针对以上问题，我提出几项管理建议：

1、共享单车要靠市民自觉爱护，注意停放合理和安全，不给行人和交通带来不便；

2、希望政府部门能系统考虑，统筹管理，提出有效的解决措施，比如划定固定停车点等；

3、从我做起，做个文明的小学生，做个文明的市民，有序使用和停放，爱护车辆。如果大家都做到了，那共享单车就会成为杭州的一道亮丽的风景线，而不会成为杭州的一个“小污点”。
