I like dancing very much. I learn to dance from four years old. Until now,

there are already nine years. I take part in many activities, because I think I

want to perform in front of people. I have a good dance teacher. She dances very

well. She is strict with me. Once I make mistakes, she points it out directly. I

learn a lot from her. Now, we are good friends. She always encourages me. I

think dance is good to me. I make many dancing friends. And it’s good way to

我们这一班可以说是学校里面最“特别”的班级了，因为呢，我们是“田径队”，每天早上都要出去练习，而有时候还可以出去比赛呢!但也只有我们班和三年级一班可以。所以我们班可以说是人才济济、卧虎藏龙、各路英雄好汉、令人钦佩。

首先介绍本班的搞笑大王——程佳翔，每次当本班只要心情不好的时候，他就会自动跳上台，做些很好笑的动作，但是如果遇到一些“很冷”的动作，我们班就全部冲上去，然后“K“他一顿。

再来介绍的是本班体育委员——谢育亭，他可是我们班上跑最快的呢!连我也跑不过她，而且我们的目标都是超越她，但可别以为人是十全十美的，虽然她的功课是前十名，但还是比我差啦!

最后来介绍有书法家之称的雅名——程亭雨，他的书法字可是全班最漂亮的，也令我佩服的五体投地，而上次去比书法赛，她也拿到了第二名，真是太强了。

介绍了这么多人，你也多多少少了解我们班了吧，希望我能永远跟他们在一起。

今天早上起来，天阴沉沉的，妈妈说：“今天是清明节，要去给太爷爷上坟。”

我们一家三口带着鞭炮和鲜花还有纸钱一起去了。

来到那里，一望无际的油菜花金黄金黄的，还随风飘来淡淡的花香，路两边的柳树摇摇摆摆的，好像在给我们打招呼。爸爸开始放鞭炮，妈妈把花插上，然后我们给太爷爷磕了三个头。

在即将离开的时候，天下起了雨，真是“清明时节雨纷纷”，老天爷好像懂得人们的心，也哭了起来，那油菜花和路边的柳树也低着头……清明，真让人伤心!

my house, then walked into the supermarket. After buying, I saw a little boy

went home. I helped a little boy today, I felt very happy.

早上运动英语日记This morning

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball,I

假期里，我读了许多书，如：《十五岁的小船长》、《洋葱头历险记》、《安妮日记》等世界名着。其中，让我印象最深刻的是《淘气包日记》这本书。

这本书主要讲了主人翁加尼诺在生活中发生的事情。他在表演魔术的时候，快把姐夫的眼睛射瞎了;在姐姐结婚后，把炮仗藏在姐夫的领带上，把家人吓得惊慌失措，而他自己却玩得很开心;把稻草人放在姐姐的床下，让姐姐误以为是小偷而吓得魂不守舍;在同学的领带上写讥笑老师的话;在家人看不见他的情况下想跳楼逃出去玩……，这些数都数不过来的事情，都是出现在这个淘气、天真、顽皮的小男孩加尼诺的生活中。

当我读完这本让人啼笑皆非的有趣故事后，感觉回味无穷。因为它既给我带来了快乐，也给我带来了读后的沉思。比如文中主人翁加尼诺寄住的寄读学校的校长和校长夫人，都有着非常丑恶的行为，而加尼诺和他的伙伴们因勇敢的查出了真相，却受到了严重的惩罚，这让我读后感觉非常的气愤。

读完这本书，我受到了许多启发，让想得最多的是人一生会犯许多错误，但犯了错误不可怕，知错不改才是可怕的。犯了错误只要能及时改正错误，并从错误当中总结出经验教训，未尝不是一件好事，古人讲的因祸得福难道不是讲的这个道理吗?

How is it going these days? I keep wondering how you feel about your school life in Beijing. Have you got used to the life in China? Are you enjoying your life? I hope you are.

