place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

Yesterday was the ninth day of the World Cup. There was a football match between China and Brazil. We know Brazilian Team is the top one of the world. Though the players of the Chinese Team tried their best, they still lost the game. The result of the game was 4:0. I think they did better than the first game.I believe they can learn a lot from Brazilian Team.

I hope the team of China will be a strong team one day.

今年四月到六月，我参加了2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛。这可是全国性的比赛哦！必须要闯过海选、市赛和省赛三关，才能去北京参加中央电视台的总决赛。

参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

我的2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛结束了，虽然我没有踏上国赛舞台，但是我虽败犹荣！这个过程中，我见识到了那些高手们的厉害！我一定要好好学习英语！我一定会回来的！明年再战！

我小的时候，特别喜欢运动，也做过很多运动比如说：跳绳、跑步、游泳、踢足球。其中，我印象最深的就是小时候的一次踢足球。

有一天,我们几个小伙伴聚在一起，商量玩什么，这时，一个小伙伴突然大声地说“我家买了新足球!我们来玩吧!”小伙伴们都说好，我们在楼低下静静的等着他拿球，啊，把他等下来了，比赛马上开始，我心里暗暗说：“加油!”

比赛开始了，我带着球，忽然对方中锋把球劫走，我见势不好，我赶紧追了上去，我嗖的一下，“快如闪电”般的跑到他前面，把球带走了，我刚要转身向龙门踢时，对方前锋从我的胯下把球传给中锋，对方中锋接到球，十分得意，可是我们的中锋把球又带走了，他叫我向前跑，我跟着他跑到龙门前，这时，对方中锋和前锋赶了上来，来个二人夹击，中锋把球传给了我，现在关键就在我的脚上，要射门了，我用力一踢，谁知道，球没进，我的鞋倒进了。原来用力过猛，把鞋踢飞了，我眼睁睁地看着球被带走……

比赛快结束了，休息的时候，中锋先发言：“要加油了!现在是四比四，我我们团结一致，加油!”现任前锋说“恩，周锐标，你要把门守好，加油!”

发球了!双方都抢得激烈，这时，对方前锋把球抢到了，直奔我方龙门，他也不知道哪来的狠劲，我方两人都追不上，关键又是我了，我掌握着是输还是平，平总比输好吧。我准备好了，他出脚了!可是，球却又从我我的胯下溜走了……我们输了，可是并没有埋怨，也没有伤心，只有笑声洋溢在夕阳下的小区里……

something nice for them to eat. She just learned how to make a scrambled egg.

She tried to make it for them. She broke eggs in a bowl and put some salt in it.

Then she placed a frying pan on the stove, and put a little cooking oil in the

pan. While she was waiting for the oil to become hot, she stirred the egg in the

bowl. As soon as the oil became hot, she poured the egg into the pan, As one

side turned yellow, she turned it over. When both sides were cooked.the

scrambled egg was ready to eat.

实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

xx年3月6日 星期二 天气阴转晴

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

xx年3月12 日 星期一 天气阴

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

体育课上，老师和我们一起踢足球。

我们队的吴少方等不及了，老师吹了口哨后，吴少方用力一踢，球到了半空中，像艘飞船一样，但是没听到落地声。原来是被敌队守门的伍晓莉接到了，伍晓莉把球给了他们队的吴少令，吴少令边踢球，边逃离我的"追捕"。我一下子跑累了，吴少令用力一踢，球到了半空中，但是没想到球到了我们队的队友——机智聪明又身手敏捷的伍金照脚上。伍金照一跳，用脚一踢，球到了半空中，顿时我们眼里出现了幻觉：球好像着了火。我心里想：这家伙还真聪明。球像火一样，飞速而过，吓得敌队守门员躲开了。就这样，我们队得了一分，笑开了花。

