三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

春节，顾名思义就是春天的节日。现代民间习惯上把过春节又叫做过年。

其实，年和春节的起源是很不相同的。那么"年"究竟是怎么样来的呢?民间主要有两种说法：一种说的是，古时候，有一种叫做"年"的凶猛怪兽，每到腊月三十，便窜村挨户，觅食人肉，残害生灵。有一个腊月三十晚上，"年"到了一个村庄，适逢两个牧童在比赛牛鞭子。"年"忽闻半空中响起了啪啪的鞭声，吓得望风而逃。它窜到另一个村庄，又迎头望到了一家门口晒着件大红衣裳，它不知其为何物，吓得赶紧掉头逃跑。

后来它又来到了一个村庄，朝一户人家门里一瞧，只见里面灯火辉煌，刺得它头昏眼花，只好又夹着尾巴溜了。人们由此摸准了"年"有怕响，怕红，怕光的弱点，便想到许多抵御它的方法，于是逐渐演化成今天过年的风俗。另一种说法是，我国古代的字书把"年"字放禾部，以示风调雨顺，五谷丰登。由于谷禾一般都是一年一熟。所"年"便被引申为岁名了。我国古代民间虽然早已有过年的风俗，但那时并不叫做春节。因为那时所说的春节，指的是二十四节气中的"立春"。南北朝则把春节泛指为整个春季。据说，把农历新年正式定名为春节，是辛亥革命后的事。由于那时要改用阳历，为了区分农、阳两节，所以只好将农历正月初一改名为"春节"。由于春节过后不久，春天来临，万象更新，新一轮播种和收获季节又要开始。人们有足够的理由来载歌载舞迎接这个节日。于是，节前就在门联上贴上红纸黄字的新年寄语。当春姑娘来到门口时，会念一遍寄托新一年美好愿望的句子，这一念好运真的来了。同样寓意的事情还有挂大红灯笼和贴“福”字及财神像等。

春节是个亲人团聚的节日，离家的孩子要不远千里回到父母家里。真正过年的前一夜叫团圆夜，家人要围坐在一起包饺子。饺子的做法是先和面，“和”字就是“合”;饺子的饺和“交”谐音，“合”和“交”又有相聚之意，所以用饺子象征团聚了。节日喜庆气氛要持续一个月。正月初一前有祭灶、祭祖等仪式;节中有给儿童压岁钱、亲朋好友拜年等典礼;节后半月又是元宵节，其时花灯满城，游人满街，盛况空前，元宵节过后，春节才算结束了。

First of all, I did so well in the final exam that makes my parents very happy. They say that it’s their best gift for the New Year. And we come back our hometown to spend this biggest festival with other relatives. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. There were about thirty people had the dinner together. It was really great. After dinner, we enjoyed the Spring Festival Gala Evening. On the New Year’s Day, we gathered together to play games or cards. We children got lucky money from adults. This was the most exciting thing for us. On the following days, we visited to each other, bringing our best wishes.

“五月五，是端阳。插艾叶，戴香囊。吃粽子，撒白糖。龙船下水喜洋洋”。每年农历五月初五为端午节，又称端阳节、午日节、艾节、端午、重午、午日、夏节。虽然名称各不同，但各地人民过节的习俗是相同的，端午节是我国二千多年的旧习俗，每到这一天，家家户户都会赛龙舟；吃粽子，饮雄黄酒，佩香囊。

传说，屈原是战国时期出国人，很有学问。他在楚王身边做官，为国忠诚。昏君楚王却听信奸臣的话，把屈原削职流放。在流放中，屈原听说楚国的都城被敌人占领，百姓遭难，悲愤极了。五月初五这一天，他来到汨罗江边，怀抱一块石头，以纵身跳入汨罗江中。出国的百姓听到屈原投江的消息，都十分悲痛。他们含着泪划着船赶来打捞屈原，还把粽子扔到江里喂鱼，希望鱼儿不要伤害屈原的身体。这就是五月端阳包粽子的来历。

在过端午节时，人们有赛龙舟、吃粽子、饮雄黄酒、挂荷包和栓五色丝线等许多习俗。这些习俗都是为了驱邪或纪念屈原的死。

端午节的许多习俗与“五”这个字联系在一起。用红、黄、蓝、白、黑，五色丝线系在儿童脖颈、手腕或足踝上称为“长命缕”。各家要插“五端”：菖蒲、艾草、石榴花、蒜头、龙船花。过端午节还要吃五黄：黄鱼、黄瓜、咸鸭蛋黄、黄豆瓣包的粽子、雄黄酒……

端午节真是一个有趣的传统佳节！
