儿童时期，孩子们缺乏独立生活的能力。衣食住行都须臾离不开父母的照料，在生活上和心理上对家长有极大的依赖性，他们的活动能力和活动范围有限，主要是在家庭，在父母身边同家长朝夕相处，家长的影响和教育几乎天天都在强化。由于父母和子女有天然的血统关系，在朝夕相处的生活中建立了十分真挚深厚的感情，家长在孩子心目中很有威信，孩子十分信赖家长。因此，家长的一言一行、一举一动都自然成为孩子们效仿的榜样。家长的教育成为孩子生活的准则，家长对周围人和事的评价标准，成为孩子道德评价的标准，甚至父母的作风、习惯、气质、兴趣、爱好、个性特征等，都深深地影响着孩子。 作文

家庭生活和家庭教育对于每一个人的德、智、体的发展起着奠基的作用，特别是对人的思想品德和个性品质的形成，甚至可以说是起着型塑的作用。有人说：“孩子是家长的影子”，“孩子是家长的翻版”，这种说法，都说明早期家庭教育的重要作用。家庭教育对子女身心的发展水平有决定作用马克思说过：“法官的行业是法律，传教士的行业是宗教，家长的行业是教育子女。”革命导师的教导十分深刻。作为法官，必须执行法律，否则就是失职;作为传教士，必须以传播宗教为本分，否则就是不虔诚;同样，作为家长，必须以教育子女为天职，否则就是不称职的家长。做父母的，必须象法官传教士那样忠于职守。

教育子女是家长义不容辞的责任，这是由社会职能所决定的。

在旧中国，劳动人民的子女很难获得入学接受学校教育的机会，主要是在家里接受的教育，父母自然是孩子的终生教师，家庭是孩子最长久接受教育的场所。

在今天，广大劳动人民的子女都可以入学读书，接受学校教育，即使在这种情况下，家庭教育仍然未失去它的作用，它还是孩子接受教育和影响的重要途径。

孩子们在入学之前，绝大部分时间都是在家庭里渡过的。入学以后，每天仍有三分之二的时间生活在家庭里，在父母身边的时间远远超过在学校的时间，再加上双休日、寒暑假，孩子接触家长的时间、机会要比接触教师多得多。因此，尽管孩子在入学后学校教育起着主导作用，但家庭教育仍然是经常起作用的重要因素。

孩子在入学之前所受到的家庭教育起着打基础的作用。但学龄前家庭教育并不是家庭教育的全过程，而是家庭教育全过程的一个重要阶段。应当承认，孩子入学以后，随着年龄的不断增长，知识的增加，社会经验的日渐丰富，他们遇事有了一定的独立见解，不象小时候那样听话了。但家庭教育还在继续发挥作用。以到孩子们长大成人，走上社会，独立生活，仍然直接或间接地接受着家庭教育的影响。

孩子到了初中，就进入了青春发育期。他们独立活动能力增强，社会活动范围扩大，要接受来自各个方面的影响。周围环境的影响有积极的，也有消极的。这一时期，正是到了人生的“十字路口”孩子在思想和学习上开始分化。同时，这一时期，也正是孩子和家长重新调整关系的时期。调整好了，家长就可以继续保持教育的主动权;如果调整不好，把关系搞僵了，就要丧失教育的主动权。因此，孩子进入学校以后，家庭教育不但不能放松，反而更应当抓紧。

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时头痛得像要裂开一样，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午ZUO老师在四班上了节班会课，课上左老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。ZUO老师用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着ZUO老师看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

会议

转眼就来到了实习的第四天，这两天天气开始转凉了，班上好几个感冒了，来请病假的一堆。看来要提醒学生注意身体。

听了三天的课，还参加了几个会议，收获真的很大。下午的会议是全校班主任会议，在会议上我知道了一些关于学校班级管理在实践方面的知识，比单纯在书本上获取的理论强多了。作为实习生能参加这种全校性会议是件很幸运的事，充分体现了HT中校领导的宽容。