敌队呢，只是埋怨守门员胆小。敌队守门员则暗自庆幸没有被击中。

一小时后，我们满头大汗。但是我们以36分的成绩打败了只有18分的敌队，敌队现在还抱怨守门员呢!这是使我最快乐的体育课。

上星期五的下午,我睡过午觉,起来写了一会儿作业,听见外面有人叫我,原来是我的好朋友：王灿、高圣、陈杰、王圣、刘梅来叫我一起去踢足球。

我和王灿、刘梅一队。我是队长,王灿是副队长。王圣和高圣、陈杰一队。王圣是队长,高圣是副队长。

比赛开始了,王圣队先发球,我眼疾手快把足球拦住了,所有的人都过来抢球。场面混乱极了,都不管自己是哪个队的了,抢到球就踢。这时王圣爸爸来了说:“怎么这么乱啊,我来做裁判吧”。我们大家都同意。就这样热热闹闹地玩了起来,大家都非常开心。

让我也明白了足球是一项团队运动,队员之间要互相配合才能把球踢好。

现场顿时充满了火药味……我迅速拿起魔方，疯狂还原。我转动它的同时，紧张地观察着台下。观众也太多了吧……让这么多人看着，如果我是最后一个完成的，其他人会怎么笑话我呢?观众会用什么样的眼光来看待我呢?那我可丢人丢大了啊……不过我已经是骑虎难下了，干脆放手一搏吧!我虽然这么想，可头上还是不断冒冷汗，手心渐渐潮湿，有几次魔方差点脱手。我开始后悔。我为什么怎么鲁莽地来比赛呢?万一其他人玩的比我好怎么办?但是没办法，我为了不丢脸，只好加快了速度，发挥出了最好水平，魔方也很给面子，一切顺利。

终于完成啦!我双手撒开魔方，急着去按计时器，魔方摔得脆响，我却紧盯着机器上的数字——

观众的目光先被我的魔方吸引过去，然后转过头来看时间，有人惊呆了。

“全场新纪录!33.48秒!”主持人用略带激动的语气说。

其余7人睁大眼睛不可置信地朝我看，手中的魔方还不敢停。我懒散地往椅子背上一靠，伸了个大大的懒腰，得意地看着他们，装作“这没什么”的样子。

最让我难忘的还是观众们，上百人里面有人不断鼓掌，有人目瞪口呆，更多的人议论纷纷，还有人甚至拿出了手机，向我“咔”一张，把我得意的笑容和辉煌的战绩记录了下来。

当时我的心里真是百感交集……是什么让我今天这样地引人注目?自从我开始玩这个小东西开始，就立志要学好它。于是——别人吃饭的时候，我在练习;别人玩游戏的时候，我在练习;晚上别人睡觉时，我依然在练习;日复一日，才成就了这样的水平。

现在，有时后半夜两点我能被笑醒，然后翻来覆去兴奋得再也睡不着。

阚指导同样表示，美国队的重赛也让他想到了2011年大邱世锦赛刘翔被罗伯斯拉手一事：“当时中国田径队在赛后第一时间进行了申诉，但当时也仅仅是取消了罗伯斯的成绩，并没有让刘翔重新来跑，如果刘翔重新跑，那么刘翔的成绩肯定会不一样。”

冬日娜认为，国际田联这样的处理方式是不能够接受的：“美国女子接力队作为卫冕冠军，如果她们凭借自己的实力夺牌夺冠，那是毫无疑问的。但是由于这样的方式再次进行重赛，我们是不能接受的。这样重赛的决定在世界大赛中是十分罕见的，中国队认为，由美国队一支队伍进行重赛称不上比赛，中国队认为这不是比赛，更不是奥运会的比赛，因此拒绝到现场观看。”

阚指导也表示，安排美国队重赛，并取消中国队的晋级资格对中国是极为不公平的：“这是一个非常不公平的决定，对于美国队一支队伍来进行比赛，对，这不是名义上或者实际上的比赛，这对中国队尤其这几位姑娘来说更是十分不公平的，更何况我们是在完全公平的比赛情况下晋级的。”

冬日娜最后表示，不管最后结果如何，这都是让田径界蒙羞的一件事：“无论美国队的比赛结果如何，我们认为这场比赛是令整个田径运动蒙羞的。”
