那年春节我和妈妈到了下午的时候就开始包饺子的准备工作。妈妈先拿出一袋面粉，倒出部分放盆子里，加水揉成面团，再用擀面棒擀成面皮。再拿出一块肉，把肉剁成肉泥，就可以开始包饺子了。

妈妈开始教我包饺子了，她认真地给我边说边做示范，我则想到那么一件事的边听边学着妈妈的动作。由于我想露一手，妈妈说的话我一句也没领会，只顾照猫画虎照虎画猫，左手托住一张饺子皮上放了一勺馅，把馅子皮合拢，用手一捏，哈哈……捏住了！

正在我得意之际，突然感到对手湿漉漉的，原来是油从饺子左面冒了出来。于是，我捏左边，可是沾了油的面皮始终合不拢。我非常气恼，一使劲，左边是捏住了，可是右边又冒油了，真是气死我了！于是，我同时捏住两边，再使劲一捏，饺子的肚子就给撑破了，这可气的我火冒三丈，不得不再拿一张面皮补住。我手里拿着的已经不是饺子了，而是一个肉汤圆。诶，没办法，谁让我没看清学懂呢。

我难为情地拿着“杰作”给妈妈看。此时，妈妈已笑得合不拢嘴了，她停止了笑对我说：“包饺子不能用蛮劲，要用巧劲”。并如此一般地又教了我一边。听了妈妈的话，我非常惭愧，我决定再包一次。我按着妈妈说的，右手捏中间，然后两边对挤，在左右轻轻一捏。嘿，你别说，这只“小胖墩”还挺带劲呢！

通过这次包饺子，我懂得了一个道理，无论做什么是，我们都要讲究方法。

到了吃晚饭的时候，妈妈就去厨房把我们做好的饺子拿出来煮了，等妈妈把煮熟的饺子端出来的时候，我特别高兴，因为我迫不及待的想吃我和妈妈一起包的饺子。

大家在过春节时都放鞭炮，因为鞭炮是为春节而制作的，所以每逢春节来临，家家户户都燃放烟花爆竹，庆祝春节的到来。放鞭炮在古代是为了赶走一个叫“年”的怪兽，“年”欺压百姓，但人们放鞭炮赶走了它。所以放鞭炮作为一种春节习俗流传至今。

除了放鞭炮，贴对联也是一种春节习俗。对联是用红纸做的，人们相信红色可以降妖除魔，所以用红纸做对联。每一家都贴有对联，门上还贴了“福”字，“福”是倒着贴的，为什么呢?哈哈，意思是表示“福”倒(到)了。

拜年也是春节习俗，我最喜欢拜年了，因为拜年可以挣压岁钱呢!拜年一般在大年初一的早上，大家都起床很早，相遇时互相问好说祝福语，然后互相拜年发压岁钱，这时候是我最高兴的时刻啦!拜完年我回家数着自己的压岁钱，心里美滋滋的。

春节的习俗还有很多，如穿新衣，大家一起吃饺子……现在这几年又举办了一些游戏，可以玩，大家都开心。春节的习俗真多呀!

吃完赏月饭在平台上对着天上又亮又圆一轮皓月我缠着爷爷和爸爸让他们给我讲中秋的故事。爷爷说“辰辰你知道中秋的来历么？”我歪着脑袋想了想说“中秋不就是秋季的正中么？”奶奶笑着说：“算你歪打正着吧！古时候七月、八月、九月这三个月叫做秋季八月是仲秋之月而十五又是这个月中间的一天处在秋季的正中所以把八月十五称为‘中秋’。中秋这一天月亮最圆月色最美。人们常常把月圆看成团圆之意因此中秋节又叫团圆节是亲人团聚的最佳节日。”“呵呵看还是我最聪明吧！”我得意地说。

“那你猜得出月饼的来历么？”这下我可没办法了只好向爸爸帮忙。爸爸说“据史料记载元朝末年民不聊生许多有志之士准备起义。当时起义军的领袖张士诚暗中串联把写有‘杀鞑子灭元朝八月十五家家齐动手’的纸条藏在圆饼里送到各户人家约定中秋节起义。到了中秋节那天大家一起动手杀死‘鞑子’揭开了起义的序幕。从此中秋节这一天制作月饼、馈赠月饼就成了一个民俗既然是团圆节就把月饼做得圆圆的。”“没想到这小小的月饼还有这么大的来历呢！”说完我轻轻地咬了一口手中的月饼。大家都笑了……

夜渐渐深了可我一点都不累反而觉得这个传统的中秋节过得特别的有意义。

一阵“噼哩啪啦”的鞭炮声传来，空气中弥漫着烟火的气息。一年一度的春节又来到了，一大早，妈妈就在灶间忙个不停，我决定去街上转转。

啊!每条大街小巷，都有那么多五颜六色的身影在晃动，像河水一样流淌，前不见头，后不见尾。

Food between China and Western countries are totally different styles. China has 5000 years history. We probably spend half of time on food. Chinese people choice food very carefully. They only use fresh material to make food. For example they only eat fresh fish.