所以尽管今天回去很晚，但还是很开心。

回到家，志哥和志嫂在等我吃饭，很感动。实习周到啦，为了提高自己的英语水平，把知识和实践结合，在学校的帮助安排下，我来到了“瑞博英语培训学校”，开始了我的执教之路。

瑞博外语学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业外语培训机构，我的实习地点是凤凰城大梨树分校。这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到“瑞博”的第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦！

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数Simon says 和Snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。 一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办？在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法！

“瑞博”向来有积分制度，学生根据自己的上课情况和考试成绩会得到不同的积分，不同积分会有不同礼物兑换。本来每位同学每节课最多只能得四分，但在和几位老师商量后，我决定我们班每节课的积分以考试成绩为主，单词全对的同学，根据人数可以得到五分十分二十分不等的奖励。这个新方法一实行，就取得了特别明显的效果。不过，总有几个贪玩的“小懒虫”，从不在意分数。没办法，我只好用其他的方法使他们学习。找出这几个孩子回家后不学习的原因。第二招，为他们量身定计划。举个例子具体点说。我们班有两个关系很好的女孩子，她俩共同的特点就是爱上英语课，不爱背单词。别看她俩关系好，在学习上可是暗暗叫劲儿。每次上课前她俩都会各自找机会悄悄问我要对方的作业看，比一比谁写得好，评语好。我就是抓住了她俩这个心里，为她俩制定了一套学习方案。有一段时间，我会给她俩布置背单词，读课文，背句子等不同的任务，并在第二次上课前单独考她们，再根据她们的考试情况在课堂得分外多加些分数。开始时，她们不理解我的做法，没想到一段

时间后她们不仅提高了成绩，还主动要求我给她们布置课外任务，比一比谁学得好，这点让我很高兴。当然，其他的同学也会有不同方式的加分的机会。

我遇到的第三个问题就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我们一旦发现有孩子没有按时来上课，就会立即通知家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当孩子学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己对学校不放心。

近一个月的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节...... 不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。看到我的学生真的把我当成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的会拿来和我分享，有好玩的游戏会叫上我一起玩儿，甚至会把喜欢的玩具送给我，我觉得自己成了世界上最幸福的人！ 教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。

有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢！虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的孩子。可我觉得为他们付出值！ 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

我真心地感谢学校给了我这次实践的机会。在这个过程中，我得到了很多，也进步了很多。能够将自己在学校所学的知识运用到实践是我最大的收获!当然，在教学过程中我还有好多地方做的不够好，多希望以后还会有这样的机会，让我弥补一下心中的遗憾。借住在志哥志嫂家已经很麻烦他们了，现在还要等晚归的我吃饭。晚饭是吃火锅，好开心。志嫂饭后还把没吃完的食材拿来下粥，她手艺很好煮得特香。

好像实习以来我碰到的事情都是些好事情，其他同学一定很羡慕这么多好人在我身边守护。LUCKY！正式接任班主任首要的工作，便是在最短的时间内认识整个班的学生，以及阅读他们的周记。

周记，可能更多地带有作业的性质，然而，在仔细阅读每一个学生的周记后，我发现确实很多人写出了他们的心声，写出了他们的思考。

九十后，是目前被谈论最多的一代，也许是他们的风格与社会的传统相悖，也许是他们的叛逆心理比较严重。我们不难看到整个社会对他们的关注和担忧。很多人说九十后“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，而我通过他们的周记中看到的是另外一面，他们真的感到孤单，很多源于父母甚至社会对他们的不理解。

现在很多言论都批评他们肤浅，我觉得写这些评论的人根本就没有深入地去理解他们（当

然我也是）。他们有他们的深刻，九十后思考问题的方式和方向可能跟我们以前认为的常理格格不入，因此他们总被迫使着前进。为什么我们总要用自以为是对的东西去规范他们，而不去理解他们的方式？其实是因为我们比他们还懦弱，不敢随意地去更改已经规定了的东西。

