开始熬汤了。我先往锅里倒适量的水，和好米面，然后，用勺子舀起一勺水，把米面倒入锅中，再舀起一勺水，把碗里的米渣冲入锅中。汤沸腾了，好像宣布我“大功告成”了。

一切都完成了，我请“评委”——爸爸妈妈来品尝。他们异口同声地说：“这么好的饭菜，我们可从来没吃到过!”看着爸爸妈妈争先恐后、狼吞虎咽的样子，我心里美滋滋的。

今天这顿饭，也是我从小以来所吃过的最最香甜的饭菜。

“小心！”爷爷抱着蒸好粉的大蒸笼气喘吁吁地跑了出来，旁边的人纷纷让道。爷爷把热气腾腾的蒸笼一直端到门口，把蒸好的粉倒进了石臼里。

“闪开！闪开！”几位叔叔把我们小孩赶到一边，就开始“表演”起打年糕来。只见左边的叔叔，左脚在前成弓步，一手在前，一手在后，把大石锤抡得高过头顶，“嘿哟”一声砸了下去。右边的叔叔接过大石锤又抡了起来。旁边还有一个舀臼的叔叔赶忙把粘在石锤上的粉抹掉，还趁叔叔把大石锤举上去时，把砸扁的年糕拉向中间，又迅速躲向一边，一双手赶紧放进水里。三位叔叔配合默契，轮流作业，把松软的糯米粉打成了又糯又韧的年糕。

每到这个时候，我们小孩就会过来讨一块年糕，裹上白糖或者咸菜，“呼哧、呼哧”地吃了起来，一边吃还一边吹气。这种感觉我觉得是最快乐的！

In China, the subjects that students learnt are necessary. They can learn special classes when they enter university. Sometimes I think it will be perfect to have the special class in middle school.
