我不知道你是不是喜欢现在这种考试制度，不过如果你说喜欢，我还真不信。其实，我就不喜欢。爸爸上小学时是在2000个孩子当中通过面试、笔试考进去的，属于优秀学校里的中等生，后来爸爸上了区里最好的初中。在初中我仍然是中等生，就这么晃着晃着，等到中考时就差了那么几分，结果没能升入到这个中学的高中，而是去了区里排名第二的学校。

为此，爸爸每天早上就得挤公共汽车，但明明自己就住在区里最好中学的围墙外;中午还要带一个大饭盒，最倒霉是高三的时候同时带一个饭盒两个菜盒，因为还要把晚饭带上;更糟糕的是一开学，看得出班级里的同学几乎都相互认识，因为他们都是在学校附近一起上的幼儿园、小学和初中，现在又成了高中同学。而我则不同，我周围很少有见过的初中和小学同学。

开始，我非常不适应，总是想早点摆脱这个环境，学习成绩直线下降，第一个期末考了全班倒数第二。当时你爷爷奶奶并没有说我什么，但是我觉得很难面对这个成绩。

后来，我发现了几个现实：

第一，我不可能摆脱这个环境，没有谁有本事把我转到区里最好的那所学校，而且即便是爷爷奶奶有这个本事，我在现在这个学校考了班级倒数第二，那么到了最好的学校可能就会是倒数第一，在这个战场没有打赢，去一个最有挑战性的战场就会赢么?

第二，我改变不了这个环境，不可能让自己的家搬到学校附近去，客观点说，当时我也不喜欢那个学校的位置;同时我也不可能让同学们像对待一起上过小学、初中的同学一样对待我。

第三，在这个班级当中其实没人照顾你的感受，因为除了你自己以外，根本没有几个人看得见你，你既不是全年级第一，也不是突出的帅哥、美女，更不是体育健将。

按照这个状况，根据我想要让自己实现高中生活学习得更开心一点的愿望，爸爸总结了第一个规则：

规则一：有时你无法决定自己在哪个平台上，但是你可以决定自己在现有的平台上的态度和因此产生的做事方式。

于是，我开始把所有想要摆脱环境的不切实际的想法甩开。我利用坐车的时间背单词，我发现这个是把坐车时间利用起来的性价比最高的方式，因此还可以把前一天晚上背单词的时间转化为早睡一会儿;我利用课间时间，努力跟不熟悉的同班同学搭话，结果其中有几个成为了我不错的朋友，甚至有一个将来还成为了我大学同系和对门寝室的朋友。我开始集中精力学习了，开始与周围有一个融洽的关系了。爸爸毕业时在班级排在第5名，年级16名，虽然没有什么值得吹的，但是对比班级倒数第二而言，我尽力而为了。

我在这个过程中发现了另外两个规则：

规则二：当你拒绝融入环境时，环境一定也不会接纳你;当你主动融入环境时，会发现原来环境没有想象的那么糟糕。

规则三：对于任何事情(无论好事、坏事)你有三个态度，第一是拒绝，第二是被动，第三是主动。如果你拒绝了，那么你也会被拒绝;如果你被动了，另外一方也会是被动;如果你主动了，整个世界都会应和你，结果你和你的周边都受益。

在明白这第三个规则之前，我一直以为有老师不喜欢我，后来发现是我先拒绝了他(她)，因为我从来都没有表现出过喜欢他们，他们在面对几十个学生需要关注时，为什么要格外表现出喜欢我呢?其实没有谁特别喜欢或不喜欢我，更确切地说没有人那么关心我，他们只会回应我对他们的态度，我主动了，就控制了局面，控制住了那些我希望他们喜欢我、帮助我的人。

当我开始认真学习时，突然发现了一个原来自己没有注意到的问题：就是学习和考试是两回事!一般而言，大家口中所说的学习好，其实是指考试成绩好，但是其实学习好的含义应该比考试好更加广泛。

当你步入工作岗位，真正工作时其实是每天都在考试，考专业知识、应变能力、管理知识、沟通能力、思维方式、工作经验、学习能力(注意不是面对考卷的能力)等等。工作当中也会面对一些卷面考试，但是一个机构真的不是仅仅通过你的考试成绩来判定是否录用你，或者给你加薪提职的，好的学习态度与方法将在你人生几十年当中起到关键作用。

讲到这里，不知道你还记不记得规则一?现在我们重新审视平台问题，我说的是“有时你无法决定自己在哪个平台上”。是的，有时无法决定的意思是，有时我们也可以决定自己是在哪个平台上的。但是能够决定自己在哪个平台上的前提是，你在现有这个平台表现得足够优秀，才能让自己有信心去开创另外一个平台，才能让另外一个平台的人相信优秀是你的一个习惯。

最后，爸爸要告诉你第四个规则：

规则四：即便是在无法决定自己在哪个平台上的时候，也是可以通过自己的力量改变平台。

爸爸在新航道，从20__年到现在，我没有离开过这个平台，但是这个平台逐步壮大了，原来你到北京时，只有农科院那个校区，周一到周五教室里几乎没有人，我让你在里面写作业，因为空旷把你吓哭了。但是，现在全国有30几个城市有我们的分校，十几个人的机构到现在将近2000多人的机构，爸爸虽然只是一个普通的管理者，但是也贡献出了自己的那份力量，参与了让一个机构越来越好的整个过程。

一、定量阅读，增加积累

mans house for new years greetings. We met four cousins and cousins. Mother

My aunt and grandmothers house is backed by green hills and facing the

fields. After dinner, we happily went to the fields to play! As soon as we saw

the haystack, we would sleep, roll and play on it. We had a lot of fun. The

lovely smiling faces on the haystack entered the mothers camera. The haystack

that others have painstakingly piled up has been broken up. We feel sorry for it

and try to pile it up again.

On the fourth day of junior high school, we went to my uncles house to pay

New Years greetings. His family has a unicycle, usually used to carry grain or

farm tools. Seeing this special "rustic" car, I was very happy and invited

brother hang and brother Yi, who came to pay New Years greetings, to play with

me. Yi Di and I were sitting on the wheelbarrow, and brother hang came to push

My sister and I are pupils. I study in the primary school affiliated with

Xishan Primary School. She likes watching TV. We love our family very much.

I like animals very much. I have a dog， it’s my favorite animal. It’s

white， it looks like a snow ball. It has two big eyes and ears. But its nose and

mouth are very small. It’s very naughty.

It often stares at my food when I have a meal. When I’m home it follows me

all the time.

When I do my homework， it often sits beside quietly， but sometimes runs