Let me tell you a piece of good news: I’m going to take part in an English speech contest of middle school students in July in the coming summer vacation. So I’m busy preparing for it. But now I have some difficulty in collecting useful information and using proper English word to express my thoughts. Besides, I really want to improve my spoken English, especially the pronunciation and intonation(语调). Of course, as a native English speaker, you can give me some suggestions.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

When people ask me what kind of job I want to work on in the future, my

answer is to be a teacher, which is my ideal job. I like to pass knowledge to

next generation and lead them to find their own place in the world. What’s more,

I can live near my families, so I can go home often and enjoy the dinner with

them. I dont want to work far away from my parents, because money cant make up

the time we stay together. When I become a teacher, I will have the long

vacation, then I plan to travel around the world. The place I visit will bring

这本书是主人公姜尼诺的成长日，讲他一个又一个传奇经历。他在壁炉里鞭炮引发爆炸，吓得大家落荒而逃;他在客厅表演魔术，差点把马拉里律师射瞎。这一个个故事，都让我们忍俊不禁，可笑过之后，我还是会觉得很后伯，不能完全接受他淘气行为。因为我觉得姜尼诺的这些举动都在冒很大的风险，所以小朋友在玩的时候要三思而后行，不能轻举妄动。

姜尼诺因为拥有想象力，充满好奇心，而做岀许多被大人叫淘气的事。淘气是孩子的天性，我也不例外。有一天，妈妈去上班，我写着作业，突然，我脑子里有个想法。我来到卫生间，走到妈妈的梳妆台前，拿了一大把霜往脸上涂，然后又涂了点唇膏，套了一件妈妈的衣服，大功告成!我望着镜中的我，“一定沉鱼落雁，闭月羞花Ouno!”那不分明是一个大花脸吗?我急忙用水洗脸。嘻嘻，我也是一个小淘气吗?

在我眼中。姜尼诺是一个天真无邪、诚实善良、聪明、正直的孩子，他经常因为讲真说而坏了大人的如意算盘，也因为想金丝雀自由，想给姐姐真诚的祝福而好心办坏事，最终惨遭训斥和毒打。我想，孩子犯错时，家长要先跟孩子沟通，了解事情，而不是一味地打孩子才会有反思自己的错误，并改正。

今天，科普大篷车进校园了。吃过早餐，我们怀着好奇的心进行各种科学试验。场面可热闹了。

展出的物品有二十五件，有滚出直线，有非涅而头镜，有窥视元突，有离心现象，有看得见摸不着的，还有有记忆的花……最有趣的是锥体上滚。讲的是把锥体放到轨道低端，观察轨道上锥体的运动。锥体为什么能从轨道低端向高端滚动呢?

原来锥体上滚的时候，它的重心随之降低。在重力作用下，物体有降低其重心的运动趋势。简单测量一下就可以知道，物体在轨道高端时，其重心最低。所以锥体就可以向上滚了。滚出直线讲的是一个圆围绕一条直线进行旋转，那条线叫内摆线，如果定圆的半径恰好为动圆半径的两倍，内摆线将成直线。

这些科学物品真神奇，可我却不懂这是为什么，我以后要努力学习科学，了解这些科学物品的神奇之处，这真是难忘的一天啊!

在我记忆的心扉中，有许多难忘的事，就像天上的繁星数也数不清;又像小溪里的水怎么也流不完。我最难忘的是那一件事……

一天早上天刚刚亮，我背着重重的行李上路了，坐上车，前去日照，在车上我开开心心的唱着歌，两个小时过去了，终于到了日照，我踏着欢快的步伐下了车，和爸爸妈妈拿着行李，进了一个大大的海滩，哇!好美呀，蓝蓝的海水，在阳光的照耀下变得更加湛蓝，在沙滩上没有一块大石头·小石头，全是细细的小沙子，它们闪闪发光着，像金子似的。我光着小脚丫，在沙滩上自由自在的奔跑，我大声地喊道“我喜欢这里，喜欢这里的大海·沙滩·空气……

Today, with the fast development of science and technology, the artificial

intelligence has gone much further than people can imagine, such as the robot.

Now the first robot is admitted to be a citizen, which scares so many people.

Many scientists had predicted that someday robots would replace human being not

only in physical work, but also in minds. How terrible it would be. It is said

that scientists saw two robots discussing by creating a new language, then they

decided to turn down the machine and made them stop working. They knew clearly

the danger may happen in the future. Most people have thought about

self-consciousness that robot may have some day, but scientists still have a lot

of passion in searching the robots. They want to complete everything. But no one

can make sure what they can bring for human being.

