“行的，肯定行的。”我又呼出一口气，一头扎进水里，开始了我新的尝试。

一开始，我求快，用自由泳拼命游着。不到一分钟，我就因为过于用力的动作而没了力气，从一开始的自由泳变成了蛙泳。速度减慢了不少，眼看着离尽头还很远，我却一丝力气都使不上了，只好狼狈地中途上岸。

“为什么呢?”我大惑不解地坐在躺椅上，看着泳池中穿梭的人们。一个正在游泳的人进入我的视线，看样子，她也是游来回的吧!我看看她怎么游!看着看着，我发现，她的速度不是很快，却看起来十分轻松。“是呀，游一个来回，我不求快，要稳呢!又不是参加比赛，何必游这么快!”想到这，我马上一咕噜爬起来跳入水中。

这次可没有什么累不累的了，轻松游就好了!我没有多想，深吸一口气就游了起来。我用着最简单的蛙泳，速度不见快，却也不慢，稳稳当当。渐渐地，我的泳镜起了雾气，没办法，我只好盲游了。

“嗷!痛痛痛痛痛!”我迷迷糊糊地游着，本来以为还有很远，不料头砰的一下撞在了墙壁上，“痛呐………痛……嗯?到了?”我猛然醒悟，原来这么快就到了，而且也不累，非常轻松!“那么赶紧游回去吧!来回一定可以啦!”我洗洗眼镜，便游上了归途。我刚游了一会儿，迎面游来一个叔叔，我看看他，他看看我，接着，他向我竖起了大拇指，我楞了一下，接着笑着向他摆了摆手，算是对他的回应和感谢吧!

不一会儿，我又到了浅水区。我完成了自己的目标!同时也懂得了做事不求快，只求稳的道理。学习和游泳一样，我们不能囫囵吞枣，急功近利，而应该一步一个脚印，踏踏实实，稳稳当当的学好每一点知识，这样才能达到我们的小目标!

In my opinion, there are many disadvantages of game addiction.Firstly, online games take up a lot of players time for study. Many of the addicts found themselves forced to drop out of school for poor academic performance. Secondly, addicts tend to isolate themselves from the reality. Whats worse , indulging in the virtual world for a long time, they are more liable to suffer mental problem and physical collapse. 在我的印象中，父亲虽然不是很高，但绝对是强壮的、全能的。他曾经体育拔尖，是一个足球好手，可惜后来却体态走样，渐渐远离运动。他手巧心细，是一名合格的木工和机械师。但他让我印象最深的，是他结实的犹如钢铁一般的肩膀。

父亲的肩膀，宽敞、厚实，没有突出的棱角，坐着刚好，很是舒服。

4岁前在日本的经历，是我最快乐的时光之一。但在当时，父亲忙于工作，早出晚归，我印象中，与他相处的时光，似乎就只有晚饭后那几个小时的休憩，和节假日外出的玩乐。那时，总少不了他的肩膀。

他一下班回家，总是先把早已在门口等待的我高高举起，然后放在肩膀上，“扛”着我到楼上的天台，俯瞰夕阳余晖下宁静的小镇，多么富有诗意啊!

而当出门玩耍时，他也成了我必不可少的代步工具。我骑在他的肩上，感觉自己变成了一个大人，顿时居高临下，威风凛凛。风凉丝丝的，轻轻地拍打在我的面颊上，那便是最舒服的体验了。

之后，我和妈妈先来到杭州。父亲仍在日本工作，大概持续了一两年吧，我没有再骑到他的肩膀上。

等到他卸了在日本的工作，我也开始读幼儿园了，这样一来，他倒有空，我却变忙了，我能和他共度的，就只剩周末了。更无奈的是，我的尺寸已经渐渐变大，体重也随正比上升，自己走路也不成问题，骑在他肩上的机会也就少之再少，也不知道为何，他宽厚的肩膀，对我的吸引力，也不如之前那么强烈。

在我小学一年级那年，我们家搬到了钱塘江边。周末，正值农历八月十八，我们全家一起去观潮。

本以为来得够早，却没料到，人们已经拥成了一堵厚墙，就是站在外围最高的石头上，我也什么都看不见。我一脸迷茫，这时，父亲突然将我高高举起，然后放在肩上，突如其来的上帝视角让我喜出望外，拍手称快。

坐在他的肩上，我终于看到了广阔的钱塘江，看到了“海涌银为郭，江横玉系腰”的景象，这回算是大饱眼福。但是，我隐隐地感到，我坐着的肩膀，没有了以前的结实和有力，总有一些不稳，也许是我太重了吧。

