春节前，每家每户都要准备很多东西。过去过年的时候要准备很多东西，要阉一些食品，要给小朋友买玩具，要买鞭炮，还要买很多蔬菜瓜果……那时候人们生活水平很低，物资很匮乏，所以人们要买很多东西储藏。人们还要打扫卫生，洗衣服，洗被单……因为新年要有新气象。现在生活水平提高，物资也多了，人们提倡吃新鲜的东西，超市里的东西应有尽有，人们的生活非常方便。

年初一开始，过去过年一大早，人们就提着东西去走亲访友拜年了，孩子也要去给长辈磕头拿红包。不仅是这些，大家还要逛庙会，咱们去那儿可以买东西、看戏剧，真是热闹非凡!有的人还去寺庙烧香，祈祷家人新的一年健康平安。现在过年，除了拜年还有新活动，大家可以去旅游，大家在游山玩水的过程当中可以开阔眼界。我去年过年的时候和爸爸妈妈还有孟桐瑶去苏州游玩，我去那里看到了四处美丽的园林，还吃了那里的特产。虽然现在的年味有点淡了，但我觉得过年还是很新鲜的。

The Spring Festival， Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us. All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal.At the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is!

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

hydroelectric power。 Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining

marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways。

However， mans changes to the physical environment have not always had

beneficial results。 Today， pollution of the air and water is an increasing

danger to the health of the planet。 Each day thousands of tons of gases e out of

the exhausts of motor vehicles。 Smoke from factories pollutes the air of

industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside。 The pollution

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before。 As we know，

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

要说中国的传统文化有多少，有多深，恐怕没有人可以讲明白。一直以来中国的传统文化都是源远流长且博大精深，赢得不少的国外的朋友青睐，想必这就是中国传统文化的魅力所在，然而最深得人心的节日，也就是每一年的春节了。

每逢临近春节的时候，人们总会去集市上买很多东西，例如年货、大橘子、鱼、瓜子、果仁等等各种新年必备的东西，此外，还有一个很重要的春节必备物品，那就是——春联。说到春联，这个是每家每户必备的东西，人们总会精挑细选每一对春联，贴在门上，增加了喜庆的气氛，尤其是在父母那一辈的人们，他们对于春节可以说是十分的看重。他们会在窗户以及大门口房间贴上大大的“倒立”的福字，称为福到的意思，还真的很有意思。

在大年三十的晚上，一家人团聚吃饭，有的会聊一通宵，有的会在大年初一，凌晨四五点起床准备迎接春节，因此，小孩子们则会穿上新衣裳，换上新发型，兴高采烈地向大人们送祝福，那就是“新年快乐”。在儿时的我，对于春节的憧憬可谓是十分的强烈，因为爸爸妈妈只有在这个时候才回家一次，其余节日基本上都不见人，因此每到春节的时候，我都会很兴奋，不仅可以跟爸爸妈妈一起吃饭，而且还可以拿到很多的红包，也就是大人给小孩子的压岁钱。

到了大年初二，我便会跟随爸妈一起去给姑姑表姐以及其他很多的亲戚拜年。因此我几乎每一次都会提前准备好大大的口袋，还要带上一些好吃的糖果，别提到底有高兴了，然后吃完早餐之后，我们就开始带上很多礼物，一起坐车去拜年。从我记事开始，我就一直都是跟随父母去拜年，领红包，几乎每一年的压岁钱都是我的最多，可能是因为我是最小的，所以大人们总会特别疼爱一些吧!

如今现在也长大了，虽然对于春节的风俗，近些年来，人们好像越来越不注重，感觉年味也淡了。但是中国的传统文化还是会一代传一代，代代相传地继承下去，所以我还是会死皮赖脸地在大年初一跟父母要压岁钱，同时也会给父母一个大大的红包作为回礼，这代表着我对新年的寄托，对父母的祝福，希望他们健康吉祥、开开心心的享受晚年。

of its shape similar to Maanshan. It used to be a quarry. All the stones mined

physical strength is naturally consumed and the knowledge is not much. Im

sweating!! Seeing thousands of houses, cars and pedestrians under my feet, I

secretly encouraged myself: there is still a little way to go, stick to it, and

soon climb to the top of the mountain, dont be discouraged, learn to stick to it

on this road! Only persistence can make people succeed! Time flows silently on

me. I climb to the top of the mountain. I am ecstatic and rush forward in one

妈妈说端午节这天最重要的是吃粽子。所以，我们一大早起来，准备包粽子。首先，将两片粽叶中间交叉叠在一起，按住交叉的部分往里一卷，卷成一个漏斗形，再卷紧，拿出用热水泡过的糯米，一勺一勺地放到卷好的粽叶中，放至二分之一处，就可以放馅了，准备的馅可真多啊!有腊肉、香肠、排骨、蛋黄、绿豆沙、红豆沙……但我最喜欢的还是豆沙，我把豆沙一点一点地放到糯米上，不要放太满，不然会露出来，也不要放太少，会没味道，放好馅后，再放一层糯米，用手将它压紧，再将剩下的粽叶包起来，千万不要松手，不然总会像小花一样“盛放”，你又要来重做一次。包好口后，用棉线将粽子紧紧缠住，就像是给粽子系上了一条花皮带，再打上一个节，把它放到“桑拿”房中，蒸上半个小时，等到锅里直往外冒白雾，你不要心急，再等三五分钟后，就可以出“桑拿”房了，拿起一个粽子，轻轻地剪开它的“皮带”，脱下它的衣服，米就露了出来，原本快到透明色的糯米，现在却被豆沙染成了红色;原本一颗颗的糯米，现在却紧紧地拥抱到一起，可能是觉得冷吧!

轻轻地咬一口，糯米的软、糯、粘就爆发出来了，再咬上一口，就可以看见馅了，甜而不腻，还夹杂着淡淡的粽叶的清香，不一会儿，一个粽子就下肚了，可我还想吃第二个，可是被好朋友吃掉了，粽子虽然还吃，但也不能贪吃哦，因为糯米吃多了不容易消化，影响肠胃。

这就是端午节，中国人的端午节。
