真鸟是鹦鹉，是今年春节买的，当时买时是一对，后来不知什么原因，那只母鹦鹉死掉了，听说鹦鹉有一种习性，一只死了，另一只不久也会因思念而死，当时我看到那只活下来的鹦鹉时，目光呆滞，水米不进，不吃不喝，我真为小鸟的这种情感所感动，我也发誓不再养鸟。为了让活下来的鹦鹉继续活下来，便想了一个办法，又买来一个电动的假鸟，放到鹦鹉的小笼子旁。

我的妈妈是思源学校一名普通的老师，她工作18年了。对待工作认真负责，对于学生疼爱有加。

今年妈妈教一年级数学。每天下班吃完饭后，她都在班级群里一个一个的检查学生的作业，对于不会做的题，她又一遍一遍地给学生讲解。得知一年级数学要统考，妈妈更是拼了命的工作。元旦三天假，妈妈去了好几个学生的家里上门辅导。周末我表姐结婚，妈妈以前答应好带我去的，可是她都没请假，为这事我还埋怨她呢。早上天不亮她就骑车去学校了，下午拖着疲惫的身体回到家，我看到妈妈这么辛苦的上班，真的很心疼。

有时候感觉妈妈对学生的爱都超过了我和弟弟。那天中午妈妈打电话说，一个学生放学没有家长接，看着大冷天，那个学生冻的瑟瑟发抖，她必须送那个学生回家。“可是家里只有我和弟弟，我俩还没吃饭呢，肚子好饿!”我大声抗议道。可是妈妈坚持说让我把钥匙带好，给弟弟穿暖和，然后到小区门口的拉面馆去吃饭。

我就只好按照妈妈的吩咐去做了。谁知弟弟不听话，到餐厅里饭还没吃完，把一杯开水洒了，手也烫了，衣服也湿了。当时无助的我眼泪不由自主的就流下来了。但我还是强忍着安慰弟弟，吃完饭后，把弟弟领回家，然后又给换了衣服……

下午妈妈回来，我和弟弟都跑到妈妈怀里哭了。妈妈也哭了，一会儿，妈妈擦干眼泪，又表扬了我，说我是她的小帮手，我心里比吃了蜜还甜。

这就是我的妈妈，一个在平凡的岗位上贡献着伟大一生的人民教师。
