去年清明节，我和家人们一起去祭拜了我的曾祖们。一大早，爸爸就准备好了祭扫的物品。我们来到陵园，我和爸爸先把墓碑仔细地擦洗干净，然后用金粉把墓碑上面的字一笔一划描地清清楚楚，整个墓碑焕然一新。爸爸笑着说：“爷爷奶奶，房子翻新好了，觉得满意吗?”接着妈妈在墓碑前点燃了两根红色的蜡烛，摆上了一束美丽的菊花，我们一起向曾祖们拜了三拜。

回家的路上，奶奶给我们讲了讲关于曾祖们的故事，令我印象最深的是外曾祖母。奶奶的爸爸在她还很小的时候就去世了，外曾祖母独自靠做针线活把她的六个孩子拉扯大。我觉得外曾祖母是一个很伟大、坚强的人，我要珍惜现在美好的生活，也要学习她的坚强品格。

今年的清节却格外不同。中华民族刚刚遭遇了一场可怕的灾难，在那一天，所有人停下了脚步，暂停了一切娱乐活动，共同悼念在疫情中牺牲的烈士和逝世的同胞。

清明节虽然有点儿悲伤，但是我觉得和家人们一起祭扫，听祖辈们的故事，让我们一家人变得更亲密。哀悼烈士和同胞的活动，使我感受到了中华民族的团结，所以清明节也带给我们力量。

我的妈妈是思源学校一名普通的老师，她工作18年了。对待工作认真负责，对于学生疼爱有加。

今年妈妈教一年级数学。每天下班吃完饭后，她都在班级群里一个一个的检查学生的作业，对于不会做的题，她又一遍一遍地给学生讲解。得知一年级数学要统考，妈妈更是拼了命的工作。元旦三天假，妈妈去了好几个学生的家里上门辅导。周末我表姐结婚，妈妈以前答应好带我去的，可是她都没请假，为这事我还埋怨她呢。早上天不亮她就骑车去学校了，下午拖着疲惫的身体回到家，我看到妈妈这么辛苦的上班，真的很心疼。

有时候感觉妈妈对学生的爱都超过了我和弟弟。那天中午妈妈打电话说，一个学生放学没有家长接，看着大冷天，那个学生冻的瑟瑟发抖，她必须送那个学生回家。“可是家里只有我和弟弟，我俩还没吃饭呢，肚子好饿!”我大声抗议道。可是妈妈坚持说让我把钥匙带好，给弟弟穿暖和，然后到小区门口的拉面馆去吃饭。

我就只好按照妈妈的吩咐去做了。谁知弟弟不听话，到餐厅里饭还没吃完，把一杯开水洒了，手也烫了，衣服也湿了。当时无助的我眼泪不由自主的就流下来了。但我还是强忍着安慰弟弟，吃完饭后，把弟弟领回家，然后又给换了衣服……

下午妈妈回来，我和弟弟都跑到妈妈怀里哭了。妈妈也哭了，一会儿，妈妈擦干眼泪，又表扬了我，说我是她的小帮手，我心里比吃了蜜还甜。

在年味的催促下，我也回到了阔别一年的老家。年夜饭也叫团年饭，它是大年三十晚上的重头戏，为了准备年夜饭，我们一家人从早上就开始忙活了。大年三十一整天，家里都充满着美食的香气，奶奶是我们家的得力厨神，炸响铃、炸排骨、包蛋卷……都是奶奶的拿手好菜。爷爷也不甘示弱，拿出前几个月就酿制好的葡萄酒来给我们品尝。菜香酒浓，我们全家人都对此赞不绝口。既然年夜饭已经由爷爷奶奶包办了，我就去帮爸爸妈妈贴春联、挂灯笼。装扮完的家焕然一新、年味十足。

天色渐暗，年夜饭也已经张罗好了。在开饭前还有一个重要的仪式，我们会先祭拜祖先，祈求祖先保佑我们新的一年平平安安、健健康康。之后，我们全家人围在小圆桌吃团圆饭，吃饭的时候互相夹菜，有说有笑，一家人其乐融融的，让我的心一下子变的暖暖的。吃完饭，爷爷奶奶还会给我一个大红包，红包里面的钱虽然不多，但里面装载的却是爷爷奶奶沉甸甸的爱。

大年三十在一片欢笑声中过去了，我们又迎来了大年初一。在大年初一的早上，我们一家人会去村里的寺庙祈福上香，我们将糖果、水果供奉给菩萨，双手合十祭拜，虔诚地祈祷来年风调雨顺，家人身体健康。

过年当然还少不了拜年啦!拜年是春节的传统习俗之一，从正月初一开始，我们就提着年货去拜访亲戚。还没有进门，我们就能看到家家户户的红春联，门前的小道上也铺满着红彤彤的炮仗，那一道道的红，构成了春节特有的光景。

进了亲戚的家里，大家难免有些小激动，大人们大人们会谈谈工作、唠唠家常。拜年的时候最开心的莫过于我们小孩子了。看到亲戚长辈，小孩子都会说上几句吉祥话，这样小孩子就能拿到长辈的吉利红包啦!几次走访下来，我们的小包包就变得鼓鼓的，可真开心啊!

On the contrary, some traditional Chinese festivals gradually are ignored by more and more people, especially young people. However, to our delight, some social groups have appealed to common people for more attention to our own national culture.

Although a few people once advocated that traditional festivals like the Spring Festival should be discarded because they have become obstacles to social progress. It can not be accepted and supported by the majority of Chinese people in reality. Indeed, the old way of spending festivals produces several disadvantages such as money wasting and transportation overloading. But we cannot disregard its other side: traditional festivals play an active role in our life. Traditional festivals not only bring joy but also bring the family together, which is so priceless in modern society.

What we should do is to preserve the positive things and make them flourish in the modern world. As for the negative aspects of it, we should not hesitate to abandon them and prevent them from affecting and troubling us and the next generation.

The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in the Gregorian calendar. In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing, or The Book of Changes, number 6 was thought to be of Yin character, meaning feminine or negative, while number 9 was thought to be Yang, meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong in Chinese means double. Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same as the word to signify forever, both are Jiu Jiu, the Chinese ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That‘s why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Height Ascending Festival. The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

On this day, people will eat Double Ninth Gao (or Cake). In Chinese, gao (cake) has the same pronunciation with gao (height). People do so just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake, but super cakes will have as many as nine layers, looking like a tower.

The Double Ninth Festival is also a time when chrysanthemum blooms. China boasts diversified species of chrysanthemum and people have loved them since ancient times. So enjoying the flourishing chrysanthemum also becomes a key activity on this festival. Also, people will drink chrysanthemum wine. Women used to stick such a flower into their hair or hang its branches on windows or doors to avoid evilness.

In 1989, the Chinese government decided the Double Ninth Festival as Seniors‘ Day. Since then, all government units, organizations and streets communities will organize an autumn trip each year for those who have retired from their posts. At the waterside or on the mountains, the seniors will find themselves merged into nature. Younger generations will bring elder ones to suburban areas or send gifts to them on this day.

With the development of our society， energy in the world bees more and more

他喜欢的运动项目有很多，打乒乓球、跑步、踢足球……其中最喜欢的是踢足球，还是爸爸学校足球队的前锋，每个星期五下午四点都要到爸爸的学校去训练。虽然每次两个半小时的训练很累，但是和队友们在一起的时间却是最快乐的。
