下雨天

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

一个阳光明媚的下午，放学后，七八位足球踢得好的同学留了下来，为了凑热闹，我便见缝插针地混了进去，一打听，才知明天是要与别的班踢球比赛，他们留下来的原因便是训练踢足球，反正星期五下午闲着没事干，不如来踢一场足球，想到这里，我便混水摸鱼地参加进去。一路上同学们浩浩荡荡地向体育场走去。

今天下午去市图书馆看书。因为图书馆有空调可以吹，也比家里的书还多。方便地检查日全食是可见的物质。

今天上午第四节课是我们的体育课，老师让我们玩了足球，足球很好玩，我踢得也不错。

老师让一排和三排每人拿了一个球，我和张帅豪一组，我无比高兴，因为没把我和刘建豪分到一组，刘建豪踢球太棒了，简直是贝克汉姆球王，以前我和他一组时， 他一脚就把那球踢得飞檐走壁，一下最后一站就是我脸，我这个英俊潇洒的脸一下被他打的不成样了。

我和张帅豪站了两个点，然后我们就开始对战了。我把球扔到天上，轻轻一踢，一个飞球就落到了张帅豪的身后，哇，张帅豪连忙去追球，我休息了一下，张帅豪上气不接下气的走了过来，他把球踢了过来，我又踢了过去，这回他接住了，他把球转了起来，飞了过来，哇喔没接住，我追了过去，把球捡回来就下课了。

今天体育课我玩的很开心，我就是一球没接好，下次我一定要成为贝克汉姆球王。

The end of the summer， should have a good rest! But my mother is very busy. As the daughter of course I want to help my mother to do some. Early in the morning I got up， washed the dishes， sweep the floor， cooking and so on， at noon， I tired， lying on the bed， fan fan， more fortable.

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

减肥的第一天

今天是我减肥计划的第一天。今天早上，按照计划，我只喝了一杯牛奶燕麦，然后就去学习英语了。到了上午10点钟的时候，我的肚子开始咕咕叫想要吃东西了，我不能集中精神好好学习，满脑子飞过各种各样的美食：汉堡包、饺子、蛋炒饭、煎蛋……经过10分钟的挣扎，我终于忍不住了!我冲进厨房，把所有能吃的食物都吃了!吃完之后，想着自己其实并没有胖到要节食的地步，我最终决定放弃减肥。不过怎么样，我应该继续享受我所认为是世界上最美好的东西——美食。
