倡议书指出，有一种节约叫光盘，有一种公益叫光盘。所谓光盘，就是吃光你盘子中的食物。当前，餐桌上浪费的粮食数量巨大，“舌尖上的浪费”触目惊心，身边的浪费比比皆是。我国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约500亿公斤，接近全国粮食总产量的十分之一，最少倒掉了约2亿人一年的口粮。为了进一步弘扬中华民族勤俭节约的美德，大家一起来向“舌尖上的浪费”说“NO”。

为此，向全县人民发出“光盘行动”倡议：

我们倡议，餐饮企业在餐桌上摆放“节约用餐”标识牌，为顾客提供“小份菜”、免费打包等服务，并在顾客结账时主动提醒打包。

我们倡议，消费者吃饭不点多，剩饭要打包,减少奢侈浪费，不攀比,以节约为荣,浪费为耻。

我们倡议，志愿者积极做“光盘行动”的发起者、推广者、监督者，将勤俭节约行为推广，将奢侈浪费行为摒弃和曝光。

“吃光盘中餐，今天不剩饭”。拒绝浪费，珍惜粮食!从我做起，从今天开始，你，愿意吗?期待您和您身边的人加入“光盘族”!

早就听说“汉唐”的美食，今天，我和爸爸妈妈一起去“汉唐”食府，我们看着菜单，一个不留神就点了六个菜，分别是泡椒凤爪、糖醋排骨、晶莹鸭舌、清蒸鲈鱼等，妈妈说：“点多了。”爸爸说：“知道，要光盘，吃不完打包。”第一个上来的是我最喜欢泡椒凤爪，我的口水都快要流出来了，赶紧下筷，那有点辣辣的味道一下子弥漫开来，激活我的味蕾。第一只凤爪还没下肚，第二盘糖醋排骨又上桌了，看着那色香味俱全的排骨，放在嘴里，那浓郁的酸甜裹着酥脆的排骨，太美味了，真让人欲罢不能。我们津津有味地吃着，直到再也吃不下去了才罢休。吃饭吃完，我们共打包了三碗菜：半条鲈鱼，三分之一碗糖醋排骨和小半盆小炒肉，其余也都做到了“光盘”。看着干干净净的盘子，服务员还给我发了小礼品，一包文具作为奖励。

晚上，我们把打包来的菜重新加热烹调了一遍，小炒肉加了点大蒜，鲈鱼又红烧了一下，糖醋排骨又加热了一下，践行“光盘”行动，剩菜在我们的打理下，成了新的美味，而且还很节省。

请加入“光盘”行动吧!无论在家还是在餐厅，让节俭成为一种美德。
