以前，一位_阿姨来到我们学校做安全宣传，使我想起了一幕幕血的教训。酒后驾车，酝酿车祸，到最后车毁人亡;擅自用电，结果触电身亡等事例比比皆是，让人触目惊心。

我曾经是一个不重视安全的女孩，可亲身经历了一次一氧化碳中毒后，感到了生命的重要性。

那天，我洗澡时忘了打开窗和抽风机。我边洗澡边唱歌，越洗越舒服，连满屋子的浓烟浓雾都没有感觉到。过了不久，爸爸在门外叫我洗快一点儿，我情不自禁地离开了浴池。在内衣的时候，我感到头晕眼花，似乎快没有力气穿衣服了。我急忙穿好衣服，勉强走了几步，当走到电冰箱旁边时，我四肢一软，倒塌在地，连妈妈叫我穿大衣好去医院我都不知道，整个人昏呼呼的，不醒人事。爸爸匆忙抱起我去叫三轮车，去医院的途中，爸爸不断地叫我张开嘴巴吸气，掐我的人中_……大概过了十多分钟，我撑开沉重的眼皮，朦朦胧胧地看见爸爸妈妈在我的身旁，护士姐姐又是给我输液又给我吸氧。医生见我慢慢醒来后，告诉了我，我这是一氧化碳中毒，要不是抢救得早，我的小命早就没了。我被吓出了一身冷汗，心想：要是我再在浴池里待上多十分钟，那后果真是不堪设想。从今以后，我再也不敢忽视安全的重要性了。

为了提高同学们的交通安全意识，4月29日下午，老师组织我们观看了“交通安全教育片”的录像。

电视开始播放时，教室里顿时安静下来，鸦雀无声。同学们都瞪大眼睛注视着电视，影片中，一个青年男子在过道路是没有走人行横道线，而且也不看左右车辆，竟管自己一的劲儿的往前冲，最后被辆出租车给撞飞了，当场死亡。多么触目心惊的一幕啊！它告诉我们遵守交通秩序是多么重要的一件事情。可在我们的生活中，同样的悲剧总是在不断上演。今天，仍有很多人，过道路的时候与车辆抢行，不看红绿灯，攀爬道路栏杆等现象。影片中，“安全第一先生”告诉我们，这些惨剧发生的前因，就是有那么多不遵守交通规则，从小培养良好的习惯。“红灯停，绿灯行”不能只成为一句口号。江*民爷爷说过，隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山。平时，爸爸妈妈总在我身边时时刻刻叮嘱我安全第一，在路上一定要注意交通安全。有时我会不耐烦的敷衍一句“知道了”。全把爸爸妈妈的话当做耳旁风，左耳进右耳出。看过这部交通安全教育片后，我一定会遵守交通法规，过道路左右看，不在路上跑和玩。愿生命斑马线让每个人都熟知，驻扎，代代做个遵守交通规则的好市民。请大家珍惜自己的生命，不再让录像里的悲剧重演。

在2017年10月1日，我终于亲眼在电视上看见了国庆阅兵仪式，当胡锦涛同志乘坐检阅车缓缓地驶向受检时，他亲切而又不停地向战友们问好：“同志们好!同志们辛苦了!”

警察叔叔听着他愤愤不平的语气，闻着空中飘来的浓浓的白酒味，立刻给他做了测量，结果酒精度远远超标！围观的群众越来越多，有的甚至还议论纷纷：“这驾驶员太不像话了！

居然拿自己的生命开玩笑！”不管他怎么反驳，警察叔叔还是把他押进了公安车。

就这样，一个，两个……这天晚上，他们抓获了满满一车酒后驾车的人。

茫茫深夜，警察叔叔为了我们的交通安全而不辞辛苦地工作着，他们希望所有的驾驶员喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒。我们要牢记警察叔叔的话，交通安全时刻记在我们心中！