他们并不是只会玩的一代，并不是懒散、无知、无所忧虑的一代。相反，他们思考的很多，他们的忧虑很多。在他们的周记中，这些语言真实地反映了他们的心思：“高中的课程让人窒息，早知道就去读中职了，反正路是已定了的……”“四中真是变态，条条框框那么多，而且都是鸡毛蒜皮的规定……”“我以前总以为没有人关注我的，我是被遗忘的。想不到今天居然有人注意了我……”“普通班的注定是低人一等的，给人当垫脚石。尖子班的就算矮子也变高了，然后把你踩矮。可恶的是他们打篮球，可以犯规犯到裁判看不见，他们的素质根本没有他们成绩高……”“刚上高中，第一周的两次测试惨不忍睹，以后要加油努力了，不能这样下去……”……

一边看他们的周记一边思考。虽然他们是九十后，语言里带着诙谐稚嫩与不成熟，但是他们并不是没有想法，并不是不深刻，就像读者里一个九十后写的：你们无法理解的深刻……说实话，我在四中的感觉就是——急迫。记得当时我读高中的时候根本就没有这种被压着的感觉，气氛是轻松自由的，照样有很多人进了重点大学，而今这样的情形，也没见他们的重点率高了多少。每天九节的课程量，一节四十分钟，加上早读，放学一大堆的作业，这班九十后每天的一举一动基本上都被框得“有条不紊”。他们每天就按着这样的行程机械地运作着，真的没有一点空间，一点自由发展的时间。除了课程外，学校的条条框框真的是多不胜数，规定小到学生的指甲长度，头发的发型，等等。流水线作业本来是工业生产的一个伟大进步，如果运用于人，运用于教育，是怎样——我们把人当罐头生产了！

知道为什么雄鹰能飞那么高吗？因为在它们破壳而出的时候，展现在它们面前的是一片最广阔的天空。没有谁规定它们应该怎么飞，没有谁规定它们不能去搏击闪电乌云…… 九十后，他们的潜力是巨大的。举个例子，特别是九十后中的男孩子，他们基本上都是游戏高手，而这正是几乎为所有家长跟大多数老师鄙视的。在小小的一个方寸大小的游戏机上，几乎在一两秒内，要同时操控几个按键，画面的切换飞快，眼睛要关注对手的反应，还要做出反击，这些都是在同时进行的。试问，这样的反应速度和判断力，没有很高的智商，能做到吗？家长老师所鄙夷的，是他们没有从另一个角度去看待问题。为什么九十后的潜力会被

忽视呢？问题是我们的引导方式错了，我们的观念错了，我们抛不掉对好学生的评判标准。

九十后这个群体，需要我们更多的正确关注，需要我们走进他们的世界，理解他们。英语教师实习周记 这一周，从学生转型到老师，我感触极深，获益匪浅。面对第一次上台授课，既期待也有少许紧张。为了上好第一堂课，紧紧一个版面的内容，却奋身备课到凌晨一点！第一堂英语课，大获好评。第二堂信息技术课，班主任石老师微笑的对我竖起大拇指。

XX年8月21日 星期一实习第一天

今天是我人生中第一次真正地工作，虽然仍然属于实习，英语实习日记。早上十点多，我随小姨来到东风中路的交易广场。当我乘着升降电梯来到这座位于广州市中心的高级写字楼的十八层时，一阵强烈的新奇感和亲切感向我袭来。从小我就羡慕电视里那些画着精致的妆，穿着入时的年轻白领，羡慕他们可以在干净清雅的环境里办公，羡慕他们手捧文件夹轻步穿梭在办公室之间，还羡慕他们可以悠闲地喝一杯“雀巢”速溶咖啡。今天，这个梦想终于实现，我也可以在这样高档的写字楼里做一回员工了。我的心跳不禁加快了速度。

