何谓共享？共享的字典意是：共同享有，共同享用。现如今，越来越多的共享资源腾空出世，给人们的生活带来了极大的便利，也正在慢慢地被大部分人接受。许多商家也“脑洞大开”，使我们能共享更多的资源，所以说，现在，正是一个“共享时代”。

对我们学生来说，“共享书籍”、“共享篮球”这类共享资源给我们提供了很多方便。但相信绝大多数的人最先开始认识共享资源都是从“共享单车”开始的吧。确实，共享单车为大家提供了很多便利。从我们个人的角度来说，可以省去购买自行车或其它非机动车的钱，使我们的出行更加便捷；从对管理方的角度来说，投放共享单车对中国的环保有很大的影响，越来越多的人在出行时选择共享单车，低碳环保，绿色出行，节省了很多资源。

就拿我举个例子吧，我们家门口的共享单车还算多，有一天我正要赶着时间去上课，我看到小区外面有许多共享单车，便赶忙向一辆单车跑去，不看不知道，一看吓一跳，在我附近的这几辆车，不是缺了踏板，就是少了刹车，还有的断了链条，少了扳手，缺了刹车……好不容易看到一辆好的，一扫二维码——正在维修……我跑到另一个路口，才骑上了共享单车，可这车骑起来“吱吱吱”的响，就像一群老鼠在啃车上的链条，但我上课要迟到了，管不了这么多了，只能快速地向前骑，现在想想，还真是危险啊！但这也揭露了一个问题——有些人不爱惜共享单车，甚至还会去恶意破坏！

每每在新闻上看到废弃的共享单车堆积如山，或是有人将共享单车停进小区，我都会感到无比惋惜：为什么有些人会不珍惜它，如此自私自利呢？为什么明明小区和手机上都有标识，有些人依旧我行我素呢？为什么有些人会将它占为己有，不愿共享呢？

我认为，从管理者的角度来说，过量地投放共享单车，对人行道的占用非常严重，使不使用共享单车的行人无法在人行道正常地行走。对于使用者来说，在共享单车给我们提供了便利的同时，我们更应该珍惜它们。在使用单车时尽可能地小心谨慎，在使用完后，将座位调整好并擦干净。与人方便与己方便，这样才能使共享单车的使用更加有序。有些的士司机因为共享单车“抢”了他们的生意便去恶意破坏单车。我们应该对破坏这些共享单车的人采取一些惩罚措施，如扣信用分等，只有让他们尝到苦头，才会珍惜，变得不那么自私。

在这方面，深圳的做法值得效仿。针对共享单车乱停的问题，深圳明确界定了政府、企业及市民的责任和义务，并对自行车停放区域、用车秩序、停放要求、道路规划等方面作了说明，由公安交警部门、城管部门等有关单位按职责执法。深圳还建立了深圳交警自行车用户诚信平台，对于存在交通违法的单车用户，统一纳入平台黑名单中，共享单车企业依据黑名单的信息，调整用户信用分、提高车费，而交警部门也能通过企业的大数据对违规用户进行处罚，实现政企信息互通。

和任何新生事物一样，共享单车的发展，也要经过一个曲折的过程。正确看待共享单车这一新生事物，我们就能够对这一新事物的发展前景充满信心，在它不遵守相关非机动车交通法规时保持清醒的头脑，进行规范管理，在它遇到挫折时不是绕道走而是满腔热忱地支持它。它像刚落地的娃娃，从头到脚都是新的，是改变城市公共生活的互联网+新事物，它的成长需要良好的水分、空气、温度、光照、土壤、春风等，而这些养分的提供，需要运营方、市民和有关部门各方共治、合力共推，用新思路解决新问题。

自从成都兴起了自行车租赁方式以后，引起大量的关注，而做法是把自行车内免费租赁给别人，可经过观察，人们的不文明行为与自行车损坏甚是严重，所以我认为这个办法不可行，据我的实地调查的情况可以看出大多数人还是认可自行车租赁的，但大多数都认为要专门去办理租赁卡非常地麻烦，都希望可以简单一点。虽然大多数的接受调查的人都说可行，但不会使用租赁的自行车，有些自行车站点甚至无人租赁，大多数人与我的看法相同，都认为自行车的租赁有利有弊，或直接认为不可行。那自行车租赁的办法到底可不可行呢?有什么利与弊呢?