交通已经成为我们生活的一部分，每个人都应该要注意交通安全，遵守交通规则，做一个交通安全小卫士。

有一天风和日丽，小明准备去姑妈家玩，他骑着自行车飞快的向姑妈家奔去，骑到上坡的时候，由于这一段上坡路很长，他感觉非常吃力，他越骑越慢，脸上的汗水一滴一滴地往下落，最后还是停住了，小明往前看了看，还有很长一段上坡路，看来只有推着走了。唉，小明叹了口气，擦干汗水。忽然听见后面有鸣笛的声音，他往后一看，一辆大卡车从坡下向他驶来，小明眼前一亮，想出一个“好”主意：如果我借助卡车的力量爬到坡上去，这样不就能很快的爬上这座长坡吗？于是，小明使出全身的力气，用手抓住了大卡车的后车箱，另一只手扶着自行车的龙头，这样有了大卡车的“帮忙”，小明感觉轻松多了，头上汗水也慢慢消失了。正当小明为自己的聪明头脑陶醉时，一件不可想象的事情发生了，大卡车突然停住了，这时，由于小明没有反应过来，砰的一声，小明的头重重的撞到了卡车的后车箱上，小明一慌，人和自行车都倒在了地上。司机听见声音，马上下车，看见小明受伤了，立即送到医院治疗。虽然没什么大碍，但是刚才的发生的一幕情景还时常出现在脑海，久久不能散去。

上面的故事不是瞎掰的，是真实存在的，交通带给我们方便的同时，也给我们带来了多少噩梦啊。所以，我们一定要时时刻刻牢记交通法规，做一个遵守交通法规的合格公民。

My school is very beautiful. It is Nanhai Experimental School. There are

three tall buildings in our school. They all have five floors. In the teaching

building， the P.E.room is on the first floor. The library is on the second

floor. The science rooms are on the third floor. The computer rooms are on the

third floor and the fourth floor. The music rooms are on the third floor and the

fourth floor. My class room is on the fifth floor. I am in Class9， Grade 6.

There are five gardens in our school. In the gardens there are many beautiful

flowers， grass and trees. There is a big playground in my school.

这件事直到现在我仍记忆犹新，它发生在一个星期四的傍晚。结束了一天忙碌的学习生活后，疲惫不堪的我推着自行车走出校门，开始了回家的旅程，别看这平静的马路上只有几辆车子来回穿梭，但它随时都可能危机四伏，一不小心你就有可能踏入死亡的边缘。也许是天气，也许是运气，不知怎的，那天我的心情一直不是很好，也没多想什么，义无反顾地向前骑，可就在这时，一件让我连续几日彻夜难眠、至今仍刻骨铭心的事发生了：一人骑着摩托车从我身旁超过，以飞快的速度向前行驶，可不料竟撞向下一辆正准备倒车的大卡车，那人顿时撞得头破血流，不醒人事，立即被送进了医院。这一幕我看在眼里，令我惊心动魄啊，我心里暗想：如果我再骑快点，那撞上大卡车的人岂不就成了我了，那我岂不就命丧黄泉了?唉，我眼睁睁地目睹了一个人成为了交通事故的牺牲品，真是可悲、可叹啊!鲜血流满了一地，我赶紧骑回家，关上房门，深深地想了一想……

如今社会科技发达，交通便利，大街小巷到处都车水马龙、川流不息，交通工具给人们带来便利的同时，也带来了一桩桩的交通事故，无论是平民百姓，还是富家商户，每年都有不少人丧命在它的手中。这是一个极为严肃的问题，那么，作为中学生的我们究竟应该怎么做呢?经过那一晚的深思熟虑，我心中早已有这些答案：1、我们应从自身做起，遵守交通规则，不扰乱公共秩序;2、应从小树立交通防范意识，增强法律意识，了解交通安全的得要性;3、呼吁和监督周围的亲威朋友，并让他们也能有效地了解到交通方面的知识;4、坚决抑制酒后驾车，若遇到酒后驾车等情况，立即向有关部门报告。

在电影讲座中，余老师给我们讲了很多因为生活中不小心谨慎而造成悲剧的故事。到现在为止，中国每年平均因为交通事故而死亡的有2万人，因此而残疾的有3732人。全世界平均每年因为交通事故而死亡

