清明的习俗， 扫墓前， 都要做一种糕点——艾糕。 今天， 我们开台了做艾糕、艾饺这些绿色点心。

我们先准备好咸的馅、甜的馅、米粉、印模等西。 这时外公开始煮艾草了， 外公一边煮， 一边搅拌， 当艾变得有点糊了的时候， 外公把艾草捞到装有米粉的盆子里。起先，外公用筷子开始搅拌绿绿的艾草和白白的米粉，后来，外公干脆用手搅拌。看着粉和艾草渐渐的溶和在一起，面团变得越来越细腻。我好奇的问外公：“假如粉加多了，怎么办？假如艾草多了怎么办？假如水多了又怎么办呢？” 外公说：“假如粉多了就加一点艾汁， 假如艾多了就加一点米粉， 假如水多了就加一点米粉……” 我们正说着，外公已经揉好了面团， 我看着这团绿油油的面团， 偷偷摸了一下，软软的、热热的， 我又闻了一下， 一阵艾草的清香扑鼻而来， 我用力地吸着鼻子， 当时，我真想把所有香气都吸光呀！

接着我们开始了分工合作做艾饺和艾糕。 外公擀艾饺皮， 外婆放馅，妈妈折艾饺的花边（这可是最难的部分哦！），父亲放艾饺， 舅妈做圆团， 我做艾糕， 我先把圆团放进模子里， 然后用力一按， 拿到舅舅那儿， 舅舅用棒子在模具上啪啪两敲， 一块块漂亮的艾糕就从模具里跳了出来。

在嘻嘻哈哈中， 一盆盆艾糕出炉了， 哇， 真好看呀！

Summer Vacation

I enjoy summer vacation very much. Because summer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room . In the evening,

I like to go shopping with my friends. We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes,so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

On the holiday,I will relax myself from the heave work in study.First i will finish my homework so that I have more time to play wihout anything to warry about.Then I plan to invite my friends to play basketball or just go to ride around the countryside.Whats more,I would like to have a picnic with my family,enjoying sunshine and delicious food.If i have more time,maybe i will have a part-time .because I want to practise myself and exprience life.It not only makes me earn extre money,but also let me know how hard a life is.

Time passes qiuckly,and the summer hoilday is coming.During the hoilday,i will have a rest to reileve my stress and do some exercises to strength my body.

Besides i will spend more time in companying my parents and doing the housework as much as possible beacuse i have paid too much attention on study that i ignored them when i was in school.

My HolidayI like my holiday very much. Though its very short,I can enjoy the Spring Festival. I can watch cartoon every day. I neednt go to school. Sometimes I can go to play with my friend outside. With the festival coming,I can play all the time. I can play video game with my brother. I am good at playing PC game. Then more and more relatives came to my home. We had dinner together. 因为爸爸带我和小弟弟回到了我的老家------安徽桐城，那里有我敬爱的爷爷、奶奶，还有很多我最好的小朋友们，我非常想念她们。

5月1日早晨我起的很早，打扮得漂漂亮亮的，准备好给好朋友的礼物-----我画的五彩画，就到车站乘车了。车子在道路上飞驰，我的心早就飞到了老家和小朋友们在一起玩了。

车子开了3个多小时，就到了，下车往家走的路两边都是黄灿灿的油菜花，可漂亮了，在南京可看不到，我缠着爸爸给我拍照。爷爷、奶奶都在家门口迎接我们呢，我扑到奶奶的怀里亲了奶奶一下，奶奶乐坏了，一手搂着弟弟一手搂着我，在我的小脸上亲个不停。我的小伙伴姚瑶、婷婷她们也来了，赶紧拿出我的礼物给她们。

在老家我和伙伴们玩跳皮筋，还和她们一起爬山，我还教她们跳舞，玩得可高兴了，一直到很晚才回家，第二天上午我和奶奶一起到茶园采茶，奶奶采茶我和小弟弟就在茶地里玩挖蚯蚓玩，弄得我们像个灰老鼠似的。下午我和奶奶到田埂边采蒿子(一种野菜)回家做蒿子粑吃，可香了，我都两年没有吃过了，奶奶傍晚做好了，我一下就吃了3个，把小肚子撑得圆鼓鼓的才罢休。

时间过得真快，我们又要回南京了，又要和我的好伙伴们分开了，走的时候她们都来送我，我的眼泪都快流出来了，上车了，爷爷、奶奶一直送我们上车，在车上我和爸爸说：“爸爸：以后放假我还要回老家”。

到了补课其间，我们每个人都准备了新的笔记本，将老师讲的每一个要点都记了下来。因为在这里补课的同学还有其他班上的同学，所以学习热情很高涨，我也不好意思玩了。别的同学做什么，我就做什么，反正自己也没有好的学英语方法，所以现在就是我最好的学习机会。

关于清明节还有一个感人的由来。传说晋文公重耳在逃亡中，一天饿晕了，他的随从介子推毫不犹豫的把自己地腿上的肉割下来烤着给晋文公重耳吃。晋文公重耳执政后，重赏那些有功之臣，却忘了赏介子推。有人提醒他说也应赏介子推。晋文公重耳带着大臣去赏介子推，谁知介子推已经带着老母亲躲在锦山上，有人提出烧山，因为介子推那么孝顺，一定会带着母亲出来的。大火烧了三天三夜，大火熄灭晋文公重耳和随从上山去看，只见老母亲和介子推在一棵大柳树上烧死了。晋文公重耳非常伤心，下令以后不动烟火，只吃冷食。所以这一天叫寒食节，又叫清明节。关于清明节有许许多多的习俗，有祭祖，扫墓，踏青，植树。清明节这天爸爸妈妈还去纪念逝去的先人，去给逝去的先人扫墓。清明节这天我们还要植树，俗语说的号植树造林，莫过清明，清明前后，种瓜点豆。清明节后天气渐渐暖和，农民伯伯也开始犁地了。

作为一名少先队员，我们应该在清明节这天去缅怀那些革命先烈让他们在地下安息。
