五一，我到外地去旅游，玩了很多景点，比如：雾灵山、白云古洞、磬锤峰、朝阳洞、金山岭长城等。其中，我最喜欢爬白云古洞的二仙洞了。

这是一天上午的一件事。外婆、妈妈和我走在去二仙洞的路上。突然，我们听到了一群人在尖叫，我们连忙跑过去一看，原来是一群哥哥姐姐们在下山。那山非常地险，它是在山壁之间卡了十几根木头，木头之间的距离有高有低。哥哥姐姐得知我们也要往上爬了之后，就纷纷劝告我们“这山很险”之类的话，可我偏偏要爬。等他们走后，我们连忙上山。我们爬啊，爬啊!爬完木梯猴，又是直上直下的铁梯，终于我们看到了平地，走了一些山路后，终于看到二仙洞。二仙洞位于一座巨石山上，与地面有点距离，所以我们要顺着梯子上去，一洞里供着武曲星，二洞里供着文曲星。我们刚爬上二洞后，一看到美丽的风景便知道了“无限风光在险峰”的意义。

虽然哥哥姐姐害怕，可我却不怕。我喜欢那天!

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

sharp and orange mouth.Of course he has a pair of small and blue eyes and a long

tail with bright and black feather all over.

Do you know what it is? Yes,its a bird .His names KaKa. He is sometimes

very friendly and quite but sometimes a little naught.He likes singing when he

feels happy.He can even mimic what we say.

Becase of KaKa ,the whole family is usually full ofmuch more

happiness.KaKa is my favorite animal.

To be honest, Im honored to make friends with you. I still remember the

days when we were together. As far as I know, you are the kindest person in the

world. Once we were together, you always treated me as if I were your dear

thought of you. Next time we have a chance to see each other, I will say "thank

you" to you. Thank you for your kindness. Now I have got the meaning of my

life.

Although we are in two different places now, we are still together, because

we are always heart to heart. I believe we can see each other again. Since we

are always close friends as well as dear brothers. Because of you, my life is

今天是五一长假的第四天。我突发奇想，对好朋友盈盈说：”这里也没有什么好玩的，我们不如到山上去摘山灯泡吧！“盈盈满口答应说：”好、好、好，现在就去！“于是，我们每人戴上一顶破草帽，就去山上摘山灯泡了。

我们首先来到菜园里的一处小山坡上，仔细地摘起山灯泡来。山灯泡是一种野生的果子，很好吃，一般在每年农历的三、四月份，正是采摘的好季节。山灯泡的外形，如同是一个个小红豆组成的，非常饱满。在山灯泡开出小白花的时候，非常好看，如同仙女散落出的仙花。

当我们摘得正高兴的时候，我的心里便很想吓一吓胆小的盈盈。于是我连忙说：”啊！蛇，快跑呀！“我和盈盈争先恐后地向前跑，我边跑还不时地假装地回头看，故意大声说：”追上来了！“刚说完这句话，我就上气不接下气地站在那里笑个不停，说：”我吓你一下，你还真的当真啊？“这时，盈盈走过来，不分青红皂白就给我重重的一拳说：”下次你敢再吓唬我，看我不扒了你的皮！“我和盈盈便马上进入了严肃的状态，继续摘起了山灯泡。

突然，我果真看见了一条蛇正在向盈盈爬近。我连忙叫盈盈，让她赶快跑！盈盈以为我又是吓唬她，还是不紧不慢地在那里摘山灯泡。眼看着蛇就要爬近她的脚下了，我只好说：”看看你的脚下！“她向下一看，果真是一条大蛇，吓得盈盈像一阵风似的向家跑去。过了好大一会，她才回过神来。这时的盈盈已经被吓得魂不附体，看来吓得很重呢！

这一次摘山灯泡让我玩得很高兴。既有趣，又好玩，真是一举两得呀！

I think most people like traveling because they can feel the beauty of the nature and breathe the fresh air at the same time.Whats more they can make friends.But there are some disadvantages of travelling,such as,the weather may change quickly and you may be wet in the rain.So my suggestion is that before you travel,you should listen to the weather report and get to know about the weather and youd better travel with others so that you are not into trouble.