眼前出现的是一间宽敞明亮的工作间。从透亮的玻璃门里我可以清晰地看见公司的名称——Vital Chemical 先导（清远）稀有金属化工有限公司。

董事长朱先生是我小姨的铁哥们，待我们尤其客气。他了解了我的来意之后，简单询问了一下我的意向，便递给我一份公司产品的英文介绍以及一叠打印的公司改版网页内容。朱叔叔告诉我先读读材料，进公司网站浏览一番，再与竞争企业的网站做做对比，找出优劣，以便更好地改进我们的宣传网站。为了使我上手更快，他帮我安排了分管行政的朱小姐和分管销售的周小姐，让她们带我熟悉公司制度和业务情况。公司周一到周五上班，早上9点到晚上6点，上下班都是打卡计时制，中午休息一个半小时。

坐在暂时属于自己的办公间里，抚摸着超大屏幕的液晶电脑，嗅着空气中那种白领企业的味道，我感觉非常不错，很快就进入角色开始熟悉周围的一切。

刚一接触，我便有些懵。是谁说过，一走上工作岗位，一切从零开始。的确如此，无论在学校学了多少知识，开始工作，尤其是开始一项自己不很熟悉的工作时，总会觉得自己要学的东西太多。我的专业是英语，对化学产品本身就一窍不通，更何况还涉及了许多进出口的贸易项目，因此一看就头疼，实习报告《英语实习日记》。大批大批金属元素和稀有金属的名称接连不断地出现，中文名都不会念，更别提英文了。我连连叫苦，大失信心，学了八年英语，硬是一个单词都不会。我硬着头皮，打开金山词霸，一个一个查出读音和意思，记录下来。连啃了大半天，才把硒、碲、钠、钡、钾、镉、碘、钴、铋、钨、锑、砷、镓、锗、铟、钛等等等等的金属元素及其化合物的英文名称记清楚。待我从字典里抬起头，才发现已经到了中午。

公司的福利制度不错，员工的午饭由专人烹饪并送到办公室。我们一行6、7人在会议室里进餐。老板不在，大伙很开心地吃着，谈天说地。全然不顾旁边还心惊胆战地坐着一个我。我是公司里最小的员工，而且今天是第一次来，还是个实习生，我以为大家会比较感兴趣比较热情地问我许多问题，还准备和大家很快熟悉起来呢，却发现除了做了一个简单的自我介绍之外，我就只有埋头吃饭和在一旁陪笑的份。大家仿佛不太关心我的存在，继续谈论他们关心的话题。几次我想开口，都由于胆怯和害羞而缩了回去。那种尴尬的滋味我想起来就难受。原来在公司里一个新人并不太重要，人与人之间的关系也不像在学校里那么单纯，大家彼此多一事不如少一事，谁也不肯施舍一些善意，让新来的小孩好过一点。

下午也不太顺利。说好在业务上带我的那位周小姐被朱叔叔叫出去工作了。大忙人就是这样，才交待的事自己都忘了。我自己又反复看了看几个网站，在word上列出了一些优劣，分析了一下材料，最后觉得工作实在没什么剩余了，才发现大家有的在发短信，有的在聊QQ，没有几个人在认真工作。就算是认真工作，我也一点不懂，没法帮忙。我鼓足勇气，在座位上排练了好几次，才绕到一位比较年轻的小姐身旁，很礼貌地问她可不可以带我熟悉一下业务。没想到她面无表情地告诉我她是管财务的，没有什么可学。我碰了一鼻子灰，有些尴尬地走回座位，心里盘算着这接下来的几个小时怎么度过。管行政的朱小姐在我的请求下给我了一份中文资料单和一本公司财政制度，并抱歉地说她也无法帮我。我于是很郁闷地继续我的工作。

