“粽子香，香厨房。艾叶香，香满堂。”大家一定猜到了是什么节日了吧?对了，就是端午节。

每年过端午节时，全国各地都会进行精彩纷呈的龙舟比赛，那是为了纪念爱国大诗人“屈原”。而在我们家，奶奶就会去买糯米、粽叶和艾叶。奶奶包的粽子有三角形的，有长方形的，形状各异，大小不一。

公元前287年，楚国的爱国诗人屈原，不愿看到楚国沦亡，不原看到楚国的百姓受秦国的残害和欺压，于是在五月初五那天，抱了块大石头投过了汩罗江中。当地老百姓得到这个噩耗，都很悲痛，争先恐后的来打捞屈原的尸体。也不知来了多少船，打捞了多少时间，也一无所获。有人对着江面，把盛在竹筒里的米撒了下去，算是祭祀屈原。第二年五月初五那一天，当地的百姓想起这是屈原投江一周年的日子，又划船去把盛在竹筒里的米撒到水里，祭祀他。后来，他们把划小船改成赛龙舟，把撒盛在竹筒里米改为包粽子。这种纪念活动一直延续到现在，成为中国的传统节日——端午节。

三五班有这么一个人，她是我的好朋友。她的脸小小的，有着水汪汪的大眼睛，她长着小小的嘴巴和细细的眉毛，留着一头齐耳短发。

它慢慢长大变健康了。我观察了它两周，发现它原本只是耷拉着的叶子一天天抬起了头。起初，叶子只微微扬了扬脑袋，但没过多久，叶子熟悉了家里的环境，就顿时有了勇气，把头像士兵一样高高的扬了起来，样子可威风了。

有一天我看见了它挺起脑袋，太兴奋了，就碰了它的叶子一下，它立马像害羞的小姑娘一样缩回了叶子。我赶紧问妈妈：“含羞草是不是生病了?怎么缩起了叶子了呢?”妈妈笑了，说：“它可没生病。只是你一碰它，它的叶子就会缩起来而已。”我明白了。

我又碰了一下含羞草的叶子，开始仔细地观察它，我发现它的叶子缩回得很有规律：从尖到底沿着树枝子，两片两片的一起收的。啊，要是不观察，我可不知道含羞草的叶子这么神奇，收的那么有规律，就像训练有素的士兵一样。

清明节是我国传统节日，也是最重要的祭祀节日，是祭祖和扫墓的日子。扫墓俗称上坟，祭祀死者的一种活动。汉族和一些少数民族大多都是在清明节扫墓。

清明节，又叫踏青节，按阳历来说，它是在每年的4月4日至6日之间，正是春光明媚草木吐绿的时节，也正是人们春游（古代叫踏青）的好时候，所以古人有清明踏青，并开展一系列体育活动的的习俗。

直到今天，清明节祭拜祖先，悼念已逝的亲人的习俗仍很盛行。

外婆首先把糯米洗干净，浸泡在水里，这时外婆把粽叶洗干净，放在开水里煮一会儿，再拿出来晾凉接。接着准备好腌制的猪肉，无皮绿豆，咸蛋黄，红枣等。接下来开始包粽子了，外婆先用粽叶做一个三角体，在底部放一层糯米，然后把无皮绿豆。腌制好的猪肉，咸蛋黄放上去，再盖一层糯米，外婆小心翼翼地把两边粽叶合上，把两端折起来。最后她用一根长长的棉线把粽子捆起来，系好扎紧，放在旁边，等待入锅。不一会儿。粽子就堆成了一座小山似的。外婆把包好的粽子放入高压锅里，并放入水淹没粽子，煮粽子一般用大火，大约煮3-4个小时就可以出锅了。在客厅里等待时，我问爸爸：“爸爸为什么每年的端午节都吃粽子呢?”爸爸回答说：“传说是为了纪念屈原，当年屈原投江自杀之后，人们害怕它的尸首被鱼虾所食，就把粽子扔到了江里，把鱼虾喂饱了，屈原的尸体也就保住了。”我说：“是啊，屈原的确是值得人们敬仰，有很多的诗词都高度赞扬了这位伟大的爱国诗人。”说着说着粽子的香气就飘满了整间屋子，闻到了香气就让人垂涎欲滴。

在外婆家过端午节，我不仅了解了知识，又吃到香甜的粽子。

冬至是我国的传统节日，在冬至的时候，家家户户都要吃汤圆、祭祖等。而我要说的是我做汤圆的事。

记得前年冬至，我看见奶奶和妈妈在厨房做汤圆，就心血来潮。我想做汤圆，妈妈看出我的心思，说：“想来试试吧！”我点点头，走了过去，准备大显身手。

妈妈和奶奶因为做过很多次，所以这对她们来说小菜一碟。我本以为做汤圆很容易，可做起来很难：我那出一点面团，放在手心，我搓、我磨，汤圆在我手心转动。我感觉差不多了，我把手抬起来，这汤圆圆不圆的，像个鬼，妈妈和奶奶看了，哈哈大笑起来。

妈妈手把手教我，我左耳听，右耳出，总是做不好。最后费了我九牛二虎之力，才做出了一个比刚才好一点点的汤圆，可我还是觉得它不像汤圆，凭着感觉继续做，可汤圆好像不情愿待在我的“五指山”下，越搓它越破。这汤圆老是给我唱反调。我就不信治不了它。它一破，我就补。这样一来，汤圆变得跟碟子一样大了。这时老妹经过厨房，看到了这个汤圆，捂着肚子大笑：“这哪是汤圆，这简直就是飞碟，哈哈”老妹笑得眼泪都流了出来，等一下整个人都笑倒在地上了。我看都不看，仍继续做我的汤圆。哎！瞧，别人做的都出锅了，而我的“四不像”还在手里呢！

春节到了，大街小巷挂满了红灯笼和春联，大街上到处洋溢着欢乐，红红的对联贴在每个家的大门上，看着美丽的大街热热闹闹的，有的在贴各种各样的窗花，有的在家围着坐着一起聊天，快快乐乐的吃起了丰盛的年夜饭，大家有说有笑，每个人都露出灿烂的笑容。吃完了年夜饭，己经到我们玩耍的时间，我们便拿出我们的烟火，找到了一个空旷的地方，开始放鞭炮。只听“啪啪”几声，几朵绚丽火花在空中绽放。红的似火、白的似雪、粉的似霞?夜空中那璀璨的明珠，也不再寂寞、他们有了烟花的陪伴。我胆子也比较大了，拿了一个小型的烟花，跑到别处去、小心翼翼地拿出打火机，点燃了导火线，只听“兹兹”的声音，我的心揪了起来，但是那炫丽的烟花让我深深地陶醉其中、把恐惧抛到九霄云外、就这样放完为止、我们开心的回家了。

过春节多好啊!不仅可以家人欢聚一堂，又有好玩好吃的，多希望每天都是春节。
