二、无私奉献

十年前，王兰兰女儿因病去世，她一度在悲痛中不能自拔，但发现女儿“我要成为一名慈善家”的遗愿后，她化悲痛为力量，从此她投身到社会公益事业中。王兰兰下岗后靠政府低保补助和打零工为生，但她相信慈善不仅仅是富人的事。

2012年，王兰兰发现身边小区内有很多独居老人，吃饭是一大难题，有了开办爱心食堂的想法。爱心食堂每天向老人提供午餐和晚餐，每餐3元，有的老人连这个价格也承受不了，他们就免费。