在工作快要结束的时候，快下班时，大家还没有要走的意思。那位终于回来了的周小姐也给了我一个笑脸说明天才有时间带我。我几乎是有些高兴地离开了写字楼，因为我终于有时间琢磨一下。

稀里糊涂混过了第一天。感觉初到时的新鲜和激动已减了大半。在这样压抑的写字楼里，要自如地生存，畅快地呼吸，还需要磨练。我想我现在最需要的是勇气，是甩掉扭捏的书生气，大胆一些，厚脸皮一些，活泼一些，或许会让自己自如一点。一切都靠自己，我相信明天会比今天好的多。万事开头难嘛！

XX年8月22日 星期二 实习第二天

今天早上我八点就到了办公室，想要好好地努力地开始一天的新工作，像昨晚发誓的那样，勇敢大方些。一进门我就看见清洁工大姐在开灯开空调准备打扫卫生了。在一间只有我们两个陌生人的房间里，我想我不能把她当作空气。爸爸说，进入职场，首先要学会和人相处。我含笑轻声问这位大姐是不是每天都要比我们正常上班提前一小时来打扫卫生，还在她为我的空间清扫的时候不失时机地重重地说了声谢谢。这一招很奏效，大姐一开始有些腼腆地回答我，后来便主动问我在哪上学，实习多久之类的话。气氛一下子变得很温馨和愉快，给我一天的工作打下了良好的基础。

哈佛大学培养学生的首要目的是(培养好人)，品德第一。“德育”不是政治信仰教育，而是对社会的责任感，对弱势群体的同情，对他人的隐私和权利的尊重，对不同生活方式和不同宗教信仰的包容，“我不同意你的观点，但坚决扞卫你有不同观点的权利”，遵守法律，怀有良心、坚守良知，等等。没有这个修养，社会就不健康，就做不到邪不压正。奶粉事件就是良心出了问题。“德育”还包括“科学品德”：要有“拿一打皇冠也换不走好奇心”的求知精神，“吾爱吾师更爱真理”的求真追求、“坚持真理不惜成为全民公敌”的英勇人格。教育的目的，在于让我们创造出自我。一下有关教育家名人故事

一：俞敏洪，一个农村出生的孩子。高考考了三年才上了大学。却通过自己的努力成为了成就了。面对年轻人的困惑，他有话说。

不要看轻自己，不要看轻他人

我从同学们的眼光中，看到你们对未来的期待，看出对自己未来的希望，看出自己对未来的事业、成就和幸福的追求。希望同学们有这样一个信心，这个信心就像我讲座的标题所说的那样，永远不要用你的现状来判断你的未来。

人一辈子有时会犯两个错误：第一个错误就是你会断定自己没什么出息，你会说我家庭出身不好，父母都是农民，或者说我上的大学不好，不如北京大学、哈佛大学，或者说我长得太难看了，以至于根本就没人看得上我等等，由此来断定自己这辈子基本上没有什么出息。我在北大的时候，基本上就这么断定自己的，断定到最后，差点儿把自己给弄死。因为自己断定自己没出息，变得非常得郁闷，最后得了一场肺结核。

第二个错误是什么呢?同学们，我们常常会判断别人失误，比如说你看到周围某个人，好像显得挺木讷的，这个人成绩也不怎么样，也没人喜欢，你就断定说，这个家伙这辈子没什么出息。

所以，这辈子最容易犯的两个错误是：一是觉得自己这辈子可能不会有大的作为;另一个是料定别人不会有作为。

面向未来，通常会有两种人：一种人是自己想要有所作为，并且坚定不移地相信自己的未来会有所作为;还有一种是从心底里不相信自己会有所作为的人。同学们想一想，未来成功的会是哪一种人?一定是前面的一种人。为什么?原因很简单，因为人是这样的动物，就是心有多大，你就能走多远。你要是想走遍世界的话，你的心必须要向世界走。我为什么今天还能站在这儿和大家讲话呢?就是因为我从小就有一种感觉，这个感觉就是越过地平线，走向远方的一种渴望，我希望自己能够不断地穿越。就像中国着名的企业家、万科集团的王石一样，他想要不断爬到世界最高峰，爬了一次，还想爬第二次。他知道，每一次征服都给自己带来一次新的高度，就是这种感觉。

