traffic in rush hours. The limited transport capacity contributes largely to the

vexing problem. How to solve the headache?

The existing solutions to traffic jam mainly aim at creating metro bus

systems and broadening major roads. Widening the existing roads can solve

When I come to the middle school, I feel so excited, because I want to

learn more knowledge and prepare for my future. Some of my friends are afraid of

the coming challenges, they think they can’t handle, but for me, life will be

wonderful with all kinds of challenges. It is the challenges that makes me

stronger. If everything comes to me without hard working, then I won’t cherish

it. I am so eager to meet the coming difficulties, I won’t give up no matter how

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

大城市——道路错综复杂，街区高楼林立，人流熙熙攘攘，给维护公共安全带来了极大的困难，于是节目组从地下轨道交通，再到地面道路交通，再到消防安全，通过实地讲解与现场互动相互穿插的的方式，无微不至地讲述了我们在安全方面需要注意的事项。

一开始，上海市公安局治安总队黄奕警官带着几名同学到了地铁站，从进站的扶梯，到安检，再到乘车的安全与防盗，一丝不漏地给同学们讲解了乘车的注意事项，还给让大家认识了地铁中的各种标识以及志愿工作者，让大家在乘坐地铁时多了许多安全保证。

接着，是贾杰警官为大家介绍道路安全知识，从大客车，小型车的逃生，乘坐事项，再到在道路上行走时的安全注意点，最后，还给大家演示了一个关于刹车距离的实验，让大家亲身体会到了遵守交通规则的重要性。

最后，赵锦祯警官介绍了消防知识，先带大家来到了火灾演习试炼场，燃起了大火，让大家近距离体会到火灾时的压抑感受，立刻夺来了大家的目光。接着，他带领同学们来到购物中心，做了一次火灾逃生演习，在“逃脱”的路上，也给同学们介绍了一个个消防器具以及逃生的重点，与现场配合，完美的讲解了火灾时的从容应对方法。

今天的一小时课堂，无论是交通还是火灾，统统涉及到了，而课堂互动式的学习氛围，让我身临其境，在观看结束后，我立刻去了楼中查看了消防通道以及应急指示灯所在的位置，以及消防通道的大致路线，时时刻刻为保护自己的生命而警惕着。

这次学习，让我深深体会到：人的生命只有一次，可能任何一个由小的疏忽而引起的差池都会导致生命的丧失，“居安思危，思则有备，有备无患”。

那天，吃过晚饭，做完作业。我正和妈妈悠闲地在街上散步。突然，一个凄惨的尖叫声和一个急促的刹车声，传入我的耳朵。我回过头一看，原来是一个汽车旁边，一个人倒在了血泊之中。后来才知道，一个阿姨去对面买东西，结果就再也回不来了!

我心里想，如果这个汽车速度慢点，就不会有这样的悲剧，如果那个阿姨从人行道上走，也不会失去宝贵的生命。
