为提高孩子们英语水平，检验近期英语学习情况，进一步培养学生的英语综合运用能力，营造英语文化氛围，7月28日，山东理工大学“红色之旅”实践团于菏泽市牡丹区赵楼社区支教基地举行英语作文比赛。

此次比赛本着“人人参与”的原则，在初中三个年级中进行。以《My holidy》（我的假期）为题，学生们现场发挥，在30分钟的时间内写出一篇100词作文。比赛过程中，参赛选手胸有成竹，屏气凝神，严格遵守比赛规则，表现出优秀的参赛风格。全部同学在规定时间内完成，甚至有几位同学提前做完，显示出同学们对英语的有效掌握。学生作文水平虽显稚嫩，但从单词、句子的运用，到语法篇章的安排，都显示出了英语教学有了明显的进步，这是同学们勤学英语的结果，也是每位实践队员辛勤教学的结果。最终，赵芳同学脱颖而出荣获一等奖，刘涵、赵紫、赵伟等分获二、三等奖，队员们为其颁发奖状、奖品，以资鼓励。赛后，实践团将同学们的作品在橱窗中展示，以供大家交流学习。同学们表示今后一定再接再厉，学好英语。队员们鼓励大家在日常生活中也要勤学勤用，在实践中探索英语的奥秘。

此次比赛有力调动起同学们学习英语的积极性，提高了对英语的实用能力，提高了学生英语读写能力。据悉，此类活动还将继续开展，为学生创设运用英语写作展示的平台。

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

值得一提的是，小将张雨霏值得期待，她在去年喀山世锦赛游出了2分06秒51的成绩，仅仅输给了星奈津美和亚当斯，收获一枚宝贵的铜牌。本赛季，张雨霏的训练更加系统和先进，在外教的帮助下，张雨霏的体能和转身技术比过去提高不少，虽然她不具备当时刘子歌和焦刘洋的绝对实力，但还是有机会拼一拼。

校运动会的足球比赛马上就要开始了，本届进入决赛的两个队伍分别来自高年级的六(1)班和六(6)班。

双方队员进场了，只见六(1)班的队员身穿红色的运动服，个个生龙活虎;六(6)班的队员身穿蓝色运动服，人人也都身强力壮。双方队员都摩拳擦掌，火药味很浓。

随着裁判的一声哨响，比赛开始了。刚一开战，双方就展开了激烈地拼抢。两边队员有的倒地铲球，有的飞身冲抢，还有的跃起头球……足球就这样在中场传来传去，都无法迫近对方的球门。场外的拉拉队员大声呐喊着，有的在为自己班级加油助威，有的则在为精彩的传球鼓掌叫好。比赛进行到一大半的时候，僵局终于被六(6)班的3号队员打破，他在队友的帮助下带球来到六(1)班的球门前，凌空飞起一脚，六(1)班的守门员扑救不及，足球不偏不倚钻入了网窝。“进球啦!进球啦!”六(6)班的队员们兴奋极了，他们紧紧拥抱在一起，观众们也都激动地站起来为他们鼓掌喝彩。

比赛继续进行，六(1)班为了扳回比分展开了猛烈的进攻，但在六(6)班的顽强防守下都无功而返。比赛结束的哨音响起，最终六(6)班以1分险胜对手。

Today, my family go to the zoo. We go there by car, and we arrive there at

around 3 p.m. I see many kinds of animals in the zoo, like dog, elephant, rabbit

and giraffe. They are so cute. I watch them for a long time. At around 6 p.m, we

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient little ducks swimming in the bowl. My in the mind have a little not to eat them. But the smell of fragrance and let me greedy slobber, I eat up tit-bit. But I eat dumplings, the heart have a kind of feeling can not tell.

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We

listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know

ill because of the hot weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My

新华社里约热内卢8月17日体育专电(记者王浩宇、杜白羽)在奥运赛场上落败，对两届奥运冠军吴静钰来说实在太陌生。然而此番征战里约，她一输就是两场，连最后争奖牌的机会都没得到。

如此挫折下，吴静钰难受了，也哭过，但支撑着她站在赛场上的信念却未曾改变。“赢得时候很快乐，但过程也是很难受，每次上场都特别紧张，不敢输。”吴静钰，这次输了以后，觉得输也没什么不能接受的，因为奥运会谁都可能会输。

“因为输而不坚持的话，奥林比克的意义就没有了，”吴静钰说。

吴静钰的这份坚持，在她备战奥运的日子中更多地意味着痛苦，“恢复训练的前两个月，经历了备战时间最痛苦的时候，能够站在里约奥运会赛场，对我来说已经是一种幸运。前几年我就应该退役因为我的身体支撑不了，但我能够继续比赛，挺幸运的。”

付出了这么多，却没换来自己梦想的结果，痛苦和眼泪过后，是否应该告别了?对于未来，吴静钰虽然没有直说，但仍保留着期许。

“我还是非常热爱这个赛场，如果真有下一次，我就不会再有任何压力了。”吴静钰说，“下届奥运看情况吧，毕竟我年龄确实挺大了，真喜欢的话，会继续坚持。”

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by

bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

English and other subjects. I go home at noon and have a short rest at home.

Classes are over at 5:30. I usually play at school for a while and then go home.

At night, I usually finish my homework and then watch TV. About 10:00, I go to

bed. This is my all day.