同学们，你们现在就谈论自己有没有成就还太早了。人生不是百米赛跑，如果是百米赛跑，你比我早跑一两秒钟，我可能就追不上你了，因为总共就一百米。人生是看不到头的马拉松，你一走就是一百年的路程。现在我们只要注意身体健康，心情愉快，平时注意养成良好的习惯，基本上活到一百岁是不成问题的。同学们，拼的是耐力，拼的是专注，拼的是持久，拼的就是这些东西。也就是说，你现在有多少跟别的同学的落差，完全是微不足道的事情。

努力为自己争取公平的机会

我们自己成长的道路是我们自己来选的，跟你的大学没什么关系。有同学说，我身边没有资源，我的同学都是什么部长的儿子，隔壁的是市委书记的女儿，他们俩还隔着我眉来眼去，就是没我什么事。还有同学说，这个世界、这个社会真不公平，别人有的东西我都没有，你看他身上穿的名牌服装，我就没有，他用的是苹果电脑，我就没有，他用的是iPhone，我连手机都买不起。这都不是你能抱怨的，为什么?因为这个社会本来就没有公平过，从有人类历史以来，只要一旦有剩余的物品，就从来没有公平过。即使在原始社会，剩余的物品都给那个最厉害的老猴子了。

资源再分配首先需要你自己成功。你如果自己都不成功，你分配什么啊?你就等着别人分配给你。一个等待别人分配给你的生活是不值得你过的。

关于孔子的二：有次孔子受困在陈蔡一带的地区，有七天的时间没有尝过米饭的滋味。

有一天中午，他的第子颜回讨来一些米煮稀饭。饭快要熟的时候，孔子看见颜回居然用手抓取锅中的饭吃。

孔子故意装作没有看见，当颜回进来请孔子吃饭时，孔子站起来说：刚才孟李祖先告诉我，食物要先献给尊长才能进食，岂可自己先吃呢?

颜回一听，连忙解释说：夫子误会了，刚才我是因看见有煤灰掉到锅中，所以把弄脏的饭粒拿起来吃了。

孔子叹息道：人可信的是眼睛，而眼睛也有不可靠的时候，所可依靠的是心，但心也有不足靠的时候。

三：孔子的弟子子羔，名叫高柴，他在卫国从政期间，曾经对一个人用个砍断脚的刖(yue)刑。

卫国君臣发生动乱的时候，子羔要逃走，来到城门，发现城门已经关闭了。守门的人就是那个曾经被子羔砍断脚的那个人。

那人说：“在那边城墙上有个缺口，可以逃走。”

子羔说：“君子不能从缺口过去。”

那人说：“另外那一边有个洞口，可以逃走。”

子羔说：“君子不能钻洞逃走。”

那人说：“这里有一间房子可以躲避。”

于是，子羔进入了那座房子。追兵过去之后，子羔要离开，对那个受刑的人说：“我不能损害国君制订的法令，因而用刑砍断了您的脚。我现在逃难，这是您报仇报怨的好时候，您为什么还会帮助我逃避灾难呢?”

