今天是我第一次比赛，我很紧张，生怕自己会被打伤，也怕自己拿不到奖，给道馆丢脸。

首先是打品势。我看见每个人都打得很棒，所以下定决心要认认真真打。一上场我就开始紧张，手脚也不怎么听话，心里怦怦直跳，暗暗对自己说：万浩楠，不可以分心，也不可以紧张，好好打。时间慢慢过去，我的表演也接近尾声，好不容易打完了。我紧张地问妈妈我得了多少分？妈妈高兴地说：“5点90分。”一听我觉得还有希望得奖。终于等到颁奖了，可迟迟没有我的名字，我心里特别难受，眼泪忍不住地流下来，后悔自己训练时不认真，我想以后要好好训练，不偷懒。

接下来是令人紧张的打实战，实战可以加强人的攻击意识与防范意识。我们道馆的每个人上场就个个都勇敢无比。我一上场就使劲踢对手，因为对手比我高，看上去也很厉害，我生怕被他打趴下，我只能防守，尽量不让对手把我踢倒，可是最后还是对手胜利了，我很难过。

下半场比赛开始了，我先用假动作想引对方上当，然后进行反击，可这一招对他没效，我连忙变更战略，发动主动进攻。我先是一个横踢踢过去，可惜被对方躲开了。我马上一个下劈接了下去，“耶！爆头了！”我正沉浸在得意之中，没想到被对方看出了破绽。他迅速发动进攻，令我防不胜防。我清醒过来了，与对方展开了殊死搏斗。我一个后踢踢了过去，可对方反应极快，立即躲闪，然后一个下劈，把我爆头了。我被踢之后，也不甘示弱，立马使用了个后旋踢。他哪儿会料到这招，也被我爆头了。

最后我终于得了奖牌，站在领奖台上，我心里可高兴了，因为我没有给道馆丢脸。

实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

今天阴雨蒙蒙，北风呼啸，上帝像一位优秀的鼓手，用雨做的打鼓棒敲打着大地。路上的行人都缩着脖子匆匆往回赶。我鼓起勇气在这种天气下观看了一场精彩的钓鱼比赛。

我和爸爸驾车来到水库旁，我拉紧衣领，还是情不自禁啰嗦起来。只见选手们拿着渔具，一字排开，个个自信满满，仿佛第一名非他们莫属，我躲到爸的雨伞下，看着选手们为鱼儿准备的美食。爸爸说：“钓鱼耍有耐心，它是一次与鱼儿斗智斗勇的过程。”我目不转睛地看着叔叔钓鱼，很快，水库东边的选手发现，他们这边鱼不上钩，一排人没有一个人钓到鱼。西边刚好相反，钓得一个比一个多。东边选手士气低落，而西边的选手士气高昂。看来第一名非西边选手莫属了。我站在东边，觉得百般无聊，看着西边选手一条接一条钓上鱼来，心里为东边选手干着急，可无济于事。时间过了一大半，有很多人弃权了，眼看时间快到了，我旁边的叔叔还是不死心，使出最后杀手锏――换鱼竿，从一米四的竿换到了一米七的竿，所有的竿子都试了遍，还是没用，他也索性坐在那里不钓了，满脸的不甘心。“时间到！”穿着雨衣的裁判大声喊道。最后还是西边做一位叔叔得了冠军，他钓了20多条鱼呢。

在回家的路上，我望着窗外淅淅沥沥鱼，想起一句爱因斯坦的一句名言：“兴趣是最好的老师”。也许是兴趣让他们聚在这冰冷的水库上钓鱼吧！

今天，英语课好无趣。

我们着急的来到上英语课的教室，等了一会儿，这时，开门的来了，当时我正在和同学聊天，没有注意到，后来我才发现，就匆匆进教室了。

接着，老师进了教室，原本我还很兴奋的，又能学新的一课了。可出乎意料的是，老师竟生气地说：“怎么还有人没来？”大家异口同声地说：“学舞蹈去了！”老师说：“那这节课又上不成了，你们回去吧！”

我星期二也要去打乒乓球，可我还是坚持学我喜爱的英语，因为我知道，通过学习英语，可以增加更多的知识，我们将有更好的机会阅读各式各样的书籍和报纸。所以我不去打乒乓，也要学好英语。

我在回去的路上走着，心里有些失落，想：原本好好的，可以上一堂新课，都怪那些人，学舞蹈去了，也就为了“六一儿童节”表演而已，害的我们大家都学不成英语了，事情怎么会变成这样呢？看样子，下次你们谁也不要缺课，否则英语课一学期也上不完啊！
