First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

I did my homework every day so I finished doing my homework ten days before the new term. I also played table tennis and basketball with my friends every day. I still remember last year when I was feeling lost,down and out,I had no idea about about my life,my love,my study even doubt why I was here in the world.So then came so much wine ang smoke,I was tired,physical and mental.I even wanted to end my life just jumping from the top of our buliding.

在生活中，妈妈不光是我的长辈，也是我的老师，更是我的朋友。她经常与我谈心、聊天，生怕我在学校和同学之间发生矛盾、争执。妈妈总教育我，男人要学会宽容、大度和谦让，不能取笑那些学习成绩差的同学，欺负那些比我弱小的同学……在妈妈的教导下，我在老师和同学的眼里一直都是一个善良、团结同学，乐于助人的好学生。

妈妈对我的学习也很非常上心，但她从不像别的同学的妈妈，当自己的孩子取得了优异的成绩时，就大喜特喜；当成绩考得不理想时，就生气地批评、责骂。而妈妈的态度总是很平淡，即使我考得不理想，她也耐心地帮助我找寻、分析错题的原因，并鼓励我要相信自己，以后认真。在学习上，我时刻铭记着妈妈对我说的一句话：把平时写作业当做是考试，把考试当做是平时写作业。