那人说：“砍断我的脚，本来就是因为我犯了罪，那是无可奈何的事情。当初您审判臣的时候，一开始先根据法律寻找减轻臣刑罚的方法，是想要让臣免于法律的惩罚，这是臣很明白的;在审判完了定罪的时候，要确定刑罚了，您很庄重伤感，都可以从表情上显现出来，这个也是臣很明白的。您不是因为私情而要对臣徇私舞弊，只是因为有天生的仁人之心，才会自然而然地这样做。这是臣要使您逃避灾难的原因。”

孔子听说之后说：“善于做官吏的人，尽力树立起自己的品德;不善于做官的人，总是会多构成怨敌。用公正之心来指导自己的言行，大概可以说子羔做到了。”

从这些可以看出，教育是多么重要，教育是人们必不可少的对吗?大家要履行公民受教育的权利，再者，受教育也公民的义务，既然这样，为什么不好好珍惜呢。

今天，为了下午的汇报课，紧张了整个上午。但中午得到了一个出乎意料的消息，管老师突然跟我打电话说她下午不来了。当时，不知道是忧是喜。喜的是没有老师的观察，会不会更放开、更自然一点儿。忧的是没有老师的督促和管理，小学生会是什么反应？是太过热情还是太过冷淡？怀着这样的焦虑，我走进了课堂

嗯，意料之中的一种，小学生们十分配合。由于是复习刚刚所学过的单元，不少人已经掌握得很好，外加是实习老师的授课，大家显得特别的积极和热情。

上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

People say that self-confidence is half of the success that can bring you courage to stick to what you do. Without self-confidence, one can not do well in anything. Self-confidence is of great importance and value to a person.

人们说自信是成功的一半，它能给你带来勇气去坚持你所做的事。没有自信，一个人就不能做好任何事。自信对一个人很重要也很有价值。

Firstly, self-confidence enables us to have the ambition of being successful. Only when you have the ambition to be successful, can you be successful eventually. Secondly, once we gain self-confidence, we will possess the courage and strength to overcome the setbacks and difficulties. With self-confidence, no one and nothing can stop you to success.Thirdly, with self-confidence we may accomplish something which seems to be impossible previously. No great thing is easy for us, therefore we should hold the idea that anything is possible. We should, or have to trust in ourselves.

首先，自信使我们拥有成功的雄心。只有当你有成功的野心的时候，你最后才能成功。其次，一旦我们获得了自信，我们就拥有了勇气和力量去克服挫折和困难。有了自信，没有人也没有什么能够阻止你成功。再次，有了自信我们可能实现一些以前看起来不可能的事。没有什么大事对我们是容易的，因此我们应该相信一切皆有可能。我们应该，或者必须相信自己。

In short, self-confidence is the spiritual pillar of a person as well as the inherent power, which is of great importance and value to a person.

总之，自信是一个人的精神支柱也是一个人的内在力量，它对一个人很重要也很有价值。

the prosperity of a nation depends on the development of education. any development in science and technology throughout the world is due to the development of education which brings up scientists and inventors. it is difficult to emphasize just how important the role of education is. there is no doubt that countries with undeveloped education will remain poor.

education is also vital to the development of an individual. of all elements of success in our careers none is more important than education. it is not genius but the knowledge that makes the difference between success and failure. in fact most of the famous people of our times spent many years studying. can you name any great men you admire who are not well educated ?

some people, however, are still ignorant of the importance of education. some parents, especially those in the countryside, think it unnecessary to send their children to school. some parents have their children work for money at a very young age. in view of this, compulsory education must be enforced to see to it that every young people will be have the chance to receive adequate education.

My dear schoolmates,

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aimed at making our campus a safe place to stay on. I considered this as indeed a good practice, which will make us aware that safety should come first in our daily life, whether when we stay at school or outside it. When we are doing sports, we should attach importance to the safety and avoid being hurt.

Furthermore, when we get into trouble with our classmates, we should remain calm and avoid any form of fighting, which may only bring suffering and pain to us mentally and physically.

As far as I’m concerned, I feel all the students and teachers should work hard and creatively to keep the “Safe Campus” activity in mind. Besides, we are supposed to

observe the law discipline wherever we are. Let’s start right now and spare no effort to do little bit every hour and I hope we have a good time everyday!

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。
