每年清明外出，总是感觉郊外的空气是真的好，山山水水如同清洗过一般，如同清明二字，让人神经气爽，就像诗中所说“拆桐花烂漫，乍疏雨、洗清明”。我想踏青赏春，也应该是清明节不可或缺的一支旋律吧。

端午节，这节日是为了纪念爱国诗人屈原而设立的。当时的屈原投江自尽，人们为了不使鱼虾吃掉屈原的尸体，而往江中投粽子，于是人们就流传下来在端午节吃粽子的习俗。

每年端午节的时候，我们都能吃到外婆包的粽子。她先买来优质的大米，再找来粽子叶。首先，把粽子叶放在锅里煮。外婆说：叶子煮煮就能发出香味。外婆又把叶子两头剪掉，把不好的挑出来。然后，开始包了。拿两三个粽叶围成一个漏斗的形状，再把大米放到叶子里再拿一根粽叶包住头部，不让大米漏出来，最后用线把粽子系的严严实实。这样一个粽子就包好了。就这样，一个、两个、三个……直到包好为止。最后，外婆把粽子放到锅里煮。几个小时后，香甜可口的粽子，终于出锅了。

说起端午节就不得不提起端午节最为标志性的习俗，那就是包粽子和赛龙舟，除了这两个习俗还有祭龙、采草药、挂艾草、打午时水、洗草药水、拜神祭祖、浸龙舟水等传统习俗。而影响最大的便是端午食粽这个民间饮食习俗，一到端午节，家家户户都会开始准备包粽子的材料，走在大街上卖粽子的更是无处不在，包粽子的主要材料是糯米、馅料，用箬叶包裹而成，形状多种多样，每个地方的包裹形状不一样，有尖角的，有长方形的等等，由于每个地方的饮食习惯不同，从而粽子形成了南北方口味，主要以咸粽子与甜粽子为主，吃粽子这个传统食俗千百年来在中国一直盛行不衰，至今对国外也有着巨大影响力。

八月十五是我国传统的节日中秋节。中秋节我们学校放假，爸爸妈妈可以陪我过一个团圆的节日。

中秋佳节我国民间有家家吃月饼的习俗。中秋吃月饼，和端午节吃粽子、元宵节吃元宵一样，是我国民间的传统食俗。

月饼，原来是祭月时的一种供品，拜月结束后，全家人围坐一起，共享祭品，同赏明月。吃月饼时，要将象征圆月的“大团圆”月饼按人切块，每人一份。对没有回来的家里人，家长要把属于他的

一份月饼认真保管起来，待他们回来时品尝，故月饼又称“团圆饼”。

我从小就有许许多多喜欢的运动，它们像天上那闪闪发光的小星星，怎么数也数不清。但是，我最喜欢的一项运动就是爬杆。

我之所以喜欢爬杆这项运动，是因为我在上幼儿园的时候，我是我们班女生里最淘气的一个，大家都叫我“淘汽包”。而我爬杆这项运动也是很多女生不敢做的，全班只有两个女生敢和男生比，我就是其中一个，这让我很自豪。

我记得那是一个阳光明媚的早上，我和两个男生比赛爬杆。虽然我是个淘气包什么都敢跟男生比，但是我从小就有点恐高，所以爬着爬着感觉越来越怕，只好灰溜溜地滑了下来。我低着头说：“我……我……我输了!”其实我的心里有一百个的不服气。

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。