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told

us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

今天是五一劳动日，可真见识了劳动日是该多么的辛劳啊。这也是我第一次见证这伟大的时刻，可也真把我给累死了，上午回到家，妈妈就让我们开始打扫。不知道为什么，今天打扫，好累啊。累的想睡觉，而且，今天天气也很热，这一加，真觉得好累。妈妈的事更多，还要洗衣服、鞋子。爸爸更别谈了，自从开了砂石场，刚开始还不是很忙，现在可忙死了。爸爸累的憔悴了好多好多...唉，可只是我们一家忙活东忙活西的啊，农田里的爷爷奶奶们可是也忙得很，这劳动节过得，真，真“有趣”啊!往常，妈妈五一节都休两天假，第一天就是洗、收，第二天就上街。真的觉得，这劳动节是有点意思，因为每到这天都会很忙?难道，劳动节?就这样来的吗?

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”

dream will come ture, so I will learn from the hero ---Chris Gardner.

And I believe my dream isn’t far away!

It was the first day of our winter vacation. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. 今天是“五一”国际劳动节，我们一家人一起去五泄风景区游玩。

来到风景区后，爸爸就去买票，而我们就在原地等他，这时景区门口已是人山人海一片热闹景象。

过了一会儿，爸爸买来了五张门票。我们一家随人群走进了风景区。刚进景区门口，眼前展现的是高高的青山、绿绿的湖水，在湖面上还有几艘轮船和摩托艇。这种优美的景色真让人心旷神怡。走着走着，不知不觉中我们已来到了船码头。可因为人太多了，所以过了很久才轮到我们上船。在船上，往外看到的景色仿佛更加优美：两边的山直入云霄，山中还有一些没有散去的云雾湖水清澈碧绿，而尔有几条小鱼跳出水面，仿佛在欢迎我们呢!

船开得很慢，开了十几分钟才到对岸。上了岸，我们先穿过一条走廊，再经过一个电瓶车站。我们就看见了一片绿绿草坪，恰恰在这时，有两只孔雀从草坪上飞过，我连忙去追它们，却没追上。过了草坪，路慢慢开始变的陡起来了，不知不觉中我们已开始爬山了。爬啊爬、爬啊爬，我们听到了阵阵雷鸣般的声音，一转弯，突然一条雄伟的瀑布出现在我们眼前，我们经不住诱惑，也像其他游客一样停下脚步来观看，瀑布是从两座山之间的岩缝中倾泻而下的，足足有十几米高，旁边水雾环绕是壮观，这就是“五泄”。

看了一会儿，我们又踏上了登山之路。过了四泄、三泄、二泄、一泄，终于， 我们登上了山顶。这时，爸爸、妈妈和姐姐都已经累得不行了，但我和舅舅却不知疲倦，于是我开始飞奔下山，但因为我走错了路，很晚才走到山下，而姐姐在我走错路的时候已先行一步到达了山下。

我们一家人在山下的草坪上拍了许多照片以留作纪念，之后就高高兴兴地回家了。

开心的寒假正逢我们中国传统的节日——春节，在这美好而又喜庆的日子里，到处都洋溢着节日的欢乐和喜庆。妈妈带着我去了许多好玩的的地方，我们先去了定安奇异多彩的飞禽世界、葱绿笼罩的文笔峰和清澈秀丽的南丽湖;我们还去了文昌绿树环抱的铜鼓岭、金光四射的铜鼓佛光和形似月牙、沙白如雪的月亮湾以及奇状异形的石头公园;我们也还去了海口奇花异香的香世界农家乐和欢天喜地的万绿园。到处都留下了我开心的笑声，也给我留下了美好的回忆。最让我记忆犹新，感觉有趣的是定安的飞禽世界。那里有许许多多稀有可爱的小鸟，既聪明又伶俐，有的小鸟会骑自行车，有的小鸟会做数学题，有的小鸟会玩滑滑梯，有的小鸟会识人民币……真是太有趣了!最令我惊讶的是，我叫它们的名字时，它们居然还答应了我，小鸟那么有灵性，不但知道自己叫什么，还会应人，简直是令我惊喜万分!

这个寒假给我留下了太多太多令我回味的游玩故事，同时也给我的寒假生活增添了许多的色彩，让我度过了一个充实而又愉快的寒假生活。
