Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 2008, the entire society was increasingly concerned about food safety issue. Problems leading to food safety are as follows: 1) using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process; 2) adding toxic substances; 3) excessive use of food additives; 4) abusing of chemical additives and so on.
