作为高中学生，谈及职场还为时尚早，但若把日常的学习比成工作，把职场与学生的现实生活相对应，在体会到理趣的同时，也会受益匪浅。

“每一件事都值得去做”。经过将近九年的学习，我愈来愈感受到这句话的重要。虽然成绩尚可，但也不止一次地怀揣着这样的心理把老师苦口婆心的教诲置若罔闻，事后想想，自己做的只是一件蠢事。有时会对眼前近乎做烂的习题感到厌烦，不愿提笔，转头去死死钻研艰深的难题，然而这样做的后果不外乎是产生一种惯性，带到考试中，自然是负多胜少。所以，耐着性子把已学的知识点真正理解透彻，而不是心浮气躁、急功近利地片面追求难度和深度，做好每一件事方能踏踏实实地走下去。

通过读《把信送给加西亚》我深刻知道了什么叫忠诚。忠诚是指对一个人、一种理想、一种习俗、一个事业、国家、政府等的忠实状态或程度，因此忠诚有三层涵义，即对个人的忠诚、对信念或信仰的忠诚和对组织的忠诚。

学习“罗文精神”，其核心应把握五个方面：态度、换位、机遇、信念、行动。
