中，陶渊明便是这样一个典型，当他一篇《桃花源记》出世，那颗厌倦仕途，向往幻想中的桃花源的心也就出世了。是的，他想要的是归隐，是闲适，是宁静的生活，可是如果不是官场失意，怀才不遇，桃花源这么一个避难所就要永远与他绝缘，并远离世俗而绝迹于他未来纯朴的生活。

要知道不是所有的人都抵御不了意志的消沉。“出世”有之，“入世”亦有之，所以又有许多“英豪”浮出水面，大隐于市。“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”，意气风发的李白，对前途充满着无限的憧憬。他想通过官场仕途一展才华，报效国家，挥洒人生。然而，多年的官场生活，多年的仗剑游历，让李白反思起来。有过得意，也有过失意，他终于看清了从仕之路的艰辛与黑暗，高力士为其穿靴实则铐住了他的双脚，朝廷赏赐实际上是主子施舍的乞食。于是“钟鼓馔玉不足畏，但愿长醉不复醒”，以美酒清洗心中的抑郁，以山泉清洗世间的污_，每一次醉后醒来，他又重新开始放眼世界自然，跋涉大江南北。他始终有一种信念，始终有一种火热的诗情冲动，始终有超俗的“出入”洒脱!他不被世事摒弃，也不被百姓遗忘，更不被朝廷重用。于是他不断地重拾希望，不断地将自己“大隐于市”，也许他的人生哲学便是“宇宙人生，既入乎其内，又出乎其外”吧!李白啊!不愧为“诗仙”，却是个依市而居的一个仙人。

“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”，世事内外变化多端，观念出入繁杂无比。我们不一定都要像陶潜一样“出”，也不一定都要像李白一样“入”，而是要万物归乎一心。俗话说得好，“心净自然凉”，只要内心真诚、纯净，又何去理会污_的俗事呢?我们不妨静下心来：大隐隐于“乐”。

花经风雨更娇艳，松历霜雪益挺拔，梅因苦寒自幽香，剑由磨砺方有锋。同学们，疫情未尽，我辈已成，今天我发言的题目是“立灾难沃土，书成长华章”！

同学们，忆往昔，灾难为沃土，沃土可结果——或曰旷达，或曰智慧！

松下幸之助说：“自古以来的伟人，大多是抱着不屈不挠的精神，从逆境中挣扎奋斗过来的。”此言得之。看那苏学士“途中遇雨，雨具先去”，反而在“穿林打叶声”里“吟啸且徐行”，终悟“变”与“不变”之哲理，得“清风”“明月”“无尽藏”之旷达；看那西南联大师生“国难维以至此”，却在战火中执鞭，在轰炸里苦读，“内树学术自由之规模，外来民主堡垒之称号”，获经天纬地、泽被四方之智慧。同学们，我辈已成，亦该如他们立灾难沃土，深植其根。

同学们，看今朝，灾难为沃土，沃土可结果——或名奉献，或名担当！

塞内加说：“烈火试真金，逆境试强者。”此言不谬。看那林生斌于大火中痛失爱妻娇子，却对生活报之以歌，捐收益，建学校，资助疫区；看那抗疫人员于病毒肆虐时却逆行而上，舍团圆，抛幼子，勇战一线。家人尽逝，生活之灾难，林生斌用奉献护万千“童真一生”；疫情突发，时代之灾难，医护人员用担当守国民“春暖花开”。同学们，我辈已成，正应如他们立灾难沃土，力拔其节。

同学们，望来日，灾难为沃土，沃土可结果——或为萤火，或为栋梁！

西培尼士说：“人处患难之境,如香草之受压榨则芬芳愈烈。”此言无差。灾难之中，更该“博学之，审问之，慎思之，明辨之，笃行之”；逆境之时，更该立“一览众山”之志，执“中流击水”之力，务“如琢如磨”之行，待来日，或如雨衣妹妹，不辞苦累，以我之微光，奉送一隅温暖；或如钟南山，心怀锦绣，以我之闪耀，照破山河万朵。同学们，我辈已成，自当如他们立灾难沃土，茁壮其干。

尼采说：“那些能将我杀死的事物，会使我变得更有力。”疫情可杀 人，亦可成人。同学们，疫情未尽，我辈已成，让我们立灾难沃土，深植其根、力拔其节、茁壮其干，这灾难定必将结成硕果，不负青春。同学们，疫情中奋起吧，书就成长华章；灾难中振翅吧，写就壮美诗篇！

It is well known that exercise is important. In our school, we have to do

an hours exercise every day. Many students are very happy. In the one hour,

some of us play basketball, football and ping pong, and some run around the

playground. Everyone is talking and laughing. I love this activity very much. I

also hope that there will be more and more sunlight sports in our life after

school. That not only makes us happy, but also makes our body healthier.
