I recognized Michael Jackson on occassion. There was a poem recitation competition in my class. I had to look for a song about peace. Finally I found "Heal the World". I liked it at once when I first heard this song. I thought it was the best song that I had ever heard. Then I found the words of this song. "Heal the world, make it a better place, for you and for me, and the  entire human race." This song was Michael Jacksons famous work.

Since then I began to know more about Michael Jackson. I began to love him. He was named "King of Pop". He hold a Children Foundationg and wanted to make the world peace through the music.Although he was dead, he was still one of the most famous singers in the world. I love him, because he was not only a singer but also a loving person.

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his

mother. He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to

a shop to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he couldn’t

do the cooking well. Thenhe cleaned the room. He felt very tired, but he was

very happy.

When his father and his mother came back and saw the clean rooms and dishes

which weren’t so nice, they were very happy.They had their supper together. His

mother said, "Thank you,my child!"

Everyone has their own parents, you are not in the heart often think the future will take care of filial piety, they would not let them suffer later after you do this to parents as well, but have you ever thought, your parents how much later? Too many uncertainties about the future is not it, if you really love your parents, then you use what you have more time now to spend time with them now, whether or not your ability, do your best strength to love them not waiting for the day after, because someday will not necessarily make sense, does not it?

算起来，自己也上了10几年的学了，和老师打的交道也不算少的。自打到了初三，我和老师的关系就越来越密切了，隔三差五的，我就要去和老师交流下感情，那个点击率啊，真是高啊。每天，必有一次谈心。我不知道为什么，我只知道，老师特别喜欢和我聊天。

某天，英语老师上课的时候，写了个句子出来全班狂笑，我也跟着笑。老师问：“这个句子错在哪里？刘柏森，你来说下。”我笑不出来了。别说，我还真没看出来哪是错的，我站起来，盯着那个句子半天说：“不知道。”老师提醒道：“几个动词了都？”我数了数：“好象多了点，3个。”老师说：“这什么句子都不是，是按照主语从句搞出来的，主语从句我都多少年没用过了，我都是二昏二昏的，你们还敢用？”我又笑起来。老师白了我一眼：“还笑，就是你写的！”我一愣，我写的？老师又接着说：“这就是你写的，还高手呢，写的都是什么啊？”我看了看我的作文本，我写的是“。”于是我说：“那个不是我写的。”“反正也是半斤八两。”我再看了看：“没错，格式是正确的。”从此，就没人再把我当成英语高手了。

摸底考试完了之后，我下降了很多，原因我就不说了，班主任大人一看成绩，顿时火冒三丈，把我叫到办公室说：“怎么回事你？是不是想其他去了？手伸出来，我要好好教训你。”说罢，拿起那把教棍，对着我的手一通乱打，然后问：“记住好好学习没有？”“记住了。”“好了，你走吧。”我抬起头，刚要走出去，老师又把我叫住：“回来！”我问：“还有什么事？”老师说：“你还有什么没说的？”我想了想，没想出来，旁边一个蹲在地上的哥们说：“一看就是不怎么进办公室的，你忘了说‘谢谢老师’了。”我一听，赶紧说：“谢谢老师。”老师点点头：“嗯，去吧。”我的那个汗啊……

I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st． It was easy and we all got good marks．

These are lots of books in our daily life. Some are about history, some are novels, and some are even about the dream in the future. I think its useful to read stories, because it can be used sometimes. Once, there was a very difficult question in an important history exam history, which wasnt mentioned in our history books, even our teacher has never told us about it. But I remembered clearly that I had read it in a history story, so I answered the question without difficulty and became the only student in our class who answered the question correctly. 音乐游戏时间，我正和孩子做“拉圆圈”的游戏。孩子们拉着圆圈，围着我快乐的游戏。可是我发现只有依晗一个人坐在自己的位置上看着我和小朋友游戏。

依晗胆子比较小，做事比较慢，总是默默的坐在自己的位子上。看得出来她也想参加我们的游戏，但是又不敢参与进去。尽管我不停的鼓励她游戏，她还是不愿意。怎么办呢?我想再多等她一会，看看她的表现。我边和小朋友游戏边关注着她。当我唱到“看谁最先蹲下”时故意走到她身边和她亲近亲近、和她抱一抱、对她笑一笑。孩子们也模仿我的动作，相互拥抱。依晗被我们的气氛感染了，经过一次又一次的重复游戏，在我的邀请下，她终于迈出了第一步和我们一起游戏。

对于小班幼儿来说，抱一抱、笑一笑是让他们接纳别人最好的方式。何况有的孩子本来就比较内向，适应也有快有慢，就如依晗。而且新年后，和老师的交往才短短的几周。活动时她不愿意参加，自然情有可原，所以作为老师我们不应该强求她，应该给孩子一个调整适应的过程，然后用自然亲密的动作打动她，让她参与游戏，让她迈出勇敢的第一步。

看着她的进步，我也感到无比的欣慰，也庆幸自己没有因为武断而伤害孩子。

今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。
