最近，我读到了吴非老师撰写的教育随笔《不跪着教书》，看似轻松的文笔中渗透着作者鲜明新颖的思想与智慧，振聋发聩，分析问题一针见血，给人耳目一新，读后受益匪浅。吴非老师在书的“序”中的 一段话给我留下很深刻的印象：“想要学生成为站直了的人，教师就不能跪着教书。如果教师没有独立思考的精神，他的学生会是什么样的人呢?”这段话发人深省，由此引出一个话题：教师是什么，怎样才能做到“不跪着教书”?

有人把教师比着辛勤的园丁，培育着祖国美丽的花朵;也有人把教师比着无私的春蚕，为学生的成长吐尽最后一口丝;还有人把教师比着人类灵魂的工程师，塑造着学生美好的心灵;更有人把教师比着燃烧的蜡烛，燃烧自己照亮学生人生的道路。

我觉得，教师不仅仅是园丁，他自己本身就应该是一朵美丽无比、赏心悦目的花，吸引着学生;教师也不仅仅是春蚕，他的生命在每一个季节，在奉献的同时也实现了自身的价值;教师还不仅仅是工程师，人类的灵魂不可能用一个固定的工艺流程去塑造，再说，教师自己的灵魂又由谁来塑造呢;教师更不仅仅是蜡烛，他不应该用“燃烧”自己来“照亮”学生。

那么，教师究竟是什么?其实，教师就是教师，教师和学生是一对相互依赖的生命，是一对相互影响的伙伴，是一对共同成长的朋友;教师就是人，有自己的油盐酱醋，有自己的喜怒哀乐，有自己的生活理想;教师就是一个“站直了”的人，一个大写的人，一个能够影响学生健康发展的人，一个永远让学生铭记在心并学习的人。而要做到这样，教师就不能“跪着教书”。

教师怎样才能做到“不跪着教书”呢?我认为最重要的途径就是认真地读书，不停地读书，永远地读书，从书籍中获得教育智慧。

著名教育专家朱永新教授提出的教师“必须读一百本书”的目标、每年推荐的“教师必读书目”，对教师的读书是一种很具体、很有效的指导。假如，我们的教师都有一些值得一读的好书;假如，我们的教师利用一切可以利用的时间和精力，为丰富自己而不断地读书;假如，我们的教师能够把读书作为提高生命质量的途径;假如，我们的教师能够边读书，边研究思考，那么，我们的教师生活就充实了，精神就丰满了，心灵就净化了，生命就有价值了，人生就有意义了。

有读者说，吴非老师的《不跪着教书》对目前教育的现状的警示作用是显而易见的，不过，作者仅仅是找出了中国教育的痼疾而已，却没有能开出拯救痼疾的良药。而我的体会是，《不跪着教书》的可贵之处不仅仅是“找出了中国教育的痼疾”，而在于“开出拯救痼疾的良药”。不是吗?如果你能仔细地、从头到尾地读完全书，你就会发现，作者在书中谈到的教育教学中的一些问题或者说痼疾，比如不让学生读名著、不让学生请假过生日、不让学生迟到、不让学生组织课外活动，教师搞有偿家教、教师接受学生礼物、教师接受学生家长宴请、教师要学生家长办事，以及怎样做一个出色的教师、做一名优秀的校长、做一位合格的父亲，等等，这些除了在文章中可以找到答案以外，作者还为所有的阅读者开出了一副普遍适用的“良方”，那就是：读书。

吴非老师说：“只要肯读书，什么都好办。”吴非老师在书中讲了这样两件事：他有一次在骨干教师培训班上讲课，看到坐在前排的两位教师一直在说话，旁若无人，且时进时出，引得一些教师侧目。教师竟然如此缺乏基本修养，吴老师很费解，只好当场提请他们不要妨碍别人。还有一次，吴非老师到江西“支教”，一上午的报告，千人会堂中手机声此起彼伏，响成一片，前后左右，教师都全无顾忌地高声通话，就像走在大街上一样。吴非老师说，凡此种种，让人感慨不已。很多时候，他都不忍指责同行，知道每个人都有具体的难处，然而不可否认的是，一些名师都是在艰苦的环境中成长起来的，“只要肯读书，什么都好办!”他说：“不管以后课堂模式如何，老师还是要在课堂上与孩子们说话的;无论如何，别让孩子们看不起你。”他期望年轻一代的教师“能注意知识的积累。向新高度攀登;倘若条件有限，那也要有点自我提高意识，哪怕读点闲书也是好的，哪怕知道一些掌故也是好的，即使自己读书不多，听听别人说读书也行”。

教师读书是关系教育成败的大事。教师不读书，就没有教育理想，就没有教育信念，就没有教育思考，就没有教育智慧，就没有教育活力，就没有教育创新，一句话：就没有教育生命。教师是天生的职业学习者，职业读书人。教师只有活到老学到老，才能一辈子“站直了”教书!

After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

教师对学生的爱，简称为“师爱”，是师德的核心，即“师魂”。在一定程度上，热爱学生就是热爱教育事业。热爱学生并不是一件容易的事，让学生体会到教师的爱就更困难了。教师对学生的爱在性质上是一种只讲付出不记回报的、无私的、广泛的且没有血缘关系的爱，在原则上是一种严慈相济的爱。这种爱是神圣的。这种爱是教师教育学生的感情基础，学生一旦体会到这种感情，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”，也正是在这个过程中，教育实现了其根本的功能。因此，师爱就是师魂。

热爱教师的职业是做好教学工作的前提。天天与小朋友接触我深深地感到同学们的纯真，即使是最顽皮的学生，他们的可塑性仍是非常大的，只要多关心，从爱护他们的角度去教育他们，他们都会变成很有出息的人材。问题是我对他们关心太少了,作为一个英语专职教师，要在完成教学任务的同时，感受到教师的爱心，的确有些困难，因为我要面对的是五个班级的学生，精力较为分散。而在学生眼里，教师是完美的化身，是榜样，教师的一言一行都受到学生的关注。教师与学生的沟通是十分重要的，它可以使教学双方互相了解、互相配合，更好地搞好教学工作，并有利于帮助学生解决一些思想认识问题，使他们健康地成长。也就是说，课堂不仅是教师教书的场所，也是教师育人的场所。

I have a beautiful and sweet bedroom. My mother decorates it for me. She always says that a girl deserves a bedroom like a princess. The main colors of my room are pink and white. Nowadays, there are more and more students becoming short-sighted. Some students get short-sightedness when they are little. There are fifteen students wearing glasses in my class. Being short-sighted is common among students, even in primary school. That is too serious. Therefore, we should protect our eyes carefully. When we are reading and writing, we should keep a standard posture. Besides, we should not watch TV or play computer for too long. They are bad for our eyes. And, we should do eyes exercises regularly. A good rest is also important to our eyes. In all, eyes are the windows of our mind. We should keep it healthy.

At the beginning of this term, I made a plan for my study. Now, I find that I carry it out well in the past month. I was poor in Chinese and English last semester. Therefore, I put the two subjects in the priority and I spent much time on them. Happily, I made progress in the two subjects this semester. Besides, math and physics is not so hard for me, but I must do many exercises to improve my knowledge. Half of an hour for each is necessary and I have always been doing so. The other subjects are easy for me. As long as I carefully listen to the teacher in the class and do some reviews, I can do well in them. While, it does not mean that I attach no importance to them. I make plan for my study to ensure the efficiency of my study.