Chinese have a lot of ideas and techniques for cooking. We can cook a chicken in over ten ways. That’s why Chinese food is so popular in the world. Western country like English or American, they don’t have fresh food because they buy their food from supermarket which only sells stored materials. Western people would also prefer fast food like burgers and chips.

They are unhealthy to human body. Western people do not have many skills for cooking, mostly they only boil, steam and bake the food. By the way, western people are very good at making desert and chocolate. They can make very good cake and chocolate. They are very sweet but it’s sort of food which make you become fat quickly.

大年三十晚上，家家户户都在边吃团圆饭，边看春节联欢晚会，等待着新年钟声的敲响，我们家也不例外。

我双眼无神地盯着时钟，此刻时间仿佛成了一个小气鬼，一秒钟都仿佛变成了永恒的时刻。我无可奈何地叫起来：“天呐!时间怎么过得这么慢呀!”“心急吃不了热豆腐，耐心等着吧!”哥哥拿起电视遥控器，换了换台，意味深长地笑了笑。

时间悄悄地流向十点，新年的钟声，一步一步向我们无声无息地走来。仿佛有一只瞌睡虫爬到了我的身上，我两个眼皮气势汹汹地打起来架。“啪啪”，电光火石间，我的屁股像被火烧了似的疼痛。在一旁的哥哥满脸阴笑：“呵呵!我看你要睡着了，就提醒了你一下。为了不让你睡着，我们来玩个游戏——打扫卫生。”我拿起扫帚打着哈欠，一边扫地，一边抱怨：“真烦，要是玩数绵羊的游戏，该有多好啊!”

时间如水一般从我手中流失，睡觉的欲望如野草似的在我心里一般疯长。正当我要睡着时，只听一声“过年啦!”霎时间，一束烟花像一支利箭一般，冲向天空炸出了一张美丽的笑脸。紧接着，不计其数的烟花像机关枪里的子弹一般以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲上天空，炸出了一朵朵美丽的鲜花。

此刻，天空成了花的海洋。烟花像仙女般美丽，礼花如公主般高雅，它们绽开笑脸，仿佛在向我们祝贺“新春快乐!”哥哥郑重地拍了一下我的肩膀：“祝贺你守岁成功，新春快乐!”我开心地笑了!

在我国众多的传统节日中，春节是一个最喜气洋洋的节日。那个时候，每个人脸上都挂着幸福的笑容。

今年春节，家家张灯结彩，个个欢天喜地，尤其是我们孩子，更是欢呼雀跃，兴高采烈，心里想，还能有什么节比过春节更快乐的呢?

春节期间，只见每家每户门两旁贴着红艳艳的对联，门正中间倒贴着一个大大的福字，一开始我不明白，好好一个福字，干嘛要倒贴呢，后来听妈妈的解释和指教，才大概明白这层含义，意思福到福到暗示福已到达你家，来年会更吉祥，更平安。除了对联和福字外，各家阳台上还挂起大红灯笼，左一盏，右一盏，刚好拼成一对，有的还在灯笼里插上一根蜡烛，闪出一阵阵光芒。

我家也不例外，在春节前，爸爸妈妈还有我都在迎接春节的到来。妈妈去买了许多年糕、汤圆、零食，水果等食物，爸爸则去买了许多的烟花爆竹，准备去家门口放烟花，我的任务最轻，只要去附近的小店里，买几张对联，再买几张福字和中国结，就大功告成了。那几天，我们都在等待着期盼着春节的来临。

在过春节这几天里，到处有着新年的气氛和热闹的景象，打鞭炮，走亲访友，聚餐，大家有说有笑，谈天说地，热闹非凡。我们孩子穿着新衣服，蹦蹦跳跳，串来串去，口袋里还有长辈们给的一包包压岁钱，可开心啦!

总之，春节是我国非常古老的传统节日，值得我们去庆祝，值得我们去发扬光大。
