寒假里，我看了各种各样的书籍。从童话到科普图书，从小说到名著------。其中带给我最深印象的是介绍作者童年时代生活的《童年》、讲述一位美国黑人奴隶在惨无人道的奴隶制的压迫下艰难地生活最终死去的故事的《汤姆叔叔的小屋》、有借助老人与鲨鱼英勇搏斗来教育我们做任何事不能软弱的《老人与海》等等，回回精彩溢呈，章章扣人心弦，让人爱不释手，受益非浅。有它们相伴，当然不会寂寞。

读书读累了，我还会出门游玩。时间不容许我去祖国的名胜古迹游玩，但能够去野外的青山绿水、山涧小道玩玩，让我增长知识，开阔眼界，从整日的看书学习中跳出来，休闲、轻松一下，这不也很有意义吗?

轻松之余，当然不能忘了学习。除了完成老师布置的作业外，我还会写写作文，练练书法，算算奥数，全面锻炼自己的脑力。你可别说做作业是件头疼的事，其实，只要能投入在其中，你会发现——原来完成作业并不麻烦，甚至还有些有趣呢!

这就是我所度过的寒假，一个充实、有趣、具有意义的愉快假期!

Lingling asked her friends to come to her home. She wanted to make

玲玲邀请她的朋友来她家做客，她想为朋友们做点好吃的。地刚刚学会煎鸡蛋，决定试着为朋友们做一做。她先把鸡蛋打在碗里，放一点盐：然后把煎锅放在炉子上，往锅里倒些油。在等待油加热时，她把碗里的鸡蛋打散。当油一热，她立刻把打散的鸡蛋倒入锅内。一面煎黄时，立刻翻过来煎另一面，两面都煎好后就可以吃了。

玲玲的朋友品尝了她做的鸡蛋，她们都很喜欢。能为朋友们做吃的，玲玲感到非常高兴。

Recently of malachite green, Sudan red, and so on have been "destroyed" and are these hearts duck eggs, and havent been solved completely. But even if they now have to solve, but we also have to worry about "they" will not back not just in the future? Thought of here, I cant help but think constantly behind the scenes "make" the food of a few to endanger the safety of life. So I just sent a such doubts are these people for the sake of what? I want to or for a word - money, money is the devils bait. Because of the money, how many times this happened in the world of murder, robbery and theft? Who would have thought such a sum of money, is want to jail and the court criminal "supplier"?

Is because the money has arisen: artificial sweetener, saccharin sodium, cyclamate and preservatives (sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate), etc. The use of food additives. Therefore, I very want to some people dont understand, how many people did their "product" harm? There are a lot of people after eating these so-called "health and safe food" and diarrhea and vomiting, and even lost his life!

However, I think, in addition to criticise those who only know to make money and people who do not care about their health and safety, we also need to improve their awareness.

These instructions, defense artificially added chemicals in food, some harmful substance is but with the naked eye or simple method of inspection.

We should pay attention to food safety, want to for the sake of our health and make great efforts, to strive for the sake of our civilization.

食品安全一直倍受关注，因为我们的日常生活根本离不开食品。所有人都知道这一点，但又总一些人，让我们担心，我们的食品是否安全，是否卫生。

最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被解决的。不过就算它们现在已经给解决了，可是我们还要担心“它们”还会不会在不就的将来卷土重来呢?想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生安全的食品的人。于是我就发出了这样的疑惑这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意的诱饵。因为钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃?谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是想监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供应商”?

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

如：苹果过于的发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量。

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。

我们要关注食品安全，要为了我们的健康而努力，要为了我们的文明而努力。

Recently we had a class meeting on the topic of My Chinese Dream everyone talked enthusiastically about his understanding of the Chinese Dream. We all believe that this dream will come true in the future. I also talked about my own dream. I have always wanted to be a doctor.Not only can doctors save people’s lives but also they are doing a respectable job.To realize my dream, I must try to study hard from now on. I must learn as much as I can so that I can become a doctor. Only in this way can I accomplish my goal.
