It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

In China, the subjects that students learnt are necessary. They can learn special classes when they enter university. Sometimes I think it will be perfect to have the special class in middle school. 中国从1985年6月5日开始举办纪念世界环境日的活动，以“青年人口，环境”为主题 。自此之后，每年的6月5日全国各地都要举办纪念活动。1993年北京被选为举办庆祝活动的城市，其主题是“打破贫穷与环境的怪圈”。2014年4月修订公布的《中华人民共和国环境保护法》第十二条：每年6月5日为环境日。

With the general standard of living improvingand the working week becoming shorter，more andmore people are able to make a holiday trip toplaces of interest. While many like to joinpackage tours fro convenience，I prefer to traveln my own.

I like travelling on may own not only because it costs much less but because it gives a great degree of independence and freedom. Travelling on my own，I’m my own boss;and can decide when to start on my way，where to linger a little longer and which spot can be skipped over to save energy or time for another spot. I can always adjust my plan. On the contrary，in a package tour you’re deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. At the sound of the whistle，you have to jump up from a sound sleep and，with heavy-lidded eyes，hurry to the gathering place where you are collected and counted to board a coach. At the sight of the little flag waving，you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule，regardless of the weather or your health condition.

True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel individually，for instance，getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes

The traditional culture of the year the Spring Festival, the Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn festival. One of my favorite is the Mid-Autumn festival, because Mid-Autumn festival to eat moon cakes, moon, family reunion.

The time of the Mid-Autumn festival is the annual lunar August 15, from ancient times in China have the custom of the moon, there are many beautiful legends, for example chang e and wu gang felling laurel, yutu dao medicine and so on. The Mid-Autumn festival and the custom of eating moon cakes, because the moon cake is round, a symbol of the reunion. Now a lot of moon cakes, the taste is different, have a sweet and salty. Stuffing is very rich also, there are five "benevolence, preserved fruit, bean paste, jujube paste, coconut, and egg yolk, etc. My favorite is preserved fruit fillings, because it is very sweet, very delicious.

I like the Mid-Autumn festival, wish all the children can have a the mid autumn festival with my family.

一年中的传统文化有春节、元宵节、端午节和中秋节。其中我最喜欢的是中秋节，因为中秋节可以吃月饼、赏月、合家团圆。

中秋节的时间是每年的农历八月十五日，我国从古代就有赏月的习俗，还有许多美丽的传说，比如说嫦娥奔月、吴刚伐桂、玉兔捣药等等。中秋节还有吃月饼的习俗，因为月饼圆圆的，象征着团圆。现在的月饼很多，口味各不相同，有甜的有咸的。馅料也很丰富，有五仁的、有果脯的、有豆沙的、有枣泥的、有椰蓉的，还有蛋黄的等等。我最喜欢的是果脯馅的，因为它甜甜的，很好吃。

我喜欢中秋节，祝愿天下的小朋友都能和家人过一个团圆节。
