Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to spend the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

我家乡的春节习俗到了农历十二月二十四开始筹备过年的东西，家家户户把家里的每一个角落打扫得一尘不染，家里变得焕然一新；用物和被帐都行清洗，谓之“采囤”。百姓便忙碌张罗备办各式年货了：买鸡、鹅、鸭、鱼肉；添制新衣饰；新购家具、器皿；选购年画、春联等。尤其要买柑桔、青橄榄等水果作象征吉祥如意和迎送亲友的佳果。旧俗过年前，男必新理发，女必“挽面”，现女子多为剪发美容。到了年三十(除夕)，清晨时，在门口挂上红红的大灯笼，贴上新的对联。主妇们便忙着准备做一年之中最丰盛、最富意义的团年饭。团年饭，顾名思义，是一家在过年时欢聚在一起吃饭，连故去的老祖宗也不忘记的。一家人团团围坚，这是每个家庭大团圆的美好时刻。