我认为自行车租赁不可行，因为经过调查，大多数人竟不知有这么个自行车租赁，或不知怎么使用，可见自行车的租赁并不盛行，据我在三圣乡的调查，要办自行车租赁的卡，需要到乡政府办理租赁卡，可据我得知，自行车租赁卡已经停办，而有卡的人还在继续使用自行车租赁站。虽然是自觉租赁，但三圣乡的人们素质还是很高，到了调查完毕，晚上回家时，车辆都一个不差的停在自行车租赁站里，出了原来的损坏外无新增的损坏。

而且自行车租赁也是有利又有弊，租赁的优点是给要去远点地方的人带来便利，而且方便快捷，调查所知，人们认为自行车的优点是方便群众，给没自行车的人带来方便，而且省下了买自行车的钱，而有些骑车爱好者也可借用自行车来骑，而我认为，政府与公司建立自行车租赁，我想，这不仅仅是为了让大家方便，更加促进了人们对低碳与环保生活地认识，鼓励人们使用自行车与公共交通器械，少开汽车，美化环境。

万事有利便有弊，而自行车再为众人带来了方便的同时，且为大家带来了弊端，由于自行车是免费租赁，虽然我是一个地道的成都人，但我并不觉得我们这个城市的文明程度到底有多好，有多高。既然是免费，那损坏是一定了的。通过我拍的照片大家可以发现，不论是在车尾的轮罩上，还是在踏板上，都有不同程度的损坏，成都人有一种不是我的东西，只要不追究到我身上，我便要损坏他，将它占为己有，便要做损人而又不利己的是，也就是宁愿害己，也要损人。不仅如此，还更有胜者：在都江堰还有人为了不让别人借走“自己的车”而私自在车轮上上了锁，以达到不让别人借走的目的。对于自行车的损坏甚是严重，三圣乡的自行车租赁站里的自行车都有不同程度的受损，而且在车筐中会有多多少少的垃圾与杂物。有些自行车租赁站里有一～三辆自行车都以停用。

在这个科技进步迅速的时代，共享这个词印入了每个人的脑海里，但使用次数最多，频率最高的当属共享单车了。

人们出行离不开它：工作、上学时的每一个清晨，总能看见一大批“骑车族”来来往往的身影；下班，放学时，共享单车因为价格低廉，总是大家的首选。若没有共享单车，人们将不能便捷出行，不能解决“最后一公里”带来的困惑，也没有了茶余饭后津津乐道的话题，有人甚至认为，没有共享单车，他们将寸步难行。放眼望去，单数上海，注册“小黄车”、“摩拜”等企业类共享单车账户的有多少人，更何况有些共享单车也不拘泥于国内，已经走出中国，走向了世界。也不必说：共享“为他们带来的巨大利润，就仅仅是广泛的热度，大肆宣传的广告就能让他们名誉大增。

公司CTO首席技术官邱林表示，“快兔出行”于今年1月份进驻贵阳。到目前为止，公司已经投入了2万辆单车。每天使用人次达3—5次/车。用户活跃度在全国的众多城市中算比较高的。目前确实存在车辆被损坏的情况，被损坏车辆已达到一百多辆。其中一次出现在花溪公园附近，有七十多辆车被损坏。他们怀疑是有人因为利益冲突蓄意恶性破坏，目前他们已经向法院提起诉讼。目前，“快兔出行”公司已向政府部门提出申请，在城区规划更多的共享单车停放点。

贵阳市交通委员会交通发展研究中心主任丁勇表示，目前由贵阳市交通委员会牵头，联合交管局、城管局等相关部门共同协商，本着支持发展、引导、规范的原则，拟定关于共享单车的管理规范措施，预计该措施将在5月份出台。

拥有了共享单车，贵阳市民不再羡慕其他城市的同时，却有不少市民不懂珍惜，给自己的城市抹黑。“爱护公物”不仅仅是小学课堂里的一句口号。文明，贵阳这个城市还要走很长的路。素质，是我们不得不再次提到的关键词。在此，我们呼吁每位市民多一份敬畏之情，珍爱公共设施，考虑一下自己的行为会不会影响到他人。城市文明建设，需要您的一份力量!

这个寒假我是在天津度过的。这一天，爸爸妈妈带我去南开大学游玩，一进校门我就惊呆了，好气派的教学楼，还有各种图书馆，游泳馆等，我心想：如果我以后能来这个学校上大学该多好啊，那就必须努力学习，才能实现梦想！

参观了一圈，我突然被校园的自行车吸引住了，马上让爸爸解锁共享单车，上次来时，我骑的还是自行车呢，这次居然意外地骑上了电动自行车。这足以说明科技发达了，为什么说是意外呢，因为我本来想骑自行车，可是当时没仔细看，解完锁后却发现是电动的。我的天啊，锁都解了，不能不骑啊，车把是拧的加速键，我一开始拧到了头，差点撞树上，然后妈妈给我做了示范。我学着妈妈的样子一点一点的熟练了。哇塞，超级快，像在天空中飞翔！

妈妈告诉我：时代的发展，中国兴起了许多新型产业，其中共享单车就是一个。我已经沉浸在这科技的海洋里，我要努力学习，为祖国的建设添砖加瓦！

The shared bikes like Mobike and Ofobring great convenience to people. You

needn’t lock them by simply using your smart phone. They can take you where the

subway and bus don’t go. And they can be left anywhere in public for the next

user.

However, bad things happen. Some people damage the QR code on the bike, or

use their own lock, which causes trouble toother users.

In my opinion, it’s difficult to turn these people’s ideas in a short time.

Therefore, bike-sharing companies like Mobike and Ofo need to do something. For

example, those who damage the bike should pay for their actions. Also, because

people use their real name to registeras a user, it’s a good way to connect to

one’spersonal credit.

In the end, what I want to say is to take good care of public services.
