11月26日培训科组织全矿干部职工观看了2015全省上半年煤矿安全事故警示教育片。教育片通过动画演示事故经过、文字分析、事故责任人现身说法等形式直观的再现了当时事故发生的情况和事故发生的原因以及造成的损失，我犹如身临其境的感受到了事故的发生。这一桩桩的案例在整个观影的过程中无时无刻不震撼着我的神经，冲击着我的感观，直击我心底的最深处，几欲让我窒息。再想想事故受害者的家人，那一双双期盼自己父亲、自己丈夫、自己儿子归来的双眼……我不敢再去想，一想到这里我的心头在滴血，我的眼眶不由自主的就要湿润了。我的内心经不住要呐喊：这是为什么，为什么明明能避免的人生惨剧要一再的发生。难道我们还没有痛够吗，是法律制度不健全，还是管理有松懈。我心中辗转不平犹如大石堵在心口难以呼吸。不过企业出台的各种制度"要我们安全",但是我们真的做到"我要安全"了吗，于是我强迫自己安静下来以一个工人的角度来想我们日常的工作，回想一下我们是否就对自己的生命负责了？

安全其实不是什么不可攀登的高山，也不是什么不可逾越的火海。说白了它就是指生产者在生产活动中突然发生的，伤害人身安全和健康，或者损坏设备设施，或者造成经济损失的，导致原生产经营活动暂时中止或永远终止的意外事件。那么安全事故的主要的两个主体就是生产者和生产经营活动。如果说生产经营活动即生产工艺本身合法的话，那么主导安全事故发生的主体就是生产者，也就是我们职工。而作为安全事故的主要的诱发者和受害者我们是否就意识到我们自己的重要性了。我们工作中不好的习惯、拖沓的行动、懒惰的思想、对工作没有思考的习惯一点点的叠加在一起为我们以后的工作埋下了隐患，而且总是带着侥幸事故不会发生在自己的头上，这样的思想意识一旦形成一种习惯那就是给我们自己埋下个坑，而这个坑有时会用我们的生命来填平。

"看惯了，习惯了，做惯了"的思想犹如一个顽疾蔓延在了我们每个职工的身上。我们对它的存在不甚重视，但是它正一点点的啃食我们的安全长堤。千里之堤毁于蚁穴，一旦安全长堤溃塌那就真的是血的教训了。是时候了对这"顽疾""亮剑"了。

有人说"亮剑"精神是我们将来不管遇到多大的障碍和困难险阻都会百折不挠，坚强的面对它，敢于之搏斗厮杀就是不敌也会去努力拼搏。而对于我们煤矿人来说"亮剑"就是要正视我们的"顽疾"努力的克服自身的弱点，努力的拼搏奋勇向前。因为我们不能后退，后面是安全事故的深渊而只有前方才是亲人的期盼、才是温暖的归宿、才是家。我们要有"亮剑"那勇往直前的气势，破除对我们安全造成安全的陋习，挥剑斩去"三惯顽疾".

是时候了拿起手中的"剑"斩去"顽疾"保卫我们家的幸福，因为有你家才完整，有你我们的企业才精彩。

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various aspect.
