One winter, the weather was so cold that water turned into ice. One day on my way home, when seeing a frozen lake, I thought that the ice must be thick enough to support me. 我一到银行,冰了。这一切是多么的可怕!即使过去了很久,我仍然可以感觉到恐惧。从那时起,我不再喜欢滑冰了。

时光就像一条永不停息的小河，匆匆地、悄悄地从人们身边流过。不知不觉中，一个值得回忆的2010年匆匆地走了，迎来了一个新的岁月，开始了人们的又一段旅程。在春节前，人们个个喜气洋洋，个个精神饱满。逛街的人络绎不绝，有的在买年画，有的在买年货，有的坐着火箱围着火炉看电视，还有的人在打麻将打扑克，等等不一而足。

在我们那，小孩们最高兴的事就是看大人们打年糕了，有的吃，有的玩，不亦说乎!纷纷扬扬的大雪终于停止了，在一个阳光明媚的日子里，好几户人家都搬出了存放已久的石臼。因为不是家家户户都打，所以人们早已排起了长队，井然有序的轮流着。打年糕分为掺米、蒸米、打糕、切糕四部分，它可是门学问，也是一门技术，不到火候难成年糕，打得不好不仅吃起来不细腻，而且存放时间也不长，容易裂开。所以打年糕首先要掺好米，就是把糯米与晚米按一定比例掺和起来，晚米掺入比例的多少，视糯米品种的糯性，自己一家的口味偏好而定，当然老人家有多年积累的经验。我们村上的李师傅可有多年的掺米经验，所以每次打年糕，人们都会请上他。接下来得蒸米了，灶上用大锅，大火烧开水，女人老人在灶后烧火，锅上架一木制蒸桶，上口略大下口略小，便于出粉。底是通的，内中底部安有活动的竹片制成蒸架，形似清朝官员的红缨帽，上尖下圆。

上覆蒸布，以防止粉漏下，又能使锅中蒸汽较均匀进入蒸桶之中。这道工序叫上粉。上粉前视粉的水份含量加入小量水掺和均匀作最后调整，这叫[先粉]，用大碗盛好粉，把粉均匀撒入桶中，经验是，那里蒸汽大往那里撒，到上面光线好了，看那里粉色暗往那里撒，因为暗是熟的标志。慢慢地粉上到了桶口，待最后一层粉熟了。打年糕一般在空旷的场地上，把刚蒸好的米放入石臼中，再用一个木头做的“锄头”，约有40来斤，这可需要力气大点的男人们。打年糕为的是把年糕打的有韧性，有弹性，这样吃起来才有糯糯的感觉。接下来，人们会在旁边堂前纵向架一付面板，长三米，宽一米余，厚二寸，下面用几张条凳支承着，下接脚桶承接板缝漏水。年糕打好后，取下三分之一块放在面板上，盖上蒸布，洒上点水，再叫两人拿着扁担在年糕上边走边移，粉团随着杠子上下被一一压实，直到面板被两个大汉压得咯叽咯叽直响为止。最后一步就是切糕了，这步比较简单，就是用绳子把压好的年糕切成长方形的快状，再点上一点红“胭脂”，年糕就这样做好了。
