我看过一张少年百科知识报，上面的字让我深深的感到羞愧，在一个偏僻的地方，那里少年总是吃也吃不饱，但是他们心里十分的满足，每天大家总是把饭带到学校里来吃，虽然没有什么好吃的饭菜但是他们总是吃的津津有味，我仿佛听见了他们那咀嚼声，吃完饭后大家总会把饭盒放在一起，看着干干净净的饭盒里大家都哈哈大笑起来。原来他们也是那么的节约虽然家庭不富裕但他们有节约的好品质比什么也要重要。他们不像我们的衣服放满整个衣柜只有一两件还是补了又补，也舍不得买一件新衣服今天我可真收获不少。

节约可以减少那些不必要的浪费，也可以保护地球，让地球的未来更加美好。

The Pressure From College Students

In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and more students get the college education, college students are under great pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two years’ students compete for the jobs! I just can’t imagine such situation. The pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may happen. It is said that some students suicide themselves because they have much pressure. Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balance it. When we deal with it well, we can live a better life.

在中国，大学生的数量每年都在增加，随着越来越多的学生接受大学教育，大学生承受很大的压力。我们从新闻上看到很多学生在毕业后找不到工作，第二年的时 候，另外一些学生毕业，两年的学生竞争工作!我无法想象这样的情形。大学生的压力越来越大，他们应该时而不时地释放压力，因为太多的压力会带来不好的影 响，一些学生思想扭曲了，一旦他们的情绪得不到及时释放，悲剧的事情就会发生。据说一些学生自杀因为过多的压力。每个人都会有压力，但是我们必须知道有压 力才有动力，同时，压力也是一种负担，我们要平衡压力。当我们处理好压力时，才能过得更好。

The new term is coming and i will be wiser and wiser because i will learn

more knowlege.I will do more meaningful things that i think.First,i will get

back to my everyday activities, such as:Ping pong,football and basket

ball.Sports are really interesting,arent they?Second,i will read more

books,just as the saying goes:the more , the better.Its true that I will know

more about the world and understand why people say that the world is very

big.Third,i will study maths,physics and English better.I will solve more

difficult maths problems and be interested in them.I will think about more

physics problems.English is important and I will spend more time on it.Im

really looking forward to the coming future.I will get ready to face the

future!

We can live in this beautiful, wonderful world, because our parents raised us. They taught us the life every one of the first, is the first step they taught us to walk, is they taught us that the first sentence, is they taught us to recognize the first word... If without our dear parents, there is no us.

One time, I got acute disease, just the heavy rain that day, mom and dad are very worried, they take me to the hospital together, dad behind my back that day, mother behind his umbrella to us, because it was late, we only have to walk to the hospital, the mother to the hospital to register, with my dad, waiting for the doctor to see a doctor for me, that we always stay up till midnight, see I dont have anything, mom and dad with a smile, but my tears blurred my eyes. So I told mom and dad said: "I will study hard repay you later." They said: "as long as you are healthy and happy, good performance, is the best for us in return." I nodded solemnly. From then on, I told myself I must good good study, dont let parents worry about, because I want to use results to repay their parents.

I am very grateful to my parents, I want to learn to be grateful. Have words to say well "who made the heart-inch grass, at a three chunhui". Therefore, in order to repay hard raising my parents, I must study hard now, when I grow up, find a good job, let parents abetted. Parents paid for me, I will thank you ten times, one hundred times, return them, let them give valuable.

我们能生活在这美好、精彩的世界上，是因为我们的父母养育了我们。他们教会了我们人生中的每一个第一，是他们教会了我们走第一步，是他们教会了我们说第一句话，是他们教会了我们认第一个字……如果没有我们亲爱的父母，就没有我们。

有一次，我得了急病，那天正好下着大雨，爸爸妈妈都很着急，他们就一起送我到医院，那天爸爸背着我，妈妈在后面给我们打着伞，由于已经很晚了，我们只有步行到医院，到了医院妈妈去挂号，爸爸陪我一起等着医生为我看病，那天我们一直熬到半夜，看到我没有什么事情，爸爸妈妈都露出了笑容， 可是我的泪水却模糊了我的眼睛。于是我对爸爸妈妈说：“我以后一定会好好学习报答你们的。”他们说：“只要你健康快乐，成绩好，就是对我们最好的回报。”我郑重地点了点头。 从那以后，我对自己说我一定要好好学习，不让父母操心，因为我要用成绩来报答父母。

我很感谢我的父母，我要学会感恩。有一句话说得好“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”。因此，为了报答辛苦养育我的父母，我现在一定要好好学习，长大后，找一个好的工作，让父母安享晚年。父母为我付出的，我将十倍、百倍的感谢、回报他们，让他们的付出有价值。

Living without an aim is like sailing without a compass. This philosophical

wisdom by John Ruskin, one of the greatest British writers, tells us that goal

setting is extremely important in life.

Why is goal setting so important? The main importance of goal setting is

that it provides us with direction and purpose. When we have goals, we know what

we want to achieve so that we can focus our mindson a single worthwhile target

and avoid getting distracted easily. Personal goal setting also provides us with

motivation to achieve what we want to achieve.

Goal setting is of especial significance for todays students. A study

reveals that when students set goals, they learn the importance of taking

responsibility, of minimizing excuses and of helping others. Goal setting is a

lifelong skill that first helps students succeed in school and then later in

life.

亲爱的同学们：

一粥一饭，当思来之不易;半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰。勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德，党的十八大以来，厉行节约、反对浪费在社会上蔚然成风，中共中央总书记习近平也对“光盘行动”作出了“严格落实各项节约措施”的重要批示。弘扬勤俭节约的传统美德、传承山东大学“朴实、扎实、务实”的优秀品格，是每个山大人义不容辞的责任，也是山东大学建设世界一流大学、建设最有德性的大学的内在推动力，更是新世纪的中小学生应尽的义务。让我们行动起来，争当勤俭节约标兵!

为此，我们发出以下倡议：

以知为行，广泛参与，共做“勤俭节约”的践行者。从思想上崇尚俭朴，以勤俭节约为荣、铺张浪费为耻;增强勤俭节约的自觉性、主动性，不浮夸不空谈，将节约落到实处。

从我做起，拒绝剩餐，争当“光盘行动”的示范者。点菜适量，吃饱为宜，以“光盘”为荣、“剩宴”为耻，珍惜每一粒粮食，自觉维护节俭用餐的良好风气。

推己及人，互相提醒，成为“光盘行动”的传播者。监督身边同学，及时制止浪费行为;向亲人、朋友宣传“光盘行动”，劝说他们节约每一棵菜、每一粒米。

历览前贤国与家，成由勤俭败由奢。让我们共同践行勤俭节约，从“光盘”做起，不浪费每一滴水、每一度电、每一张纸，共建节约型和谐校园。