高达20万多，残疾的有40万多，轻伤的有100万人。

这些事情，在生活中的实例也是数不胜数!就比如余老师所说的一件事：在2005年11月14日，一名母亲正带着孩子前往外婆家看望外婆，可是，路上，妈妈为了少走点路，就带着孩子横穿马路，跨越栏杆。可是这时，突然一辆车子开过来，孩子那年轻的生命就失去了，之后妈妈痛不欲生，懊悔不已，后悔自己带着孩子横穿马路。

听到这里，我不禁想起了一个故事，那就是“坐在篮球里的女孩”，是啊，在我们的生活中，这种事情每天都在发生，我相信，今天，我们听了这样的讲座一定会更加小心谨慎的。刚才我们说了，我们就是早晨八、点种的太阳，是世纪的接班人。是中华民族的希望和未来。

而保护未来，保护希望，对于国家将来的发达，民族的前途都具有十分重要的意义。所以，我们更要多加小心，让安全在我们心中!

Mobile phones are useful and popular. But they are also bad for us

students. On the one hand, some of us like playing the games, they will forget

the time to rest. If they dont get enough rest, they will feel sleepy in class.

And even they are having a class, they always think about the games. They are

not good for our study. On the other hand, there are a lot of students who like

reading e-books on a mobile phone. Its good to read. But reading on a mobile

Firstly，As the old saying goes，the food is what matters to the people。 Food

health and life。Secondly，some producers only think about earning money without

One night Mr Lee was driving his wife home from work. She was a nurse in a

hospital. It was almost midnight and she was quite tired out. She soon fell

asleep. Mr Lee looked at her and smiled.

Mr Lee was a careful and experienced driver. He knew it was safer to drive

slowly on a dark night. After some time he noticed a car following him. It was

travelling very fast. Suddenly it overtook his car.

The driver of the car was in a hurry. He did not see the approaching lorry.

To avoid hitting it, he suddenly tuned his car. It skidded off the road and hit

a big tree. The driver and his passenger were injured.They were badly cut by

glass from the broken windscreen.Mr Lee quickly stopped his car by the side of

the road. His wife got out of the car to help the injured. The lorry driver also

stopped to help. Mr Lee drove off to telephone the police . About twenty-five

minutes later, a police car and an ambulance arrived. The injured were carried

into the ambulance and taken to hospital.

The policemen took down details of the accident. Mr Lee and the lorry

driver told them all they could remember. The policemen thanked them for their

help. Mr and Mrs Lee got into their car and continued their journey home.

Summer holidday is coming.I have a good plan for it.My best friend Tony who

is from Britain will spend the holiday with mw.Tom is 17 years old ,he like

China very much.One week ago,I wrote him a letter,inviting him to come to Dalian

for the holidays.Tony has accepted my invitation and will fly to Dalian next

week.I will go to the airport to pick him up.Then well show him around the

city.Well go to the beach to watch the sea first.Then well visit some

insteresing places.Tony will live in my house during the holiday.I hope well

我们学校也有一些防范交通事故的措施，如：放学必须戴小黄帽，每天都要有老师护送过马路……这些大大降低了事故的发生次数。但直接关系到事故发生的，还是我们自己，让我们拉起爸爸妈妈的手，交通文明一起走，绝不闯红灯，乱穿马路，不在公路上并排走，在爸爸妈妈开车的时候，我们要当好车内监督员，提醒爸爸妈妈不要超速行驶，注意各种禁行标志。时时处处做一个遵守和宣传交通法规的好少年。

如今据统计每一年人类因交通事故死亡77万人也说每分钟都有人离开中小学生的死亡也了33万多么惊人的数字！竟有那么多人时时刻刻都在离开中小学生盲视交通守则而惨剧的事例在周围也经常某中学生骑着自行车“疾驰”在放学路上红灯亮了在他眼里不他飞速横穿马路还在车上摆着姿势甚至有时两手离开车头地骑车这时前面正有一辆大货车驶来车速快而来不及刹车学生“嘭”的医生迎面撞上了货车从后面刚的一辆小汽车接着又撞上了货车了三车连环撞得悲惨后来学生被送往医院抢救无效死亡真一时放纵交通安全才断送了可贵的生命！

人的生命一次遵守交通规则的警钟正在敲响从一范文范文血的事实中体会到：过马路时应 按交通灯的指示走人行横道注意车辆靠右行走不应在马路上追逐玩耍或横穿马路。
