我的家乡在哈尔滨，哪里的饮食主要以面食为主，到了不同的节日，餐桌上的菜肴也是不一样的。例如春节的时候，合家会熬出各家的蜜枣粥，寓意着这一个甜甜蜜蜜，平平安安，老人们会亲手制做家乡的传统美食——年糕，做年糕是小孩子们跟老人们之间最好玩的一种游戏，这里做年糕的方法有很多种，最好吃也是最受欢迎的一种就是煎着吃，老人们煎的年糕不粘锅而且好吃，坐在客厅都可以闻到年糕的香味。

元宵节也是家乡的一大乐趣，人们一大清早就会去市场买好材料回家做元宵，在家乡有炸元宵的做法，看似简单的几道工序，真正做起来就没有那么容易了，面必须揉匀，汤圆必须捏紧、揉圆，最后再放入锅里炸，炸出来的汤圆有些里面的馅已经出来了，但还要将最后一道精心制作的汁倒上，一道美味佳肴就诞生了。

在我的家乡，夏天是炎热的，在这个时候如果送上一碗冰凉绿豆糖水，便是再好不过的事了。绿豆糖水要放上绿豆、白果、红枣等材料加上白糖，放在一起煮，熟后放在冰箱里冰上一段时间，等忙累时，喝上一碗，不仅可以解署，还能降温使整个人又重新充满活力。

秋天，是最容易感冒的季节。这里家乡里的蒸梨就派上用处了，家乡的蒸梨可以防止感冒，还能在天气渐渐转凉的时给身体送上一股暖流。家乡的蒸梨，材料很简单，做法也很容易，但是却让人有种百吃不厌的感觉。首先把梨切成一小块一小块的，放入冰糖、红枣等材料就可以了，蒸出来的梨美味可口。

冬天的哈尔滨冻得让人直哆嗦，这时家里人都会准备羊肉火锅来驱寒取暖。东北的羊肉吃起来鲜嫩可口，放在火锅里那更是美上加美，里面再放点萝卜吃起来的味道更是不一样，在吃之前，还会沾上东北的大酱，吃起来又有别样的口味。

家乡的饮食文化中蕴含着独特的魅力，只有懂得其中的特点，才能更好的继承和弘扬。

The Spring Festival lasts for 15 days, there would be starting on the first day, to the end of the January 15 Lantern Festival.it is the busiest time of the year for Chinese people. The arrangements they have to make for family reunions， buying necessities and preparing food keeps them busy throughout the holiday. Many of them travel back home and meet friends over dinner and drinks. The celebrations include decorating the house and setting off fireworks.But we are talking about a tradition that seems to be fading.

Many customs associated with Spring Festival have changed， too. In the past， people used to visit relatives and friends with gifts and lots of good wishes. Today， many people， especially the youth， use their cell phones or the Internet to send their good wishes and even "gifts" to their relatives and friends. Some may say this a sign that people have become less caring about their near and dear ones， but we should see this development as a time- and energy-saving exercise granted by the information age.

Succeis the pursuit of most Americans, it is their attractive future and the incentives for moving forward. They believe that ones personal value is equivalent to his achievements in his career. American society has great movements within itself. These movements are shown in two aspects: movements amongst locations and movements inside the society. The United States are relatively more open and have more freedom. Developed transport and the tradition of adventure and sporty makes a lot of American migrate from countryside to cities, from downtown to uptown; and from north to the southern sunny land, from one city to another. It was thirty of the year. We had a new year. We were very happy. We put on new clothes and went out to play. The most favorite thing for children to play is to set off firecrackers.