回家的路上，我叽里呱啦讲个不停，他也配合得听着，时不时，也讲上几句。那时的我，还天真地以为，父亲也看到了那壮观场面。殊不知，站在人群外围，个子并不高的他，什么也没看到。

后来，他的肩膀在滑雪时摔伤了，贴了膏药，干不了重活，只能静心养伤，整个人似乎也安静了许多。

自那之后，我再也没有骑过他的肩膀。

现在，他的肩膀依旧宽敞，厚实，依旧没有棱角。可是，却不怎么有力了。我也常常奢望坐在他的肩上，也许，这又是另一种感觉吧?只是，父亲老了，肩膀不壮了，我也长大了，再重新回到他的肩上，似乎不大可能了。

比赛那天，我怀着激动的心情来到学校，期待着下午的包饺子比赛。

老师一声令下，激烈而有趣的包饺子比赛开始了!

我原以为我们小组包饺子比赛中会很顺利。但是没有想到，刚开始一会儿，就出现了状况!是买饺子皮的同学买得太多，而做饺子馅的同学做得太少，导致皮多馅少。我们不得不向其他小组借一点馅，这场风波才平息下来。

谁知，一波未平，一波又起。

比赛的时间马上就要结束了，我们都想早点收工，于是速度就加快了。可是我们包的饺子形象可“毁”在了我们手里!一个个歪歪扭扭!再看看别人组包的饺子，有井有条，大小一致，鼓鼓的，胖胖的，像一个个元宝，又像一条条小船。我们比起来，真是有着天壤之别!为了不让我们组落后，我赶紧把自己组的饺子的形状调整了一下，这样才不像刚才那么乱!包饺子可真不容易!

几经辗转，我们组终于完成了比赛!

“评委”们，也就是同学们过来给我们打分!我们各项都没有取得很好的成绩，但是也没关系，重在参与!

饺子终于下锅了!饺子一个接一个地“跳”下水去，在水里欢快地打着滚。几分钟之后，饺子就出锅了。我盛了几个放在碗里，轻轻咬下去，这真是人间美味!可能是因为是自己动手做的饺子才非常好吃吧!

这次比赛，虽然没有获奖，可让我明白了：自己动手，丰衣足食。这节班队课让我终生难忘!

Movie is my favorite that I always watch movies when I am free. Since I like English very much, so the English movie is my favorite, too. Among so many films I have watched, the one I like best is High School Musical. This film tells the stories about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a beautiful and shy transfer student who is a hard working girl. 灼热的大地，火辣辣的阳光，汗流浃背的学生，构成了一道特别的“吃苦风景线”，若大的体育场在阳光下一点一点的熔化，缩小，直到把我们吞噬。飞舞的蝇虫流淌的汗水，酸痛的四肢，我们并不在乎，在乎的是我们学到了什么，学会了什么。吃苦不是时尚，需要用汗水和毅力去交换，吃苦给我们留下无尽的财富，强壮的体魄，雷厉风行的作风，和敢于战胜困难的勇气!

我感觉军训已把我们这一群十六七岁的人锻炼成了真正的高中生，让我们知道了什么是汗水，什么是真正的快乐，以及让我们学会怎样独立，怎样面对生活，面对困难，怎样去承担那份光荣而艰巨的责任。

记得才训练了三天的时候，平日拖拖拉拉的我早已疲惫不堪。刚学立正时，我就疑惑，为什么体育课中要常做的动作，早已会的动作，教官要如此仔细地讲解，为什么一个左转一个右转要教官如此煞费苦心地让我们练习，实践出真知，五天的军训就让我明白，小小一个立正所包涵的丰富，几个转身所容纳的博大。站军姿，给了你炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体，也给了你龙之传人无穷的毅力。练转身，体现了人类活跃敏捷的思维，更体现了集体主义的伟大。不积滴水，无以成江海。

对手是最大的朋友，在比赛中我们是对手，在赛后我们是朋友，互相激励着前进，让军训变得更精彩，更充实更有意义.

其实军训也并非是常人心目中的魔鬼训练、灰色的咏叹调。紧张忙碌的军训之余，我们一同感受军歌的嘹亮，尤其是其恢弘豪迈的气势，拉歌时大家围坐一团的亲热劲儿以及互相争论的不服输劲儿。而这些都是我们平日中未曾感受到的。大家齐声喊出了当兵人的心声，并与之不可遏制地引起了强烈的共鸣。所有这些都是我们人生道路中难得一次的奇遇，定会铭刻于心。
