妈妈还有一个特点：是注重营养，因为她在买菜上一点也不懒(虽然有时也会让我偶尔去买一次菜)，每天去南门菜场买全萧山最新鲜的菜，而且每顿都是两道绿色蔬菜，一道荤菜，主食一般都是芋头、红薯、紫薯，土豆、黄粿、年糕、南瓜等(因为我米饭吃得少)，而且做菜用的是最贵的花生油和香油，更重要的是她绝对会让我一口一口地把蔬菜吃完。每天如此做饭，如此监督。还真是奇怪，这样吃了一两年，连病都没有生过，真是比那些“灵丹妙药”还要好的“仙丹”。

妈妈非常喜爱运动，她早上跑步，下午瑜伽，因为她说运动可以增强体质，减缓衰老。当然老妈运动也会带上我，我也喜欢上健身了，身体也越来越好了。即使冬天在麻城，她仍然顶着刺骨的严寒跑步，成了一道独特的风景。

这就是有点偷懒，但是坚强、注重营养和爱美的妈妈。

今天一早，我起床看见爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶都在忙着做饭、包饺子，当然我也没闲着，我在和奶奶包饺子，因为是第一次包，还不会包，就看着奶奶包，过了一会儿，我想自己试一下，我学着奶奶的样子把饺子皮托在手中，把饺子馅放入饺子皮，再捏好，不能让馅流出来。我包了半天才包好，奶奶说：“你第一次包能包成这样已经很不错啦，”听老奶奶的话我心里很高兴，我和爸爸一起把洗了的硬币包在饺子里，看谁能吃到幸运饺子。

吃完了晚饭，我们就下去放烟花，爸爸把火点燃，我和妹妹一起跳烟花舞，转烟花圈，写烟花字，高兴的不得了!

说到中国传统文化，不知道大家是否认真思考过其中的涵义是什么，一直以来，中国的传统文化源远流长，博大精深，在国内外也是无人不知晓，想必这就是中国强大的原因之一。

从小我们耳濡目染的中国节日就很多，例如春节、元宵节、重阳节、端午节、中秋节等等，想必很多人最喜欢的还是春节吧!因为每到这个节日的时候，每家每户都赶着回家跟亲人团聚。不管是北上广深为了追寻梦想的年轻人，还是为了生生计迫不得已外出的中年人，这个节日寄托了他们365天对家，对孩子，对父母的日日牵挂的总和。

平日里，他们都没有什么时间回家，只能在这个才能与家人相聚一起，共同迎接心得一年，同时也祈祷着新的一年，孩子们都健健康康，父母吉祥安康，自己事业有成。中国人对新的一年真的有很多的寄托，这也是为什么中国人的对于春节有一个特别的感觉，也许原因就在这里了。

其余还有中秋节、清明节这些都是大家熟知的节日，要说中国的节日文化，可谓是十分的深奥，而我们也会一直伴随着每一个中国的节日，一直成长，一直传承发扬下去，因为这些组成中国文化的一个特点，也代表着中国文化的流古至今的魅力所在。因此，我们不管我们在哪，中国人，中国文化却会一直陪伴在身边，在心上!

外婆从老家带来两只小鸟，一带回来我就很想看，放在阳台上我看了好几遍才吃饭。过了很久我看到小鸟越来越顽皮，告诉你我家的两只小鸟很不爱卫生。到处拉大使，我说：“你永远都飞不出动，它就把大便弄到阳台上。

别看我家的小鸟很顽皮，最后话的是不动就站很久。最有趣的是它们互相用嘴去啄别人，还有两只小鸟走来走去好像在比赛。

昨天晚上我放了根羽毛进去，你猜后来怎么样。可能你会想到，结果小鸟乱蹦乱跳。还有一次我在阳台上摘下一片树叶，去喂小鸟，后来也是乱跳。

白天小鸟总是喜欢走来走去。晚上，可能是站着在睡觉吧!我有了两只小鸟后，更开心了。

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And it’s important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children can’t go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we can’t help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.