这本书讲述了一个9岁男孩儿加尼诺在半年多的时间里创造的种.种“奇迹”。

加尼诺在9岁生日的时候，妈妈送给他一个日记本，于是，加尼诺就开始写日记。他的日记本上不光有日记，还有图片呢。生日那天，他把日历画了下来;姐姐结婚那天，他把婚礼的情形都“印”在了日记本上。

随着加尼诺写的越来越多，有趣而搞笑的事情就逐渐上演了……加尼诺有着极强的好奇心，和丰富的想象力。但他总是因为自己的好奇心而闯出大祸，往往得到大人无休止地责备。

他把鳗鱼放在钢琴上;把穿着旧衣服的稻草人放在姐姐的床底下，让姐姐以为是鬼，被吓得魂不附体，把左邻右舍搅得鸡犬不宁;他想为姐姐的婚礼增添一些喜庆的气氛，于是就把一个燃烧的小炮竹塞进姐夫的扣眼儿里，结果炮竹炸开了，把所有的人都吓得半死，差点把姐夫的眼睛搞失明了。看到这里，我出了一身冷汗，加尼诺胆子这么大，居然敢这么做!但更多的是对他的顽皮和丰富的想象力感到开怀大笑。

这本书中有一段令我印象最深：加尼诺的爸爸认为加尼诺太不听话了，就把他送到寄宿学校。加尼诺在学校里参加了一个“秘密组织”他在壁橱里凿了一个洞，观察校长和他的夫人，但不小心发出了点声音，让校长和他夫人以为是他们叔叔的画像说了话，吓得半死。“秘密组织”成员发现了瘦肉汤的秘密，他们精心谋划，设计出一个谋略，终于把校长的阴谋拆穿了。他们气得暴跳如雷，从此对加尼诺更不好了。终于，他被爸爸接回了家。但他的恶作剧还一直在上演着……

从这本书中，我看到了一个天真、调皮、可爱、捣蛋的孩子。佳妮诺的故事有时让我开怀大笑，有时让我紧张不已，有时让让我心情沉重。虽然于是我不太赞同他的恶作剧，但有些事情我却为他的正直心态所感动……如果我是淘气包加尼诺的朋友，那么我的生活应该会很有趣。

这天我与妈妈去了乡下，我一个人在田间的小路上散步。走着走着，一只正在缓慢爬动的小动物进入了我的眼球。仔细一瞧，原然然而一只小蜗牛。我突发奇想，我想与这只小蜗牛一齐散步。于然而，我慢慢得走着，生怕这只小蜗牛跟不上。当我走了几步，回头一看，那只小蜗牛竟离我这么远。

我在它后面推了推，可它仍然而那样慢慢地爬着。我催它，我唬它，我责备它，蜗牛用抱歉的眼光看着我，彷佛在说：“我已经尽力了!”蜗牛它虽然爬不快，但然而它仍旧爬着。为的就然而能到达自我想去的地方，为的就然而能完成给自我定下的目标。

我们的目标然而什么?我们然而怎样样完成这些目标的?蜗牛它靠自我的努力，永不放下的精神，完成了自我的目标。我们要学习蜗牛的精神，去完成自我的目标。

Some people say， “Money is more important than time。” Some say， “We can buy

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they

can buy everything they want， including time。 Do you think so? No。 I don’t think

so。 Because when money is spent， we can get it back。 However， when time has

gone， it will never return。 Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put

off today’s work till tomorrow。

In fact， time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone

or anything。 For everyone， time is so limited that if we waste our precious

time， we won’t get it back。 Therefore， we should save every second we own and

make full use of our time to study hard。 The harder we work now， the more we

will get in future!

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. My advanced-level subjects are History, Economics and English Literature. In addition to these subjects, "Use of English" is also a compulsory subject because a pass in English is a minimum requirement for admission to most faculties of the University of Hong Kong.

Lantern Festival The 15th day of the 1st lunar month is the Chinese Lantern

Festival because the first lunar month is called yuan-month and in the ancient

times people called night Xiao. The 15th day is the first night to see a full

moon. So the day is also called Yuan Xiao Festival in China. According to the

Chinese tradition, at the very beginning of a new year, when there is a bright

full moon hanging in the sky, there should be thousands of colorful lanterns

hung out for people to appreciate. At this time, people will try to solve the

puzzles on the lanterns and eat yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) and get all their

families united in the joyful atmosphere.
